Abstract

The discomfort felt so far by employees of the Public Works Office and Cirebon City Space Stewards has a direct impact on the performance of employees who have not beenmaximized, so the author is interested in conducting research conducted in the form of thesis with Environmental Analysis of Work On The Performance of Employees of the Public Works Office and Cirebon City Space Stewards. The research method used is descriptive research analysis method,while the sampling technique used in this study is a simple random sampling of 60 respondents. Data collection techniques are conducted using literature studies, observations, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis on the influence between free variables i.e. work environment with variables tied to employee performance. The result is calculated t value of 14,429 while in table t at df 60 is 1,671; so tcount > table t or 14,429 > 1,671. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there isa significant influence on the performance of employees at the Cirebon Public Works And Space Stewardship Office, thus the hypothesis is proven. While the correlation coefesien value is 0.884 while the determining coefesien value obtained is 0.782 or 78.20%. This percentage of the influence of work environment variables on employee performance is 78.20%. While the remaining 21.80% was influenced by other variables not studied in this study. Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure is one part of the existing management in educational institutions that have a very important role to support the educational process, especially the learning process. Based on the fact, the management of facilities and infrastructure have not been optimally performed by the school in achieving its objectives as an educational institution. Management or management is an integral component and can not be separated from the educational process as a whole, without the management is not possible educational goals can be realized optimally, effective, and efficient. Of these problems, the author is interested in conducting research with the title of the factor analysis of facilities and infrastructure management on the performance of educators survey at Junior High School 1 (SMPN 1) Kota Cirebon. The samples are saturated samples (census) so that the sample size is still 42 respondents. The test results F value of 15,027 while the F table at df (0,05;5,36) is equal to 2,477; so that t > t table or 15,027 > 2,477. This means that there is simultaneously a means and infrastructure management influence on the performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Kota Cirebon, whereas the correlation coefficient of 0,822 and the value of coefficient of determination obtained amounted to 0,676 or 67,60%. This percentage variables influence Infrastructures Management on the performance of educators at 67,60%. While the remaining 32,40% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Factors that have contributed to the variable infrastructure management is the planning, procurement and utilization while maintaining dimensions and supervision do not contribute to the performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Kota Cirebon.

Abstract

Good governance can be realized through effective internal control, as a result of the implementation of financial accountability. Internal control can effectively provide reasonable assurance on adherence, and effectiveness, efficiency and effectiveness in achieving the purpose of the duties and functions of Government Agencies (assurance activities) can give early warning (early warning system) and the effectiveness of risk management in the implementation of the tasks and functions of Government Agencies (anti-corruption activities); and to maintain and improve governance in the implementation of tasks and functions of Government Agencies (consulting activities). The sampling technique used in this study is saturated or census sample is numbered 69 respondents. Data collection technique is to use literature study, observation, questionnaire and documentation study. Analysis of the data on the influence of the independent variables are the professionalism of internal auditors with the dependent variable quality of the internal auditor's report. The results showed that the factors of the professionalism of internal auditors to improve the quality of examination reports of internal auditors in Inspectorate Cirebon including the factor of independence, professional ability factor, the factor of the scope of work, and the internal audit section management factor.

Abstract

With increasing population growth and a high increase in people's incomes, the demand for decent housing increases. While the ability to provide housing done by the housing industry has not been able to meet the needs of existing homes. Until the year 2014, the lack of houses (backlog) reached 13, 7 million units. In an effort to reduce the backlog of housing and eliminate the slums it is necessary activities to build settlements for the community at affordable prices by people, especially low-income people. In order for the community to occupy a decent dwelling, it is necessary to make various efforts so that the number of occupancies can be increased in sufficient quantities. For that needed a strategic plan that is able to accommodate various problems that exist so that people can have or occupy a decent, quality and affordable. The research method used is a descriptive method of analysis with secondary data approach derived from documents coming from the Dinas Pemukiman dan Tata Ruang at Cirebon City and Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Cirebon City. The result of this research data analysis by using coefficient of determination equal to 0,997 mean influence of variable of Simplified House Price of Subsidy (X1), Income of Society (X2), Number of Population (X3), and Interest Rate of Credit Subsidy (X4) to variable Y equal to 99,7 %, while the remaining 0.3% is influenced by other variables/other factors not examined.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive verification study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Prunabon Global Supplies Indonesia. The research sample was selected using random sampling techniques to obtain the experimental and control groups. Based on the results of data processing, that PT. Prunabon Global Supplies Indonesia in the training method using the hall method. The results showed that in the experimental group some employees responded positively to training with an average value of 81.26, while the average in the control group was 75.51. The percentage increase from before and after treatment in the experimental group was 10% while the control group was 5.29%. And the statistical hypothesis test shows a significant value (t) 0,000 is smaller than α determined (0.05) or seen from the hypothesis testing criteria obtained t count greater than t table (3.849 ≥ 1.669) thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that training is very influential in increasing employee work productivity.

