<![CDATA[Abstrak Masalah kurangnya ketersediaan air baku yang terjadi saat ini, menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan bagi kehidupan masyarakat salah satunya pada daerah Kecamatan Poto Tano di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Hal ini disebabkan karena semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan penduduk akan air baku yang tidak sejalan dengan pembangunan sarana dan prasarana penyediaan air baku. Oleh karena itu, penulis membuat analisis yang terkait dengan masalah tersebut, dengan merencanakan sebuah embung yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air baku. Tahap awal perencanaan embung adalah perhitungan debit banjir rancangan dengan berbagai kala ulang dan debit andalan. Tahap selanjutnya ialah analisis kebutuhan air baku penduduk pengguna embung, analisis tampungan embung dan analisis hidrolika pelimpah. Dari hasil analisis tersebut, maka dapat direncanakan dimensi tubuh dan pelimpah embung. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis stabilitas lereng, stabilitas tubuh embung dan stabilitas tubuh embung. Tahap terakhir dalam perencanaan ini yaitu analisis rencana anggaran biaya konstruksi embung. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan volume tampungan efektif embung adalah 10277,01 m3.Tipe embung yang digunakan yaitu tipe urugan homogen, dengan data teknis sebagai berikut: elevasi dasar embung +55,00; elevasi puncak embung +68,40; elevasi puncak pelimpah +65,00; tinggi pelimpah 2 m; lebar pelimpah 6 m; serta panjang kolam olak 10,408 m. Berdasarkan analisis stabilitas konstruksi yang dilakukan, didapatkan angka keamanan yang memenuhi persyaratan stabilitas terhadap guling, geser dan daya dukung tanah. Rencana anggaran biaya konstruksi embung yaitu sebesar Rp 2.988.123.000,-. Kata Kunci: embung, dimensi embung, stabilitas embung, rencana anggaran biaya. Abstract The lack of raw water leads to couple of social problems one of which is in Poto Tano District in Sumbawa Barat Regency. This problem is caused by the elevating need of raw water which is not accommodated by infrastructure construction in providing raw water. Thus, the researcher conducted an analysis related to the aforementioned problem by planning a small dam which can be utilized to fulfill the need of raw water. The initial stage of planning a small dam is measuring the design flood discharge with numbers of return period and depandable flow. The further stages are analyzing the raw water need by the people relying on the dam, the reservoir, and the overflow’s hydraulics. By the analyses, the dimensions of the dam’s body and overflow can be planned. Furthermore, the stability analyses of the slope and the dam’s body were also carried out. On the last stage of the planning, the budget plan analysis is coming up next. Regarding on the executed analyses, the effective volume of the reservoir is 10277.01 m3 where the type of the dam is homogen dam, with technical data as follows the elevation of the dam’s floor which lies in the level of +55.00, the elevation of the dam’s crest which is on the level of +68.40, the elevation of the overflow’s crest is +65.00, the height of the overflow is 2-meter-high with 6 meter width, and the length of the stilling basin is 10.408-meter-long. Regarding to the conducted construction stability analysis, the retrieved safety number wich satisfy the stability requirements toward tumbling, shifting, and the soil’s supporting strength.
