Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of religious orientation and self efficacy on the meaning of Islamic education. Technique of data analysis of this research use correlation and regression statistic test conducted by IAIN Palopo student with 75 respondents. The design of this research is the correlation design between the relation of religiosity orientation with the meaning of Islamic religious education, the relationship of self efficacy with the meaning of Islamic religious education, and the relation of religious orientation and self efficacy to the meaningfulness of Islamic religious education. After the research done by spreading the questionnaire, it was found that the orientation of religious self efficacy had an effect on the meaning of Islamic education either simultaneously or partially. Reflective contribution for religious orientation was 41,51%, and self efficacy was 58,49%, while for the effective contribution of religious orientation variable was 2.99%, and self efficacy variable was 4,21%. 4,6% variation meaningfulness Islamic education can be explained by the orientation of religiosity and self efficacy, while the remaining 95,4% is explained by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk kesalahan pengunaan bahasa Indonesia laras hukum dalam putusan perkara ekonomi syariah pada Pengadilan Agama Makassar. Penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bersifat dokumentatif atau penelitian pustaka (library research). Data dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan bahasa hukum pada putusan perkara ekonomi syariah nomor 73/Pdt.G/2015/PA.Mks. pengadilan Agama Makassar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik dokumentasi, dengan menelaah beberapa referensi tentang penguaan bahasa hukum, baik yang berupa buku, jurnal, majalah, koran, laporan hasil penelitian, maupun dokumen-dokumen hukum yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti. Pencatatan yaitu penulis mencatat semua hal yang berhubungan dengan fenomena pengunaan bahasa hokum, yang diperoleh dari putusan pengadilan Agama Makassar serta dokumen-dokumen yang relevan, ke dalam buku catatan yang telah dipersiapkan dalam bentuk korpus data. Langkah-langkah analisis data, yaitu (1) Mengidentifikasi bahasa hukum yang mengalami kesalahan, (2) Mengklasifikasi bentuk kesalahan penulisan kalimat dalam putusan perkara ekonomi syariah Pengadilan Agama Makassar, (3) Menganalisis bentuk kesalahan pengunaan bahasa Indonesia yang berbentuk kalimat dalam putusan perkara ekonomi syariah Agama Makassar, (4) Mendeskripsikan setiap bentuk kesalahan pengunaan bahasa yang disertai uraian-uraian atau penjelasan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa, kalimat bahasa Indonesia laras hukum dalam putusan perkara ekonomi syariah Pengadilan Agama Makassar mengalami kesalahan struktur sebagai akibat tidak memiliki fungsi subjek dalam kalimat, dan pengunaan konjungsi yang tidak tepat, serta tidak memerhatikan penulisan tanda baca, diksi, kata bermakna ambigu, pengunaan kata mubazir, serta menyesuaikan konteks perkara dengan pola penalaran yang tepat. Sebagai akibat dari kesalahan tersebut, makna kalimat menjadi rancu, sehingga sulit dipahami oleh pembaca. Selain itu, kesalahan struktur kalimat dapat menyebabkan perbedaan makna yang ditumbulkan dalam suatu putusan.

Abstract

The emergence of radicalism problem has threatened disintegration of nation. Therefore, it needs a big role of education especially Islam religious education in preventing the understanding of radical religious teachings, maintaining the character of loving peace and nationalism values. Thus, this research is important to be conducted. This research aims to elaborate de-radicalization of Islamic teachings in Senior High School. This research used descriptive qualitative approach. Research data was obtained from the implementation of curriculum 2013 by senior high school teachers of Islamic religious education in Masamba, South Sulawesi. Data collection was done through direct observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. Data validity was checked through source triangulation and methods. The analysis was done by collecting, presenting, reducing, and drawing conclusion. The results of research were shown that de-radicalization in Islamic education faced several obstacles in achieving assessment standard. Nevertheless, Islamic education in curriculum 2013 can foster students’ character of religious, tolerant, democratic, and peace-love. As an effort of preventing, de-radicalization was done early through Islamic education. The practice of de-radicalization was carried out by teachers in a form of introducing and implementing religious values, tolerance, and nationalism in learning process by integrated with syllabus, teaching materials, and lesson plan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms of error in using Indonesian language in the legal ruling on sharia economic cases in the Makassar Religious Court. Research is a descriptive qualitative research that is documentative or library research. The data in this study are the use of legal language on the decisions of sharia economic cases number 73 / Pdt.G / 2015 / PA. Mks. Makassar Religious Court. Data collection is done through documentation techniques, by examining a number of references to the use of legal languages, both in the form of books, journals, magazines, newspapers, research reports, and legal documents that are relevant to the problems under study. Recording, namely the author records all matters relating to the phenomenon of legal language usage, which is obtained from the decisions of the Makassar Religious Court and relevant documents, into the notebook prepared in the form of a body of data. The steps of data analysis, namely (1) Identifying the legal language that has experienced an error, (2) Classifying the form of sentence writing errors in the decision of the sharia economic case of the Makassar Religious Court, (3) Analyzing the form of sentence using the Indonesian language in economic case decisions Makassar Islamic sharia, (4) Describe any form of language use error accompanied by descriptions or explanations. The results of the study showed that the Indonesian sentence in the law in the sharia economic decision of the Makassar Religious Court experienced structural errors as a result of not having the function of the subject in sentences, and improper use of conjunctions, and not paying attention to punctuation, diction, ambiguous words, use of redundant words, and adjust the context of the case with the right reasoning pattern. As a result of these errors, the meaning of the sentence becomes ambiguous, making it difficult for the reader to understand. Apart from that, sentence structure errors can cause differences in the meaning that is generated in a decision.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the pattern of communication between nurses and elderly patients towards a healthy lifestyle through the NLP approach. It was a qualitative study using a case study method involving 6 nurses and 15 elderly patients active in Prolanis activities in Batu Ke'de village, Masalle subdistrict. The results of observations and interviews were then analysed using interactive analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of observation and analysis, the study found that nurses could use the neurolinguistic programming method in communicating with the elderly which causes changes in the thinking and behaviour patterns of the elderly towards a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, the NLP method can be used by nurses as one method of communicating and influencing elderly patients by taking into account its four main pillars, which are the outcome, rapport, sensory acuity, and flexibility

