Abstract

In this paper, the Reduction Method of ISO image for Operating System of Linux Distro (Open Source Based on Linux) is proposed. IGOS Nusantara as a Linux Distro is used on this study. The reduction method of ISO image for IGOS Nusantara consists of modules elimination and usage of an optimal compression technique. Using the reduction method optimally on the rpm files of the application packages of IGOS Nusantara will decrease their sizes. Experiment results demonstrate that some of the rpm files can be reduced from 40 MB to 29 MB. All reduced rpm files and other modules are processed into ISO image. By this method, the original size 890 MB of ISO image can be shrinked into 685 MB. The small and compact size of ISO image are very useful to save the internet bandwidth in downloading IGOS Nusantara and also to make it more responsive when it is used by users.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah manusia dalam menyelesaikan semua pekerjaan dan segala aspek kehidupan manusia. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang berkembang semakin pesat selain berdampak pada kegiatan manusia. Selain itu juga berdampak pada perilaku dan peta persaingan bagaimana cara mengelola perusahaanyang akhirnya berpengaruh pada perkembangan bisnis dunia. RSUD Kota Bandung belum menggunakan sistem informasi dengan teknologi terkini yang dapat menunjang kemudahan akses.. Dilihat dari pemanfaatan sistem informasi yang belum optimal dalam mendukung bisnis rumah sakit, ini merupakan suatu kekurangan dari efisiensi organisasi.Dengan demikian diperlukan sebuah solusi untuk memperbaiki pelayanan system informasi saat ini dengan cara mengajukan beberapa usulan aplikasi Metode yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan kondisi organisasi RSUD Bandung saat ini adalah Enterprise Architecture Planning. Metode ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan dan mengembangkan enterprise architecture untuk mencapai strategi bisnis perusahaan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa usulan aplikasi yang dapat memperbaiki pelayanan sistem informasi saat ini.

Abstract

Currently, with a malicious attacker against the authorization of an image it is necessary to have a method to secure the content of the image. Therefore this paper presents a new technique for performing image confusion and diffusion using Two Dimensional Triangle Fractional Combination Discrete Chaotic Map (2D-TFCDM). The image confusion requires a set of 2D-TFCDM chaotic random numbers to relocate the pixel locations of plain or secret images. At the same time, image diffusion utilizes the chaotic numbers to modify the pixel values of confused image. The proposed method performs well in terms of visual investigation and objective quality assessment on the confused and diffused images. In addition, it offers a promising result for the grayscale and color image with simple computation, which the experiment results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms other existing methods under several types of visual observation, correlation coefficients, entropy, UACI, NPCR.

Abstract

Abstract: E-Learning For Kids Education about Corona Virus (EduCovid-19) is an e-learning website for elementary school students to be able to bridge teachers, parents and students in providing correct information about the spread, danger, and handling of corona virus outbreaks. In addition, this website is equipped with Thematic material that students get at school. By implementing a primary school curriculum for thematic lessons, it is hoped that it can adjust the learning system that is available in schools. The design of EduCovid-19 contains material in the form of education and exercises about Covid-19 and thematic lessons where in one of these materials there will be questions and answers as one of the interactive assessment methods for teachers. The method used in the design of this system is RAD and the research methods used in data collection are interviews, observation and case studies. By applying the learning system using EduCovid-19, it will be able to increase children's interest in the learning process that is currently underway, namely school from home and provide students with knowledge about the dangers and ways to overcome Covid-19.Keywords: Elearning, School, Covid-19, EduCovid-19Abstrak: E-Learning For Kids Education about Corona Virus (EduCovid-19) merupakan website elearning bagi pelajar sekolah dasar untuk dapat menjembatani guru, orang tua dan siswa dalam memberikan informasi yang benar seputar penyebaran, bahaya, dan penangan terkait wabah virus corona. Selain itu, di website ini dilengkapi dengan materi Tematik yang siswa dapatkan di sekolah. Dengan menerapkan kurikulum sekolah dasar pelajaran tematik, diharapkan dapat menyesuaikan sistem pembelajaran yang terdapat di sekolah. Perancangan EduCovid-19 ini berisi materi-materi berupa edukasi serta latihan soal seputar Covid-19 dan pelajaran tematik dimana dalam salah satu materi tersebut akan ada tanya jawab sebagai salah satu metode penilaian interaktif bagi para guru. Dalam perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode RAD dan metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan studi kasus. Dengan penerapan sistem pembelajaran menggunakan EduCovid-19 nantinya mampu meningkatkan ketertarikan anak dalam proses pembelajaran yang saat ini sedang berlangsung yaitu school from home dan memberikan pengetahuan kepada siswa mengenai bahaya dan cara menghindari serta mengatasi Covid-19.Kata kunci: Elearning, Sekolah, Covid-19, EduCovid-19

Abstract

High performance computing (HPC) is required for image processing especially for picture element (pixel) with huge size. To avoid dependence to HPC equipment which is very expensive to be provided, the soft approach has been performed in this work. Actually, both hard and soft methods offer similar goal which are to reach time computation as short as possible. The discrete cosine transformation (DCT) and singular values decomposition (SVD) are conventionally performed to original image by consider it as a single matrix. This will result in computational burden for images with huge pixel. To overcome this problem, the second order matrix has been performed as block matrix to be applied on the original image which delivers the DCT-SVD hybrid formula. Hybrid here means the only required parameter shown in formula is intensity of the original pixel as the DCT and SVD formula has been merged in derivation. Result shows that when using Lena as original image, time computation of the singular values using the hybrid formula is almost two seconds faster than the conventional. Instead of pushing hard to provide the equipment, it is possible to overcome computational problem due to the size simply by using the proposed formula.
