Abstract

The development of the Islamic banking system in Indonesia is carried out by a dual banking system within the framework of the Indonesian Banking Architecture (API). This has received a good response from the community so that it can create progressive trust. In addition to the sharia system label, there are several aspects that are thought to be factors in increasing public trust, including sharia marketing strategies and employee intelligence. The strategic process is the main pillar in gaining public attraction and trust. Likewise with the capabilities or intelligence of employees which can increase public trust. For this reason, this study aims to examine and analyze Islamic marketing and employee intelligence as an effort to increase public confidence in Islamic banking in Indonesia. This research was conducted in Jember Regency with a sample size of 100 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Islamic marketing has a significant and significant effect on public trust in Islamic banking, while employee intelligence does not show an effect on public trust in Islamic banking. The coefficient of determination obtained with an R Square value of 7.8%, this shows that public trust can be explained by the existence of Islamic marketing and the intelligence of Islamic marketing employees and employee intelligence.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Biaya Operasional Terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NPL) and loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to the Banking Profitability (ROA). Populations that are objects of this study are conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is to use multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis that the t-test. Before using multiple regression analysis, performed classical assumption beforehand. From the results of the partial hypothesis test (t-test) in conventional banks showed that the CAR variable has no effect and no significant effect on bank profitability (ROA). Variable ROA and LDR significant negative effect on bank profitability (ROA), while variable NIM and NPL positive and significant impact on banking profitability (ROA). The ability of the independent variables affects the profitability of banks by 64% while the rest influence other variables not included in the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of the compensation variable on job satisfaction (2) the influence of the variable work discipline on job satisfaction (3) about the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren . This research is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren amounting to 69 people. The sampling technique in this research is census. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for linearity, multicolonierity and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this research are at the significant level 5% indicates that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the beta coefficient (β) 0.227 (p <0.05; p = 0.042) and the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.003 (2) Work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction as evidenced by the level of significance of 0.394

Abstract

This research is based on the influence of consumer repurchase interest in certain products. The case study in this research is the culinary product of Kober Mie Setan in the city of Jember. The research objective to be achieved is to test whether interest in repurchase interest is influenced by customization and consumer satisfaction with Kober Mie Setan products in Jember. This research uses quantitative methods. The number of samples used in this study were 77 people with a purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by means of a questionnaire. The analysis used includes instrument test data, multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the data analysis, it can be seen that the adjustment of mass and customer satisfaction both simultaneously and partially has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain how the effect Inflation, Interest Rate Deposit, and Finance to Deposit Ratio Total Mudharabah deposits in Islamic banks. The method used is multiple linear regression. The object of research used in this research is PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri using secondary data from the publication of monthly financial statements starting from 2010-2014. The results showed that: The rate of inflation has a negative and significant effect on the amount of deposits Mudharabah. Furthermore, other results showed that the rate of interest did not affect positively and significantly to Total Deposit Mudharabah. While the results of Finance to Deposit Ratio has a positive and significant influence on the amount of deposits Mudharabah. The test is performed with a significance level of α = 0.1.

Abstract

Research on the factors that influence consumer decisions to buy goods at Indomaret campus area, Jember. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of store layout and interior display on purchasing decisions. The number of samples used in this study was 50 people with purposive sampling and quota sampling techniques. The data collection method used in this study used a questionnaire. The analysis used includes data instrument test (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of data analysis, it can be seen that store layout has a positive effect on consumer decisions to make purchases at Indomaret. Meanwhile, the Interior display has no effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Indomaret. This shows that consumers do not pay much attention to the things contained in the interior display, such as store design according to the day of celebration, provision of baskets, and advertisements in the store. After entering the control variables, namely price variables, and personal factors, the test results both show that store layout and interior display have no effect on consumer decisions to make purchases at Indomaret.

