Abstract

One of the tasks of the Sidoarjo Regency's Office of the Environment and Hygiene is to ensure that the Sidoarjo Regency's environment is free of rubbish. The waste problem is one of the main problems in the Department of Environment and Cleanliness of Sidoarjo Regency. For this reason, the role of the community is important in terms of reporting the occurrence of garbage piles so that DLHK can swiftly handle it. At this time the reporting of waste discovery is still done manually where the public must come to DLHK to report so that it takes a long time in the reporting process and it is difficult to know the progress of the community reporting process. For this reason, an information system is needed to deal with the problem. For the information system to match what is needed, a design that analyzes the needs of the community and DLHK is needed. Then the OOAD (Object-Oriented Analysis and Design) approach is used. In the needs analysis phase, 53 functional needs and 1 non-functional needs were generated. At the design stage, UML diagrams are used which produce 22 sequence diagrams, 2 class controller diagrams, 2 class diagram models, physical data models, and 24 user interface designs. Then to evaluate the needs analysis and design made the requirement configuration structure is used which produces a value of 100%. Evaluation also uses the traceability matrix method in which the results explain that all designs are made following with the needs analysis.

Abstract

The occurrence of failure in development systems because of the bad cost estimation and scheduling. In estimating cost, CV. Profile Image Studio used a guesstimate method or guessing that is not based on evidence or theory, This makes CV. Profile Image Studio faces difficulties in justifying if there is a gap between estimated cost and actual cost. This research gives an insight into the comparative analysis of two estimation methods used for Sistem Informasi Manajemen Proyek (SIMPRO); Use Case Point and Extended Use Case Point. Furthermore, the scope will be allocated using Work Breakdown Structure approach that will makes the project scheduling is more structured, then be elaborated into a Gantt Chart. Use Case Point method produce the total cost required is Rp 169.233.405,00 with time allocation for 133,88 hours. Whereas Extended Use Case Point method produce total cost required is Rp 77.465.995.00 with time allocation for 61,28 hours. Based on the comparison of two methods, the calculation of cost estimation using Extended Use Case Point method is more recommended because it has smaller difference or gap with the actual cost that has value of Rp 44.150.000,00 than the calculation of cost estimation using Use Case Point method.

Abstract

There are a number of problems encountered by companies related to project work, the problem about triple constraints on the project, namely time, cost and scope of the project. Calculation of time estimates that have not been standardized properly makes the project cost load can be over-estimated or under-estimated. The application of scientific method, namely Use Case Point (UCP) can be used as one of the standardization calculations for a project's time estimation, this is the purpose this study with the object Sistem Konstruksi Tiang on PT. PLN (Persero) Area Malang , therefore in this study scheduling uses Gantt Chart which refers to the Work Breakdown Structure or WBS. In this study using the UCP method resulted in an estimated time of 411.04 hours and estimated costs of Rp20,383,062.50.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Batu especially in the field of information technology and computer management, has problems in managing human resources, namely the lack of Civil Servants (PNS) who master information technology. Therefore, do research with qualitative methods by analyzing the level of capability with COBIT 5 framework on the process EDM04 (ensuring resource optimization) and APO07 (managing human resources). The evaluation was conducted using the method of data collection with data triangulation technique, that observation, interview and assessment with the assessment sheet. After an assessment of the Head of Information Security Encoding Section, Head of Application Development Application Section, and Head of General and Civil Service Subdivision, which is determined based on the RACI chart on COBIT 5, it can be seen that the level achieved by Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Batu on process EDM04 is at level 1 and the expected target level is level 2. While on process APO07 has reached level 2 and the expected target level is level 3. There is a GAP of 1 level on process EDM04 and APO07. In order for the organization to achieve the expected target level, the recommendations given refer to the base practices, work products, generic practices, and generic work products based on COBIT 5.

Abstract

Web-based Concert Ticket Booking System is a platform specifically designed for booking concert tickets in Malang. This concert ticket booking system aims to make it easy to buy concert tickets through the website so all the users can easily booked concert tickets. This system helps to connect the buyers and sellers to buying and selling concert tickets. The sellers can easily promote Malang concerts through this website and for the buyers who orders concert tickets easily through the website. The advantage of the system from the buyer side is being able to search concert tickets by inputting words in the search column. In the search feature, this system uses Text preprocessing to process data into a term index and this system uses two calculation methods, namely, Tf-Idf (Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency) is used to calculate the weight of each word contained in concert information that contains a description of the concert, day and date & time and Cosine similarity is used to calculate the similarity value between sentences based on the calculation of the TF-IDF. From the calculation of the two methods you can find a concert description that matches or approaches the inputted word. So that by using these calculations it will be easier to find the desired concert. In addition to being able to search, buyers can also order tickets, make payments and if they have done making payments, the buyer will get a notification via email.

