Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to determine the influence of the implementation of problem solving strategy in TPS structural approach of cooperatif learning to the mathematical problem solving ability of students. This research was conducted in SMP Negeri 25 Pekanbaru on odd semester academic year 2017/2018. This is a pre-experimental research which using the static-group comparison design. The population is all of students at grade VII in SMP Negeri 25 Pekanbaru. The sample in this research consists of two class, where the VII8 as an experimental class and the VII9 as a control class. Class experimental was implemented the problem solving strategy in TPS structural approach of cooperative learning and class control class was implemented TPS structural approach of cooperative learning. The instrument of collecting data in this research is early mathematical ability test and mathematical problem solving ability test (postest). The postest result was analyzed by parametric statistic test of Independent Sample T-test and the magnitude of the influence was calculated using the Cohen’s formula. The result of the research showed that implementation of problem solving strategy in TPS structural approach of cooperatif learning gave the positive effect to the mathematical problem solving ability students. The implementation of problem solving strategy in TPS structural approach of cooperatif learning had a magnitude of the effect for 79% toward mathematical problem solving ability the students of class SMP Negeri 25 Pekanbaru and included in the large category.Key Words : Problem solving strategy, Think Pair Share structural approach to cooperatifLeraning, mathematical problem solving ability

Abstract

Nurses can control the violent behavior of patients by taking action, one of which is spiritual or religious therapy. The form of spiritual therapy in this study is dzikir and listening to the recitation of the Qur'an surah Ar-Rahman. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing spiritual therapy on the ability of patients to control violent behavior in the Walnuts Room of RSKD Dadi, South Sulawesi Province. The research design used in this study is the Pre Experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest Design method, namely the research design that has Pre-test before being given treatment and Post-test after being treated. The research instrument used observation sheets of signs and symptoms that appeared in patients before and after being given spiritual therapy. The sample was determined by using purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 20 patients. The influence test was carried out by using the Wilcoxon statistical test with a value of p <0.05. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the implementation of spiritual therapy on the ability of patients to control violent behavior wherein the results of the Wilcoxon test were obtained (p = 0.003) α <0.05. The average ability to control violent behavior before spiritual therapy is 9 patients while the average after doing spiritual therapy is as many as 11 patients. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence between the implementation of spiritual therapy on the ability of patients to control violent behavior in the canary room of RSKD Dadi, South Sulawesi Province. It is expected for nurses to further increase the provision of spiritual therapy to the patient's ability to control violent behavior.

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to repair process learning and improve mathematics learning outcomes in grade XII technological computer and networking in vocational high school nur ilham district of Pinggir by implementing Cooperative Learning Model STAD type. Subjects of the research were 18 students grade XII whohave the academic ability of the heterogenous. This research is aclasroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle has four stages, the stages are planning, action, observation and reflection. The results showed the activity of teachers and students have done well after doing the action. An increase in the number of students who achieved at UH KKM and of each cycle compared to the number of students who achieve KKM on base score. Results of this research indicate that the application of Cooperatif Learning Model STAD Type can repair process learning and improve the mathematics learning outcomes of students grade XII technological computer and networking in vocational high school nur ilham district of pinggir in the fifth semester academic year 2013/2014.Key words : Process Learning, Mathematics Learning Outcome, Cooperative Learning, STAD, Classroom Action Research.

