Abstract

Balai Riset dan Standardisasi Industri Palembang merupakan unit pelaksana teknis di lingkungan Kementerian Perindustrian yang berada di bawah Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Industri, Kementerian Perindustrian. Pengembangan sistem ini bertujuan untuk membangun dan menerapkan Sistem Informasi Standardisasi pada Balai Riset dan Standardisasi Industri Palembang dengan metode pengembangan waterfall. Sistem ini dirancang untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pada Balai Riset dan Standardisasi Industri Palembang diantaranya adalah tidak tersedianya sistem yang dapat membantu dalam perkiraan stok bahan kimia yang menyebabkan keterlambatan ketersediaan bahan kimia sebagai bahan baku pengujian. Adapun permasalahan lainnya adalah tidak tersedianya sistem untuk mendokumentasikan informasi dari analis sehingga ada informasi yang terlewatkan dan tidak diketahui oleh analis lain. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Standardisasi yang dibangun untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan merancang beberapa fitur untuk menghilangkan dan menyelesaikan permasalahan-permasalahan potensial yang sering terjadi.

Abstract

So far, the High Prosecutor's Office for Bangka Belitung Islands has not yet had a certain standard in evaluating service levels. In addition, there has never been an evaluation of governance at the service level at the High Court of Bangka Belitung Islands. In this study, the problem faced is the absence of a standardized governance system both in the management and procurement of IT equipment in each work unit, making it difficult to handle problems for each user. This is because basically services require certain effectiveness in terms of time and quality of services and optimize public service tasks in the legal field. In research using a framework to assess IT governance is Cobit 5. Where Cobit 5 can be the basis for assessment. Based on the results of the analysis using the Cobit 5 framework method using 4 domains, namely APO, EDM, BAI and MEA. The assessment uses the help of a maturity model scale, to see the current maturity level conditions. After obtaining the value of the maturity level, it will be seen in which part is needed to improve first. Thus, the results of this research provide priority domains for improvement. Abstract

The increasing of using social media in Indonesia has the impact to the available of data about society perception toward many issues of life, even though it comes as member/personality of live and citizen in the society. These phenomena have given an opportunity for stakeholders, such as government and private that need information about the society perception or social attitudes in their social life to improve quality and quantity of information through the using of the social media. The well understanding about technology of internet, social media, databases, data structure, theories of information, data mining, machine learning, and the technique for visualization data and information are needed to get and analyze the data to determine certain information which will be used by the users (stakeholders of the information). The target of this research is to master technology of social media analytic and develop prototype of software that will be used as tools of collecting data in social media, therefore, the users of the data can focus to get comprehension/understanding about social phenomena and take decision without looking for techniques for collecting and data analysis issues. This research is designed into explanatory with focus to the understanding technology through basis of social media, moreover, it is used to review advantages and disadvantages of techniques currently used in social media and media analytic researches. The result of this research is the tools and framework that benefit for media social analysis.

Abstract

Information technology architecture based cloud computing become one of the architectural model of the development of information technology for the college. Based on data from the Department of Education of South Sumatra, is currently in South Sumatra there are 100 public and private universities. Analysis and design of information technology architecture based cloud computing will be applicable to all universities in South Sumatra, to standardize the development of information technology at each university. So with the standardized architecture teknlogi this information will have a significant impact in improving the quality of higher education in South Sumatra Indonesian people to realize intelligent and competitive. Analysis and design will use the TOGAF Architecture Development Method methods adapted to the concept of cloud computing. The first stage of the analysis process is done by gathering data from each university in South Sumatra with a survey and observation. This study tour resulting in the architecture of cloud based applications and information technology architecture based on cloud computing that can be implemented in higher education institutions in South Sumatera

Abstract

One that has an important role in generating bank profits is providing credit to customers, but credit also carries a very high risk. For this reason, in providing credit to debtors, of course the bank will utilize the personal data of prospective debtors in detail to avoid the risk of problems that will arise in the future. One of the appropriate risks for banks in providing credit is the behavior of customers who do not pay installments at the time which causes bad loans. To overcome and overcome the many bad events, there is an algorithmic calculation method with an intelligent computing system that helps banks in selecting prospective debtors who will be given credit. There are many algorithmic methods that can be used in this kind of research. This study analyzes the classification of staffing credit based on the criteria that become the Bank's standard.The data used by the author in this study uses existing debtor credit data from 2017 to 2020, the modeling process is carried out using split validation with the Naive Bayes algorithm and Neural Network, with this algorithm the 1,314 datasets is divided into 2 parts, namely 80% used as training data and 20% used as testing data. The results showed that the Neural Network algorithm has better results with a correct value of 84.13%, while the Naive Bayes algorithm only produces a value of 72.62%