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a description of children’s second language verbal communication skills aged 7-8 years in the activity of buying and selling transactions with foreign tourists. This research was conducted in South Coastal Coast of Central Lombok Regency of West Nusa Tenggara. This research is a qualitative study of case study by Milles and Hubberman model data analysis technique with four stages of interalain analysis (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data display and (4) drawing conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the verbal communication skills of coastal children are obtained partially covering three linguistic components; vocabulary, shipping and grammatical arrangement. The process of acquiring verbal communication skills is influenced by two factors, namely family pressure and self-exposure of children to the coastal tourism environment that encourages children to sell cultural products to foreign tourists. For these purposes, coastal children use two common patterns of second language verbal communication, ie direct verbal communication patterns (spoken word) and indirect verbal communication patterns (writing word). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memeroleh gambaran kemampuan komunikasi verbal bahasa kedua anak usia 7-8 tahun dalam kegiatan transaksi jual beli dengan turis mancanegara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pesisir Pantai Selatan Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan teknik analisis data model Milles dan Hubberman dengan empat tahapan analisis yang meliputi (1) pengumpulan data, (2) reduksi data, (3) display data, dan (4) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi verbal anak pesisir pantai cenderung diperoleh secara parsial; mencakup tiga komponen kebahasaan antaralain kosakata, pelafalan dan susunan gramatikal. Adapun proses pemerolehan kemampuan komunikasi verbal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu tekanan keluarga dan ekspos diri anak pada lingkungan pariwisata pantai yang mendorong anak untuk berjualan produk-produk kebudayaan kepada para turis mancanegara. Untuk kepentingan tersebut, anak pesisir pantai menggunakan dua pola umum komunikasi verbal bahasa kedua, yaitu pola komunikasi verbal langsung (spoken word) dan pola komunikasi verbal tidak langsung (writing word). Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of how to foster children's character through the role of Islamic education from Mubaligh and contributions of parents in Gayau Pantu Sri Aman village, Sarawak, Malaysia. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study design. The subjects of this study were children aged 10-12 years old. The minority converts are tenheads of families, and the preacher consists of two people who come from the community. Data were collected through interviews and observations. Data analysis refers to the Milles and Huberman model, namely: 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, and 4) makingconclusions. The data validity technique used triangulation of data and sources. The results showed that mubaligh and parents play a role in developing children's character by applying social-oriented religious learning. Religion and tolerance are the most dominant characters that grow in children.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 mensyaratkan social distance, sehingga pembelajaran mandiri perlu dimaksimalkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memaparkan (1) bentuk pembelajaran self-study, (2) kendala, dan (3) manfaat pembelajaran self-study pada program paket A di PKBM Rantenase selama pandemic COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengelola, tutor, dan warga belajar program paket A. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis interaktif dengan cara reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran mandiri di PKBM Rantenase dilaksanakan dengan tutor mengarahkan peserta didik melalui pesan SMS maupun Whatsapp sedangkan evaluasi diganti dengan penugasan. Kendala yang ditemui selama pembelajaran di masa pandemic yakni kendala teknis seperti akses jaringan, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana serta sumber belajar. Sedangkan kendala nonteknis yakni karakteristik warga belajar. Manfaat pembelajaran self-study memperkuat literasi fungsional terutama keterampilan literasi digital, membangkitkan semangat penggerak pemberdayaan masyarakat terutama dalam pembelajaran meski dengan segala keterbatasan. Peserta didik memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang bermakna, berdasarkan potensi dan kebutuhannya. Optimization of self-study learning in the Paket A program at the community learning activity center during the pandemic Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic requires social distance, so independent learning needs to be maximized. The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the form of self-study learning, (2) constraints, and (3) the benefits of self-study learning in the package A program in PKBM Rantenase during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were managers, tutors, and learning citizens of the package A program. Data collection methods used interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed interactively by means of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that independent learning in PKBM Rantenase was carried out with a tutor directing students via SMS or Whatsapp messages while assignments replaced evaluation. The obstacles encountered during learning during the pandemic were technical problems such as network access, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, and learning resources. Meanwhile, non-technical constraints are the characteristics of the learning community. The benefits of self-study learning strengthen functional literacy, especially digital literacy skills, arouse the spirit of community empowerment, especially in learning even with all the limitations. Learners gain meaningful learning experiences based on their potential and needs.