Abstract

Belum meratanya hasil kinerja karyawan yang baik yang disebabkan masih ada karyawan yang belum memahami komitmen terhadap perusahaan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) DAOP 3 Cirebon, sehingga penulis tertarik untuk mengadakan penelitian yang dituangan dalam bentuk skripsi dengan judul Analisis Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) DAOP 3 Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif analisis, sedangkan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengambilan sampel secara acak sederhana yaitu berjumlah 93 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan, observasi, angket dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data tentang pengaruh antara variabel bebas yaitu komitmen organisasi dengan variabel terikat kinerja karyawan. Hasil diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 7,382 sedangkan pada t tabel pada df 93 adalah sebesar 1,661; sehingga thitung > ttabel atau 7,382 > 1,661. Ini artinya bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) DAOP 3 Cirebon, dengan demikian hipotesis terbukti. Sedangkan nilai koefesien korelasi sebesar 0,612 sedangkan nilai koefesien determinasi yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,375 atau 37,50%. Hal ini persentase pengaruh variabel komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 37,50%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 62,50% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The training was carried out for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME’s), especially in the medium business category, namely at PT. Prunabon Global Supplies Indonesia which is in Cirebon Regency for 4 (four) days, namely on 17 – 20 October 2022. The factor of a lack of human resources who are less skilled in rattan weaving and the demand for production results is not balanced, will have an impact on how the training method work according to the needs in increasing knowledge and skills. The purpose of the training is to improve capabilities in terms of knowledge and skills of employees so that employees are better and can achieve optimal work results. The method used is the hall method and the demonstration method. The results show that through training, employees improve in terms of knowledge and skills in weaving rattan handicrafts.   Abstrak Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) terkhusus pada kategori usaha menengah yaitu PT. Prunabon Global Supplies Indonesia yang berada di Kabupaten Cirebon selama 4 (empat) hari yakni pada tanggal 17 – 20 Oktober 2022. Faktor minimnya sumber daya manusia dalam perihal keterampilan pada hal penganyaman rotan juga permintaan daripada hasil produksi tidak seimbang, akan berdampak pada bagaimana metode pelatihan kerja yang disesuaikan dengan keperluan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan. Tujuan dari pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemamampuan dalam hal pengetahuan dan keterampilan karyawan sehingga karyawan lebih baik dan bisa mencapai hasil kerja yang optimal. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode aula/balai dan metode demonstrasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa melalui pelatihan, karyawan peningkatan dalam aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menganyam kerajian rotan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of visitor satisfaction on the service performance of Marina Semarang beach. The method of measuring visitor satisfaction uses the IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) method or the Performance Interest Analysis and the Customer Satisfaction Index or Customer Satisfaction Index (IKP). Data was collected by filling out questionnaires and interviewing 440 respondents who were visitors to Marina Semarang Beach who were domiciled in Semarang. The questionnaire consists of 3 parts: first, visitor characteristics data, second assessment/perception of visitors about the performance (performance) at the tourist attractions Marina Semarang Beach, third assessment/perceptions about the importance (importance) in tourist attractions Marina Beach Semarang. A total of 274 respondents or 62.27%, this shows that the respondents are satisfied, meaning that the implementation of the attributes of Sapta Pesona Marina Beach Semarang is satisfactory. a total of 437 respondents or 99.3%, this shows that respondents feel it is important that the implementation of the attributes of Sapta Pesona Marina Beach Semarang is expected to be improved.

Abstract

Competence is an important factor in determining company performance in order to be able to compete and continue to exist in a competitive market so that companies are required to have competent employees. Through this research, information will be obtained about the extent to which employee competence contributes to performance and helps companies optimize employee competency development, so as to improve overall company performance. This study used a survey method by collecting data from respondents through questionnaires with a sample of 95 people. The data analysis technique in this study used a linear regression test. Competency at PT FSCM Manufaturing Indonesia Plant Cirebon, the highest indicator is showing friendly behavior while the lowest predictor is having leadership traits because employees do not have experience and graduate from high school education. The highest indicator on the employee performance variable is having work absenteeism and while the lowest predictor is having responsibility at work. However, the results showed that significantly competence had a positive effect on employee performance at PT FSCM Manufacturing Indonesia Plant Cirebon because the significance value of the t-test of 0.000 was smaller than alpha (α) 0.05.
