Abstract

Abstack: Teaching experience is a task to be done by teachers with supporting factors and increase knowledge in the work. Labor discipline is an attitude of respect, honor, obey and comply with applicable regulations without violating the rules that have been defined. Teacher performance is the result of work that has been accomplished by a teacher as an educator to achieve educational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of teaching and discipline of work on teacher performance. The population in this study are all teachers of SMK Labor Binaan FKIP UNRI, using sampling techniques through sampling methods saturated. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test with significance level of 0.05%. Based on the research showed that the experience of teaching and discipline simultaneously positive and significant impact on teacher performance. It is based on the analysis results, which show the calculation results F test > F table (11.656 > 3.316). Furthermore, by t test to determine whether each of the independent variables affect the dependent variable. The results showed a partial teaching experience no significant effect on the performance of teachers. This is evidenced in which t test < t table (1.691 < 2.042). Further to the work discipline variable indicates that a significant effect on the performance of teachers. This is evidenced in which thitung> t table (4.620> 2.042). The predictive ability of the two variables on the performance of teachers in the study amounted to 43.7% (R Square .437) while the remaining 56.3% is influenced by other factors which are not included in this study.Keywords: teaching experience, work discipline, teacher performance.

Abstract

Abstract: this research aims to investigate the influence of protection benefits and investment benefits against purchasing decisions on insurance education Smart Kidz AXA Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at PT. AXA Financial Indonesia branch Pekanbaru. Sample is determined by saturated technique with a sample of 34 custumers. Data is collected by questionnaire method. The method of data analysis used multiple linear regression . The results obtained F-value (10.356)> F-table (3.33) means simultaneously protection benefits and investment benefits have a positive and significant impact on the purchasing decision on insurance education Smart Kidz AXA Pekanbaru. While partially, protection benefits significantly influence purchasing decisions education and investment benefits do not affect significantly to purchasing decisions on insurance education Smart Kidz. This is proven by the regression coefficient, regression coefficients of variable protection benefits is 0.428 and investment benefits is 0.048. The value of the coefficient of determination is obtained 0.313 means both variables may explain purchasing decisions on insurance education Smart Kidz of 31.3% and the rest of 68.7% explained by other factors not examined.Key words: protection benefits, investment benefits, purchasing decision, insurance

Abstract

Abstrack : This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation and learning outcomes on the interest to continue studies to college in the students of class XII SMK country 5 Pekanbaru. Population in this study is the students of class XII SMK country 5 Pekanbaruas many as 300 people, and the sample as many as 75 people. Data inquiries using questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of data used is mutiple linear regression. The result of research based on multple linear regression shows the motivation of learning and learning outcomes have an effect on the interest of continuing study to college in the students of class XII SMK country 5 Pekanbaru, this can be seen from the constant valeu (a) of 1,420, regression coeffficient value of learning motivation variable of 0,263, and value of regression coefficient of learning result variable equal to 0,390 with regression equation 1,420 + 0,263 +0,390. Seen from the calculation of R2 (R square change) obtained value of 0,296. Meaning is that the percentage of influence of learning motivaton variables and learning outcomes of interest to continue studies to college of 29,6%.Key word : Motivation to learn, Learning outcomes, Interest in continuing study to college

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify and measure the impact of work readiness against Prakerin the student SMKN 2 Pekanbaru. Prakerin (Industrial work practices) or often reffered to the practice of field work (PKL) is part of the education of dual sistem as the program of cooperation between vocational High School and companies in the industry.Regarding to Prakerin, students are experted to gain work in the world of business and industry. Data source of this study retrieved from the questionaireswhich has been filled in by the student of SMKN 2 as the sample that meet the criteia. Abstract

Abstack: This research aims to find out the influence of Work Motivation on disippline. The population in this study are all teachers SMK Labor Binaan FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru, which is defined as samples taken by using saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire or questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and F test with significance level of 0.05%. The result showed that motivation work simultaneously positive and significant impact on teacher discipline. It is based on the analysis results, which show the calculation results F count> F table (6.064> 4.16). and the amount of contributions or donations to the Discipline Work Motivation show with great determination only by 16.3% (R Square 0.163) while the remaining 83.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Motivation, Discipline

