Abstract

Stok darah merupakan salah satu faktor kritis bagi sebuah Unit Transfusi Darah (UTD) yang melayani permintaan darah dari berbagai pihak yang membutuhkan. Peran UTD sebagai penyelenggara pelayanan darah menuntut unit kesehatan tersebut mampu memenuhi kebutuhan karena terkait erat dengan kesehatan dan keselamatan nyawa seseorang. Salah satu permasalahan penting yang dihadapi UTD adalah ketidakpastian permintaan darah sehingga diperlukan cara untuk menjamin ketersediaannya. Hal ini dikarenakan sifat darah yang tidak menentu (perishable) dan tidak dapat diproduksi kembali, serta ketersediaannya yang sangat bergantung pada pendonor darah sukarela. Dalam upaya memberikan solusi, dalam penelitian ini telah dibangun sebuah sistem prediksi persediaan darah menggunakan metode Regresi Linier dengan studi kasus di UTD PMI Kabupaten Bojonegoro pada data-data terkait produk darah Whole Blood (WB) pada semua jenis golongan darah yakni A, B, O, dan AB. Dari pengujian akurasi prediksi menggunakan metode Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) diperoleh hasil-hasil prediksi yakni produk darah WB golongan A dengan MAPE 18,74% atau Baik, produk darah WB golongan B dengan MAPE 24,37% atau Masuk Akal, produk darah WB golongan O dengan MAPE 17,66% atau Baik, dan produk darah WB golongan AB dengan nilai MAPE 18,67% atau Baik. Sistem prediksi permintaan darah berbasis Regresi Linier ini mampu menunjukkan kinerja dengan rata-rata akurasi prediksi sebesar 80,14% dan dari sisi MAPE diinterpretasikan sebagai prediksi Baik.

Abstract

PT KERAMIK XYZ is one of the companies engaged in the production of ceramics. The company sometimes subjected to declining wall tiles on the market and at warehouses where wall ceramic stocks are sometimes subjected to buildup. Therefore, the research of "Information System Prediction Stock and Warehouse Utility" uses the Fuzzy Time Series Markov Chain method and Fuzzy Mamdani Method. So that the problem of ceramic wall stock and the layout of the placement of ceramic wall stock in the warehouse does not occur again and can be resolved. In the Fuzzy Time Series Markov Chain method, the calculation of prediction results of ceramic stocks of the Base Tile dCaliza Valle type results in forecasting values of (0, 717, 483, 483), then by means of the MAPE (Mean Absolute Percent Error) test method produces an error percentage of 13%. The results of the calculation of the level of accuracy are good and can be used in this case study. So, the results of the calculation of the level of accuracy are good and can be used in this case study. Then for the results of the prediction of the layout of the ceramic stock placement in the warehouse using the Fuzzy Mamdani method get an accurate calculation of 22%.

Abstract

Most people have electronic units. Electronic units also have advantages and disadvantages. As  the advantages, electronic is that it can simplifies human-work, for example, people used to wash their clothes in a bare hand. Since the existence a washing machine, people only need to put dirty clothes into the tub then the wash-machine does the rest. For the disadvantages, electronics have an expiration date. If the  electronics are on the expiration period, the performance decreased. The problem can overcome by repairing the stuff. If someone cannot to repair electronics the item itself, then requires someone else who is capable to solve it in the field.  To ease the time looking for services that are nearby to the user’s current location is possible. The system has been implemented on smartphone devices with an Android and Web-connected to the internet. The system help users to get information on the location of the nearest electronic service service and display service progress in realtime.The results provide a reference to the implementation of the Haversine Algorithm for distance calculation formula using GPS on an Android smartphone. This system proposes a solution as a liaison between service buyers and service providers. For electronic service providers can be used as a medium for promotion. The application is convenience in getting the nearest location for service, displays the service progress and with distance and location information features in this system can provide a reference for buyers of electronic services.
