Abstract

Abstract: Research on family ownership, institutional ownership and agency costs has been largely undertaken by previous researchers, but the results have not been consistent, ie there are those who have influence and some who have no influence and some have a positive influence and some others are negatively affected. Thus, researchers are interested in re-examining family ownership and institutional ownership of agency costs. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of family ownership and institutional ownership on agency costs. The population of this study is a manufacturing company listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which has complete data on family ownership, institutional ownership and agency costs for three consecutive years (2012-2014). The type of data of this research variable is secondary data obtained by documentation technique which sourced from website Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id). Methods of data analysis using regression. The results showed that both simultaneously and partially family ownership and institutional ownership had no effect on agency costs.Keywords: Family Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Agency Costs

Abstract

Forest fires in the Riau province have occurred every year and continue to this day. Many people are reluctant to report to village officials, because of the long distance between community homes and village offices. The condition of the community in Rokan Hulu Regency, most of the community and village officials have used smartphones as a communication medium. To increase the smartphone use of the community and village officials, it is necessary to make an application Sistem Infomasi Kampung (SI Kampung) as a liaison media, so that the positive impact of making the application SI Kampung includes increasing harmonization between village officials and the community, improving service to the community, increasing community participation, improving lives community democracy and encourage community empowerment.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that learners are actively developing their potential. . The relationship between education and teaching is very close. In this era, teachers are required to always do various improvements and adjustments in their professional abilities to face the challenges. Seeing the linkage between education and teachers, the evaluation process is absolutely necessary to improve the quality of the institution. With the evaluation, the policy makers can assess the gap between the standard set with the program carried out in the field to know the weakness of the program and the improvement of the program. In this study, the TOPSIS method will be used as the base model in the system to be created. TOPSIS is a method of Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) based on the measurement of distances between alternatives being considered and two alternate bipolar references, ideal positives and negatives.