Abstract

Abstract : This research came up because of the students’ decreased achievement of class X and X1 in the entrepreneurship subject of the first semester in the academic year of 2015/2016.183 out of 645 students gained under minimum passing grade (KKM) in the entrepreneur subject. This phenomenon happened because of some factors. One of them was an unmotivated learning indicated by the laziness to engage the teaching learning process, such as the frequent going in and out of the class, absence, and not doing the task given by the teacher. This research aimed at investigating in what extent the influence of students’ learning motivation towards the learning achievement of the students having under minimum passing grade at the entrepreneurship subject at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. The population of this research was 183 students with 65 students as the samples. Probability sampling, simple random sampling, is used as the technique to gain the sample in this research. The data were collected using observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the significance value in the coefficient table 0.000 is less than critical value 0.1. Thus, it is obtained that 0.000 < 0.1, which means that the students’ learning motivation influences the students’ learning achievement in the entrepreneurship subject at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. Viewed from the R square 0.207 shows that the independent variable student learning motivation used in this research is influenced by the dependent variable student learning achievement at the rate of 20.7%. Thus, it can be said that the capability of the independent variable student learning motivation in influencing the dependent variable student learning achievement is high. Based on the calculation of t test, the t table 4,057 > t quantification 1.998 (Ho) is rejected or sig 0.000 < 0.05 (Ha) is accepted. It means that there is an influence of the students’ learning motivation towards the students’ learning achievement. Based on the regression coefficient, if the students’ learning motivation happens to increase at rate of 1%, the students’ learning achievement also will increase at the rate of 0.284 or 28.4%. The positive coefficient shows that there is positive correlation between students’ learning achievement and students’ learning motivation. Abstract

Abstract : The purpose ofthis research was toanalyzethe cost ofproduction, revenue, profitandefficiencylevel of Berkat Yakin shrimp pond in Penampi village of Bengkalis distric. This research was in Berkat Yakin shrimp pondin Penampi village of Bengkalis distric.The data usedin this researchis a type ofsecondary datawithinterviewdata collection techniquesanddocumentationfrom2011-2013. Data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The results showed that in 2011 enterprise Berkat Yakin shrimp pond has a value that is equal to Rp 1.49 efficiency. Then, In 2012 enterprise Berkat Yakin shrimp pond has a value that is equal to Rp 1.85 efficiency and at the 2013enterprise Berkat Yakin shrimp pond has a value that is equal to Rp 2.16 efficiency. It can be summarized that this business has efficiency level more than one, which is means that this business is worthto be developedorcan be forwarded.Keywords: Business, shrimp pond

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect on the performance board to participation member on a Koperasi Karyawan PT Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru (cooperative employee of PT Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru). Research method used is descriptive quantitative method. Population of 487 persons and 83 samples of members with proportionate stratified random sampling the population has no element of homogeneous and stratified proportionally as seen from the old to be a member. Data analysis techniques used by simple linear regression. From the result, it can be concluded that : the effect of the board’s performance against the members participation of the cooperative employee of PT Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru. Thus if you want to increase the participation of members it needs to be supported by an increase in the performance of the board. Key words : performance, participation

Abstract

Abstrack: The learning model of Two Stay Two Stray technique or method two only two guests. Learning is a learning models that begins with the division of the group, and provide opportunities for groups to share results and information. The purpose of this study is to Determine the Increase in student motivation on the subjects of social sciences through a learning model of Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) Class VIII at MTs Al-Kholidiyah Sedinginan Rokan Hilir. Place of research conducted at MTs Al-Kholidiyah Sedinginan Rokan Hilir class. The sample used is a class VIII student number 32, composed of 20 women and 12 men. Data Obtained using techniques obserpasi and observation for two weeks. While the data analysis techniques used are: analysis of the activity of teachers and students and the analysis of the motivation to learn. From the results of the data analysis that has been done shows. application of learning models Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) can Increase students' motivation on the subjects of Social Sciences Class VIII at MTs Al-Kholidiyah Sedinginan Rokan Hilir. From Reviews These results it is expected that the teacher suggested MTs Al-Kholidiyah Sedinginan, learning TSTS can use as an alternative model of learning to improve students' motivation.