Abstract

In the implementation of academic and non-academic activities STMIK Bina Nusantara Jaya Lubuklinggau has integrated and implemented the use of information technology through SIAKAD ( Academic System) . To be able to carry out the implementation of information technology according to service quality orders and a framework which later can help an organization to be able to improve or improve technology governance in accordance with IT governance standards. Information technology governance, in its role, has many tools to carry out assessments and measurement indicators to help universities. In this study, the author uses cobit 5 famework as an IT governance standard. In the COBIT 5 process, the author only uses the APO 11 and MEA 01 processes. The APO11 (Quality of Service) process has 6 attributes that are used and MEA (Monitor, Evaluate, assess conformance and Conformance) has 5 attributes that are used. There is a gap value between attributes, current conditions and what is expected. The results of the gap analysis obtained in the APO11 and MEA processes still have numbers 1 and 0. Abstract

SMK Negeri 2 Palembang is a school based on technology techniques, the technology used is cloud computing, measurements using the RMA method performance analysis testing using the RMA scanning method were carried out on peak hours from 08.00-10.00 am obtained the availability level of ping sensors is 43.09%, http sensors are 25.32%, imap sensors are 30.8%, pop3 sensors are 36.1% then ping jitter sensors are obtained 61.4%,  From the results  of monitoring with a percentage of  the measurement table from various sensors during peak hours, there are several sensors that have decreased, such as imap and http sensors with availability values of 30.8% and 25.32% so that it affects sensor performance so that a total of 196.71% is classified as Sufficient. tomudian on the security side obtained scanning results using Owasp ZAP Vulnerability is 8 Alerts consisting of 3 medium level risks, 2 low risk levels and 3 risk level information and scanning using NESSUS obtained vulnerabilities, namely: Http server / web server version, scanner port,  Based on the results of the analysis that  network traffic is very vulnerable at 08.00-10.00, so to get a more stable quality, users should access it at 13.00 – 15.00 then on security issues to minimize security gaps can add proxies to the web, upgrade libraries, activate ip and  ports  filter, upgrade http sever.Keywords - RMA, Private Cloud, Nessus, Owasp ZAP.

Abstract

 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menerapkan machine learning. Penulisan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenali angka yang berbeda beda pada hasil rekapitulasi c1 yang sering terjadi perbedaan selisih dalam penghitungan pada saat  pemilu untuk karna itu penulis  menggunakan metode backprogration yang sudah teruji valid dalam pengenalan angka dan di sertakan metode machine learning dan deep learning sebagai pembanding metode yang akan di gunakan untuk penghitungan akurasi nya. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Scraping untuk mengambil data dari situs kpu  yang berupa image atau angka hasil tulis tangan yang bisa kelola dan di analisis menjadi suatu data yang bagus dan bisa dijadikan sebagai acuan data yang tersusun rapi.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah algoritma Backprogation  dengan melakukan fase pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, model atau metode yang diusulkan, pengujian dan evaluasi. Dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menemukan model yang paling tepat untuk diterapkan pada klasifikasi data tulisan tangan  c1.

Abstract

Youtube is a social media that has billions of users, with this can be used as a promotional media, trends, business, and so forth. This study aims to analyze the correlation between Youtube videos by utilizing hashtags on video using graph theory. Data collection in this study uses scraping techniques taken from the Youtube website in the form of links, titles, keywords, and hashtags. The method used in this research is Social Network Analysis, the measurements used in this study are degree centrality and betweenness centrality. The results of this study indicate that the most popular hashtags with the keyword search for "viruses" are #KidflixPT, #Portugues, and #Mondo with degree centrality values equal to 0.071875. and the correlation between the most closely related videos about #Coronavirus with a value of betweenness centrality of 0.082626.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi telah lama digunakan oleh Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan untuk mendukung setiap proses dalam bidang pemerintahan, Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi bertugas menyelenggarakan administrasi kesekretariatan dan keuangan, mendukung pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi DPRD serta menyediakan dan mengkoordinasikan tenaga ahli yang diperlukan oleh DPRD Provinsi Sumsel dalam melaksanakan hak dan fungsinya sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi, mengetahui kondisi dan tingkat maturitas tata kelola IT serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan menggunakan framework COBIT 5. Hasil tingkat maturitas yang didapat dari nilai rata-rata penyebaran kuesioner berdasarkan domain EDM01, EDM 04, APO 01, APO 04, APO 07, BAI 02, BAI 08, DSS 01 dan MEA 01 adalah 2.24 yaitu Managed Process.