Abstract

SMK Plus Almaarif Singosari annually doing industrial internship. There are still problems in the internship activity. The problem is about delivery of information that is still manual because it is only conveyed through meetings with parents. This makes the information to be received by students can be limited, inaccurate or not delivered. The limited information received by students such as requirements, industries that are suitable to be used as workplaces and positions and occupations in the industry. Based on problems related to the management of internship, it is needed a system that can manage information about the internship and can minimize existing problems. The system to be built is based on a website using the Laravel framework. In developing the information system, a waterfall software development model is used. The result from this research are 3 as-is business process modeling, 3 to-be business process modeling,4 actor, 15 user requirements, 32 functional requirements, and 1 non-functional requirement, 1 architectural design modeling, 32 sequence diagrams, 3 class diagrams, 1 physical data model and 11 sample design interfaces. The results of the requirements analysis are approved by the user, proven by the results of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Unit testing explains that the existing function yields a valid percentage of 100%.

Abstract

To realize the dream of Malang City as a Smart City, Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) Kota Malang is currently in the process of fixing all the deficiencies based on the results of an evaluation of the Electronic Based Government System (EBGS) in 2018, such as developing, improving and quality improvement of existing services. However, during the application development process, there are differences or problems found and the solution of these problems has not been well documented so that it can have an impact on the further suboptimal application development process because of repeating the same mistakes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of the assessment of the capability level of the application development process of Malang City Communication and Information Office. The purpose of this study is to obtain data in the field through interviews and document searches. The assessment is carried out in six process areas based on the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) product roadmap using the Class CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) class C. The results obtained from the assessment of the six process areas are that there is no process area that meets all existing practices. In other words, the capability level of Malang City Communication and Information Agency as a whole is still at level 0 or incomplete. Based on the results of the assessment identified recommendations to meet practices that have not been done and improve the capability level of the application development process of Dinas Kominfo Kota Malang.

Abstract

The Government of Sidoarjo has the objective to improve the quality of innovative and equitable public services to the society which is a public complaint service that is sheltered by the Public Complaints and Service Center (P3M). One of the society's features to complain is the website that has been provided by P3M Sidoarjo Regency. However, the website is less attractive to society because it has many problems. one of them is the complaints are difficult to trace, there are no supporting features in making complaints and there is no feature for two-way communication in complaints that have been made. from some of these problems, society prefers to make complaints through social media. from some of these problems the society prefer to make complaints through social media, this makes complaints not recorded properly. Based on problem, the analysis and design of an information system are needed to resolve the problem. the system design process is created using Object-oriented analysis and design with UML modeling. the results of the system design are evaluated using the Traceability Matrix and usability testing. requirements analysis produces 32 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement and 12 use cases, in the system design made 4 controller classes and 10 model classes, at the evaluation stage using traceability matrix shows all the results of the system design can be traced to the requirements analysis and business process modeling and Evaluation using usability testing results in an average success rate of 97% and an average time-based efficiency of 0.03 tasks/second.

Abstract

Bengkel Mas Pur Baturaja is a company that focuses on vehicle body repair services, especially for four-wheel vehicle. In the very beginning, Bengkel Mas Pur Baturaja uses manual data processing which requires that every transaction must be recorded. In this management, this company has many problem including unregistered transactions and incomplete transaction data. From these problems, a point of sales information system for car services shop was made. Point of sales information system for car services shop is a cloud computing-based system that can be accessed by users through a web browser, users will be easily to record every transaction by the company. The development of point of sales information systems for a workshops is using the CodeIgniter framework, a programming languages like PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript and used MySQL as database. The implementation for cloud computing will be used Infrastructure service (IaaS) as service type that is AWS EC2 from Amazon Web Services as a cloud provider and the instance is t2.micro with Ubuntu Server 16.04 as operating system. Tests carried out on this system will use functional testing and non-fuctional testing. Functional testing on the system has 93% declared valid according to user requirements, and the system has been successfully run on several web browsers that are often generally used.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Sidoarjo provides services to the public in the field of information and communication, statistics and coding transparently and accountably in the field of communication and informatics. To provide maximum service, Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Sidoarjo must have sufficient and qualified human resources. Based on the results of the interview, several problems were found in managing human resources. To find out the current conditions in human resource management can be done Capability level assessment in the EDM04 process Ensure Resource Optimization and APO07 Manage Human Resources by using the COBIT 5 framework. Data collection is done through interviews, observations, and assessment sheets. Assessment is done in stages from level 0 Incomplete Process to level 5 Optimization Process to find out the value of capability level. Then, do an analysis of the value of the capability level obtained and the level target. Then, improvements will be obtained to improve human resources in the organization. Capability level for EDM04 Ensure Resource Optimization is at level 1 with level target at level 2 and for APO07 Manage Human Resources is at level 2 with level target at level 3. Thus, the gaps obtained by each process are as many as 1. Recommendations for improvement given refer to the activities and documents related to each process.
