Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the Efficiency of Capital usage on Tani Bahagia Coorperative Village Unit, Kulim Jaya Village, Indragiri Hulu District. This research uses secondary data in form financial statements from balance sheet, calculation of business of result, and change capital statements of Tani Bahagia Cooperative Village Unit, Kulim Jaya Village, Indragiri Hulu District year 2012-2016. This research applies descriptive analysis by using financial statements of the cooperative. Afterward, the result would be adjusted with the standard of criterion of working capital tunrnover and efficiency measurement also added from the from the aspect of rentability own capital. The research result showed that working capital efficiency rate of Tani Bahagia Coorperative Village Unit, Kulim Jaya Village, Indrgiri Hulu District year 2012 – 2016 seen from working capital turnover always encounter fluctuation (changes) that proves capital rentability rate is less efficient. It can be concluded that working capital has possitive impact on rentability own capital.Keywords: Working Capital Efficiency and Rentability Own Capital

Abstract

The research is purposed to understand the factor determining a credit demand and the efficiency level of the using of production factor. The research method used is explanatory survey method. We have 120 level scale farmers of oil palm as the customers, consists of 60 customers in both Mandiri bank and KUD. The results shows that: first, there is a connection according to a credit demand,we will have the level elasticity of interest rate of credit  as -0,248; the elasticity of administration expense as 0,217; the elasticity of permanent income as 0,739; and the elasticity of transitory income as 0,077. Second, the factor of work force production in the decreasing returns to scale position, it means that the amount of oil palm production will increase with lower proportion than the increasing of work force expanse; and the financial capital factor in the increasing returns to scale, it means that the amount of oil palm production will increase with higher proportion than the increasing of financial capital.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the factors that influence credit decision making for members of the Kusuma Bakti KUD Sialang Kubang Village. This research was conducted in the village of Sialang Kubang which is located in Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Kiri Regency. With a sample of 154 members using the Slovin formula. The research instrument used was a questionnaire using descriptive data analysis and multiple regression with the help of SPSS Version 20 software. Descriptive analysis results show the quality of service, credit procedures included in the good category, while the perception of high interest rates included in the very good category. Multiple linear regression analysis found that service quality, credit procedures, and perceptions of interest rates had a positive effect on credit decision making with a contribution of 63.6%. The results found a positive influence between service quality on credit decision making by 0.340 and there was a positive relationship between credit procedures on credit decision making by 0.252 and there was a positive influence between perceptions of interest rates on credit decision making by 0.545. The variable that has a greater influence on credit decision making is the interest rate perspective. The recommendations in this study are so that the number of members taking credit can be increased. There are several ways needed to improve member credit collection, namely by improving the quality of service and lowering interest rates, and credit procedures should not be too complicated so as to facilitate customers in conducting credit loan activities.Key Words: Service Quality, Credit Procedures, Perception Of Interest Rates, Credit Decision Making

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of principal's academic supervision, job satisfaction, and work motivation on teacher performance at the Ujungbatu District Elementary School. This research method is quantitative by using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study was 337 teachers, while the sample in this study was 158 teachers from 18 public elementary schools in Ujungbatu District using random sampling technique. The results showed that 1) there was a significant positive effect of principal supervision on teacher performance as indicated by the regression equation = 22.025 + 0.673X1, with a contribution of 19%. 2) there is a significant positive effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance with the regression equation = 22.063 + 0.629X2, with a contribution of 19%. 3) there is a significant positive effect of work motivation (X3) on teacher performance (Y) as indicated by the regression equation = 14.832 + 0.793X3 with a contribution of 7.9%. 4) there is a significant positive effect of the principal's academic supervision (X1), job satisfaction (X2), and work motivation (X3) together on teacher performance (Y) as indicated by the regression equation = 34.871 + 0.363X1 + 0.381 X2+ 0.609X3 with an influence contribution of 27.8%.
