Abstract

Every Man has always been progressing in a phase of life. Disturbance at one stage will hinder the development as a whole. The purpose this research is to identify the level of development of adolescents of high school students in Singkawang on a foundation of religious life aspect. This research is a quantitative inferential. The study was conducted on the 12 SMA in Singkawang. Data collection technique is using the Inventory Task Progress (ITP). Data were analyzed using Task Analysis Progress (ATP) with the adoption of the categories in the Encoding level of development. The results showed that the development of adolescent high school students in Singkawang on the runway area religious life is one school located at saksama level and 〖11〗^th schools at the level of individuality.

Abstract

Students as social beings should be able to do with good interpersonal communication. The fact that not all students can communicate with good interpersonal communication because of their apprehension. This study aims to analyze decreased students interpersonal communication apprehension on the cognitive aspects in state 21 Junior High School Pontianak. The method used in this study was the quantitative. This study population were students of class VII F state 21 junior high school pontianak amounting to 41 students and sampling techniques by purposive sampling with a total of 10 students. The results of this study indicate that there is a decline in interpersonal communication apprehension on cognitive aspects by 9.5 points or by 19.79% after being given of group counseling with self-management techniques.

Abstract

The Quizizz online quiz application and the application of hard work characters have an impact on student achievement, especially on geometry courses. This study aims to investigate the influence the Quizizz online quiz and the character of student hard work on student achievement in online geometry lectures. This study involved all semester 2 and 4 students majoring in mathematics education as a research sample. The instrument used was in the form of a quizizz online quiz learning questionnaire and hard work characters. The proper questionnaire is used as an instrument for collecting data through online media. The questionnaire scale used the Likert scale with the criteria of strongly agree, agree, half agree, disagree, strongly disagree. This research is a quantitative research with ex post facto research design. Student achievement data is obtained from the average cognitive value of students during their online lectures with quizizz. Initial data analysis uses normality test, classic assumption test and influence test. The results showed that the influence of quizizz on student achievement by 69%, the effect of hard work character on learning achievement by 46%, and simultaneously quizizz online quiz and hard work character can influence student learning achievement by 68%. The contribution of this study is that the application of online quiz Quizizz and the character of hard work in online learning, especially geometry, has a dominant influence on student achievement so lecturers can apply to improve the students’ achievement.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the learning experience of students who have entered kindergarten, and who have absolutely no learning experience entering kindergarten. Constraints there are still students who are not yet proficient in writing using appropriate punctuation, researchers choose the use of cognitive approaches through word development. The objectives of this study are: 1) To improve the performance of educators in preparing the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) on Indonesian subjects using a cognitive approach through word development games in grade 3 MI 2 Cisaga; 2) To improve the ability of educators in implementing the learning process in Indonesian subjects by using a cognitive approach through word development games in MI 2 Cisaga; 3) To improve students' writing skills in Indonesian subjects at MI 2 Cisaga. The method used is the Kurt Lewin model of classroom action research (CAR). While the data collection techniques used are observation techniques, test techniques and descriptive analysis. After conducting research in MI 2 Cisaga, the researchers reached the following conclusions: 1) Educators have increased ability to compile lesson plans using cognitive approaches through word games, cycle I 90.05, cycle II 90.63 and cycle III 92.15; 2) Educators have increased the ability to carry out learning by using a cognitive approach through word play, cycle I 90.3, cycle II 90.4 and cycle III 91.7; 3) Students' writing skills using a cognitive approach through word development have increased, namely pre cycle 65.8, cycle I 70.6, cycle II 76 and cycle III 85.5. Thus, the use of cognitive approaches through word games can improve students' writing skills.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan perempuan terhadap kinerja karyawan dari PT. AIA Chandra Utama Agency Kupang. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan seorang pemimpin PT. AIA Chandra Utama Agency Kupang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis koefisien Korelasi ( R ), analisis koefisien determinasi R2 dan uji t. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar karyawan menilai bahwa gaya kepemimpinan perempuanyang menonjol adalah kemampuan mendorong karyawan untuk berpartisipasi dalam pekerjaan. Berdasarkan penilaian pemimpin, bahwa sebagian besar karyawan memiliki kinerja yang baik dan diantara dimensi kinerja penilaian tertinggi adalah pada kemampuan memiliki insiatif dalam pekerjaan. Hasil uji pengaruh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan perempuan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. AIA Chandra Utama Agency Kupang