Abstract

Abstrack : The background of this research is the limited of learning device as a means of supporting learning referring to 2013 curriculum. This research aims to develop syllabus, Learning Implementation Plan (LIP) and Student Learning Worksheet (SLW) with experiential learning model on the subject of cubes and beams for 8th grade students of junior high school. The research used Research and Develomant (R&D) with the ADDIE procedure; analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Due to time constraints, this research is only done until the development stage. The research instrument used are sheet of learning device validation, questionnaire response of learnears and evaluation of learning outcomes. Syllabus, RPP and LKPD validated 2 times by 3 validators and revised according to the suggestion from the validator. The valid LKPD was then limited tested with the subject of nine students of 8th grade in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru, Riau. Based on the analysis result of the validation data, it can be concluded that syllabus and RPP are considered very valid and LKPD is valid with average rating for syllabus is 3,44, RPP is 3,34 and LKPD is 3,13. In the second validation it can be concluded that the syllabus, RPP and LKPD are considered very valid with the average rating for the syllabus is 3.75, for the RPP is 3.65 and for LKPD is 3.47. Based on the analysis results of the questionnaire response of learners to LKPD in the limited trial is 95.5% with very practical category and the average of the result of student’s evaluation is 84.8. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion concluded that the syllabus, RPP and LKPD with experential learning model on the subject of cubes and beams for 8th grade students of Junior High School have fulfilled the validity and practical requirements to used by 8th grade students of Junior High School.Key Words : Experiential Learning Model, Learning Device, Cubes and Beams, Validity andPracticality

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve the learning process and the student’s mathematical problem solving skill by applying Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research with two cycles. The subjects of this research were students of class science XII. This study was conducted in the first semester of academic year 2017/2018. The research instruments used are mathematical learning instruments and instruments for collecting data. Mathematical learning instruments used in this study are Syllabus, Lesson Plans, and Activity Sheets. Data collection instrument used in this study is Observation Sheets and Mathematical Problem Solving Tests. Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive narrative analysis of qualitative data and descriptive statistics analysis of quantitative data. The result of this study showed that the implementation of PBL improved the student’s mathematical problem solving skill. The mean of the student’s learning achievement in cycle I which is 66.18 had improved to 86.32 in cycle II. The improvement of student’s learning achievement founded for each indicator of mathematical problem solving skill: identifying the problem, formulating the problem, carrying out the plan to solve the problem, and interpreting the solution. This study concludes that the implementation of PBL improved the learning process and the student’s mathematical problem solving skill at class science XII SMAIT Al-Ittihad Rumbai. PBL model can be used as an alternative to learning, because through this learning can improve the learning process and mathematical problem solving skill of the students.Key Words: Problem Based Learning, Mathematical Problem Solving Skill, Learning Process

Abstract

Pengelolaan Kesehatan lingkungan rumah sakit adalah upaya pencegahan penyakit dan/atau gangguan kesehatan dari faktor risiko lingkungan. baik dari aspek fisik, kimia, biologi, maupun social. Upaya yang dilakukan rumah sakit dalam rangka pengelolaan kesehatan lingkungan yaitu menyelenggarakan pelayanan sanitasi rumah sakit, salah satunya adalah pengelolaan limbah. Pengelolaan limbah merupakan salah satu aspek strategis dari rumah sakit, karena dengan pengelolaan limbah yang baik dan benar akan menekan biaya pengolahan, mencegah infeksi dan menciptakan citra yang baik bagi rumah sakit. Pengelolaan limbah medis padat di mulai dari pemilahan, pewadahan, pengumpulan, pengangkutan, transportasi dan berakhir di tempat penyimpanan sementara untuk menunggu pembakaran. Timbulan Jumlah limbah medis padat seperti : bekas perban, sisa-sisa kapas, jarum suntik, infus set, ampul/vial obat, kaca preparat dan lain-lainnya sebanyak ± 16 - 55 kg per hari, yang dihasilkan dari unit rawat jalan dan rawat inap selanjutnya akan disimpan di Tempat Penyimpanan Sementara Limbah Medis Padat. Adapun lokasi Tempat Penyimpanan Sementara limbah medis padat di Rumah Sakit Azra berada dalam satu ruangan  dengan mesin insenerator dan ruangan petugas limbah medis. tempat penyimpanan sementara limbah medis padat yang ada di Rumah Sakit AZRA Bogor disarankan terpisah dengan ruangan petugas sanitasi. Petugas sanitasi sebaiknya mendapatkan ruangan tersendiri,dan tidak menjadi  dalam satu ruangan dengan mesin insenerator, limbah medis padat dan limbah B3.