Abstract

Research on prices, product quality, and halal labels on the repurchase interest of Wardah products. The research objective was to see and analyze the effect of price (X1), product quality (X2), halal label (X3) on repurchase interest (Y) at Wardah outlets at Avon Cosmetics Banyuwangi. Data were collected by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires to 60 respondents with a purposive technique using accidental sampling, which aims to see the respondents' perceptions of each variable. The analysis used includes instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of analysis using regression can be seen that the variable price (X1), product quality (X2), halal label (X3), all have a positive effect on repurchase interest (Y). From the test, the results obtained from the price (0.012), product quality (0.001), halal label (0.000), all have a positive effect on the repurchase interest of Wardah products. The third variable has an effect of 73.4% and the remaining 26.5%.

Abstract

The research with the title Of Award and Self-Actualization of Its Relationship to Employee Performance of The Regional Governance Section of Jember District aims to analyze the effect of appreciation and self-actualization on employee work performance at the Secretariat of Regional Governance Kab. Jember partially and simultaneously. The number of samples used in the study was 35 people with census sampling techniques. The data collection methods used in this study used questionnaires, interviews, and library studies. The analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicolonierity test, heteroskedasticity test, partial test normality test, simultaneous test and determination coefficient test. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis using the partial test states that there is a positive and significant influence between the reward variables on work performance. The results of the partial test also stated that there was a positive and significant influence among the variables of self-actualization on work performance. The results of multiple linear regression analysis using the simultaneous test state that there is a positive and significant influence between reward variables and self-actualization on work performance.

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasi pengurus pada Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa Al Jauhar Sumbersari Jember bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasi pengurus pondok pesantren Al Jauhar Sumbersasri Jember secara simultan dan parsial. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel populasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji multikolonieritas, uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji T, Uji F dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi, dan Uji Kuadran. Dari hasil analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan uji t menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi pengurus dan hasil uji t menyatakan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel gaya kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasi pengurus. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda denga menggunakan uji f menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasi pengurus.

Abstract

The development of the times requires every MSME actor to be more creative in the business implementation process. This activity aims to equip MSME Human Resources (HR) in developing their business, providing information related to business information and entrepreneurial management, facing business competition with competitors and marketing through a mentoring process and simple bookkeeping lessons. Simple bookkeeping training was held at Bohai beach, Binor village, Paiton sub-district, Probolinggo district with a total of 20 participants. The results obtained in this service activity received a positive response from the Probolinggo Regency Cooperatives and Micro Businesses as well as from MSME actors, because they have received knowledge and skills in running their business through simple bookkeeping/recording that is easy to apply, coupled with the provision of simple bookkeeping software incentives. to the participants from the mentors. The implication of PKM activities through simple bookkeeping mentoring for MSMEs is the ability to understand the substance of entrepreneurship by paying attention to good governance, including financial governance by collecting transaction evidence, recording and classifying them systematically so that it is easier for them to know the development of their business. Abstrak: Perkembangan jaman mengharuskan setiap pelaku UMKM untuk semakin kreatif dalam proses pelaksanaan usaha. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membekali Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) UMKM dalam mengembangkan usahanya, memberikan informasi-informasi terkait dengan informasi bisnis dan manajemen kewirausahaan, menghadapi persaingan bisnis dengan kompetitor serta pemasaran melalui proses mentoring dan pembelajaran pembukuan sederhana. Pelatihan pembukuan sederhana diadakan di pantai Bohai desa Binor kecamatan Paiton Kabupaten Probolinggo dengan jumlah peserta 20 orang. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini mendapat respon yang positif bak dari dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Probolinggo maupun dari pelaku UMKM, karena telah mendapat pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menjalankan usahanya melalui pembukuan/pencatatan sederhana yang mudah diaplikasikan, ditambah dengan pemberian insentif software pembukuan sederhana keapda para peserta dari para mentor.  Implikasi dari kegiatan PKM melalui mentoring pembukuan sederhana bagi UMKM adalah adanya kemampuan untuk memahami substansi berwirausaha dengan memperhatikan tata kelola yang baik, diantaranya adalah tata kelola keuangan dengan melakukan pengumpulan bukti transaksi, pencatatan serta menggolongkannya secara sistematis sehingga memudahkannya didalam mengetahui perkembangan usahanya.