Abstract

This activity was a socialization and training to citizen in order to apply computer into learning process in the elementary schools. This activity aims to provide knowledge and skills for the use of ICT especially computer and internet and foster interest and motivation of students to learn. The target in this task were all of students of SDN 62 in East Singkawang Sub-District. The methods used in PPM activities are briefing and simulation. The advantage of this activity could be obtained by participation of students in this social activities was provided the knowledge and skills on implementation of ICT as a tool of learning so that elementary school students more skilled in their class. These training activities can also contribute to the advancement and development of technology

Abstract

Learning physics in high school show not optimal results,this is caused by several factors, including student learning has not been able to connect the old with the new learning, and also teaching materials used are less variable and can not connect old learning with new learning, so that students the difficulties in  understand learning physics. The application of learning materials is modeled Advance Organizer can be used as a solution in solving the problem, learning materials which can increase the variety of learning materials, while Advance Organizer is a learning model that can connect the old with the new learning. Research type is Quasi experiment, the design of Randomized Control Group Design Only, while the sample came from the students of class XI Science SMAN 7 Padang, with purposive sampling technique sampling. The data of this study consists of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. The data were then analyzed using the t test. The results showed that the working hypothesis that there is a significant effect of the implementation of learning materials are modeled Advance Oraganizer on active learning in class XI Science SMAN 7 Padang accepted level of 95%.

Abstract

Selection of further study is a problem that is often experienced by students. The inability to make choices of college, department, academic ability, will cause anxiety and anxiety that will make decisions based on the influence of others such as parents, family, and friends. To assist students in understanding the selection of advanced studies appropriate to their interests and talents, there needs to be a career guidance service. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of career guidance services against the election of advanced study of grade XII students. The method used is quantitative research using SPSS 17.0 on simple linear regression test which is used to know the effect of career guidance service on selection of further study. This study used a sample of 120 students of Class XII who were taken by random sampling at Senior High School in Singkawang city. The results showed that the career guidance service gives influence to the students of class XI in determining the selection of further study. From result of linear regression calculation by using SPSS 17.0 application so big influence is 0.098. the conclusion is that any career guidance services provided, will have a positive effect of 0.098 on the ability of students in choosing further studies. Suggestions for students, in order to follow the existing career guidance services in school so that it can assist in determining the decision selection of further study in accordance with the talents, interests and abilities possessed. For teachers of BK, can maximize career guidance services especially related to advanced studies so that students are able to choose and determine the choice of study of interest and in accordance with the ability possessed. The next researcher, this study is expected to be used as a reference and developed.

Abstract

Rumusan dalam makalah ini adalah: (1) Apakah pengertian perkembangan anak?, Apakah fase oral mempengaruhi perkembangan anak?. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengertian perkembangan anak serta mengetahui pengaruh fase oral terhadap perkembangan anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur. Hasil makalah menunjukkan: (1) perkembangan adalah proses kematangan seorang individu yang mengacu pada penyempurnaan fungsi sosial dan psikologis dalam diri seseorang dan berlangsung sepanjang hidup; (2) Ketidakpuasan pada masa oral dapat menimbulkan gejala regresi (kemunduran) dan gejala perasaan iri hati(cemburu) serta akan berdampak kurang baik bagi perkembangan kepribadian anak. Kepuasan yang berlebihan pada fase oral juga membentuk oral  incorporation personality pada masa dewasa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memaparkan hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis: apakah terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa dan minat siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Serui yang diajarkan dengan matematika realistik melalui media pembelajaran autograph berbasis generasi mileneal 4.0: serta untuk melihat apakah terdapat interaksi antara pembelajaran dengan kemampuan awal matematika siswa terhadap pemecahan masalah matematis dan minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experiment. Popuasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP Negeri Seui. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakn ANAVA dua jalur. Hasil penelirian diperoleh: 1) Peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika dan minat siswa yang diajarkan dengan matematika realistik melalui media pembelajaran autograph berbasis generasi mileneal 4.0 lebih tingi daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional: 2) tidak terdapat interaksi antara pembelajaran dengan kemampuan awal matematika terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pemechan masalah dan minat siswa.