Abstract

Dampak seseorang memasuki lansia maka ia mengalami penurunan fungsi kognitif dan psikomotor. Perubahan psikososial pada lansia meliputi perubahan masa pensiun, perubahan aspek kepribadian, perubahan dalam peran sosial dimasyarakat, perubahan spiritual, perubahan penurunan fungsi dan potensial seksual. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan kecemasan bagi lansia. Dengan adanya gangguan tersebut maka lansia memerlukan pembelajaran agar lansia mampu mencegah stressor yang berat dengan cara relaksasi progresif. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Malimongan Baru tentang latihan relaksasi otot progresif dalam upaya menangani masalah psikososial. Metode yang dilakukan adalah penyuluhan kesehatan dengan strategi ceramah dan diskusi/tanya jawab. Selanjutnya memberikan pelatihan tentang gerakan relaksasi otot progresif. Pelatihan dilakukan setiap hari jumat pagi yang memerlukan waktu 15 sampai 30 menit. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre-posttest untuk melihat perubahan tingkat depresi lansia dengan menggunakan kuesioner Skala Depresi Geriatrik Yesavage. Didapatkan hasil bahwa terjadi penurunan tingkat depresi yang dialami lansia. Sebanyak 25 lansia yang mengalami depresi ringan dan 5 lansia yang depresi sedang.. Diharapkan bagi pihak Puskesmas melakukan penyuluhan kesehatan jiwa dalam setiap pelaksanaan pemeriksaan kesehatan. Agar lansia tidak hanya sehat fisik tapi juga dapat sehat mental serta latihan relaksasi otot progresif menjadi pilihan senam untuk lansia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan modul bahan ajar yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman secara mandiri dalam mempelajari mata pelajaran matematika bagi Siswa Kelas VII Semester II materi Persamaan Linear di SMPN 2 Sukodono. Penelitian dilakukan dalam 2 tahap, yaitu tahap pertama mengembangkan modul bahan ajar dengan mengadaptasi model Dick & Carey antara lain menganalisis kompetensi dasar, menganalisis siswa, merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran, mengembangkan instrumen, serta menyusun modul bahan ajar. Tahap kedua mengujicobakan modul bahan ajar pada siswa SMPN 2 Sukodono. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul bahan ajar yang dikembangkan memiliki rata-rata skor validasi berkatagori baik. Deskripsi hasil validasi ahli materi/isi, validasi ahli media pembelajaran, dan angket respon siswa terhadap modul bahan ajar secara keseluruhan berkatagori baik.Kesimpulan penelitian adalah produk modul bahan ajar matematika berbasis konstruktivis kolaboratif untuk siswa SMPN 2 Sukodono kelas VII dapat dipakai sebagai salah satu sumber belajar yang baik.

Abstract

Anak jalanan belum sepenuhnya memahami mengenai pentingnya personal hygiene meskipun ada pemberian beberapa informasi dari volunteer save street child namun pelaksanaan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari belum diterapkan sepenuhnya hal tersebut ditunjukan dengan sikap acuh tak acuh anak jalanan dalam menjaga personal hygiene. Berdasarkan hasil kajian tersebut maka anak jalanan memiliki peluang yang besar terinfeksi virus corona dan media penyebaran virus corona. Metode: kegiatan yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa penyuluhan edukasi protokol kesehatan dan demontrasi  cara mencuci tangan,  cara menjaga jarak, cara menggunakan masker dan etika batuk. Hasil: Anak-anak jalanan yang mengikuti penyuluhan dan demontrasi memahami tentang pentingnya penerapan protokol kesehatan selama masa pandemi dan mampu mendemontrasikan ulang. Kesimpulan: kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya penerapan protokol kesehatan dimasa pandemi covid-19 sehingga dapat diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Kata Kunci: Penerapan Protokol Kesehatan.
