In an effort to prevent the Covid-19 pandemic, schools are implementing online student learning methods. This government policy is in order to break the chain of spreading Covid-19. However, in practice, there are still many teachers in schools who are still confused about implementing the online learning system because the teachers are not good at technology, so the teacher only sends assignments without explaining the material. As a result, online learning becomes ineffective which has an impact on student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the tiktok-based online learning model. The method used in this research is phenomenology. The informants in this study were the parents of students who live in East Java. The conclusion of this study is that the Tik Tok application used as a learning medium has not been fully effective. Parents consider that the Tik Tok application used in their children's learning is mostly used for playing while learning hours are still in progress. Keywords: model; learning; online; tik tok. Dalam upaya mencegah pandemi Covid-19, sekolah menerapkan metode pembelajaran siswa secara online. Kebijakan pemerintah ini dalam rangka memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19. Namun dalam prakteknya masih banyak guru di sekolah yang masih bingung menerapkan sistem pembelajaran online karena gurunya kurang jago teknologi, sehingga guru hanya mengirimkan tugas tanpa menjelaskan materi. Akibatnya pembelajaran online menjadi tidak efektif yang berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran daring berbasis Tik Tok. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah fenomenologi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa yang tinggal di Jawa Timur. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa aplikasi Tik Tok yang digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan efektif. Para orang tua menilai bahwa aplikasi Tik Tok yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran anak-anak mereka lebih banyak digunakan untuk bermain ketika jam pembelajaran masih berlangsung. The marine industry is an important resource in human life. The demand for seafood continues to increase almost all over the world, but catches continue to decline. Therefore, there is a need for a fisherman knowledge management system. The system becomes a collection of processes that coordinate information, knowledge, and experience that run and work together, so that the fishing community has an integrated system in catch management. This study aims to model knowledge management about the sustainability of capture fisheries and document the knowledge of fishermen. This study uses a qualitative approach with the Achieve method which seeks to describe the following objects or subjects as they are to convey facts and information systematically. The survey locations were carried out in several areas in 6 coastal locations in East Nusa Tenggara Province. The results of the practice in the fishing community become the basis for content in media creation. With the program, it can be seen from the activeness of coastal communities in conveying information. The same understanding of the benefits of information systems in web-based programs follows the existing concepts, such as togetherness, participation grows through consensus and shared vision, ideals, hopes, goals, and needs. Second, extending from the bottom, participation is not forced from top to bottom or controlled by individuals or groups through power mechanisms. Participation grows based on the awareness and needs felt by the community.

Sosialisasi anak-anak memiliki pengaruh yang kuat pada perilaku mereka. Kedewasaan dan kesempatan untuk belajar dari banyak rangsangan di sekitar mereka membantu anak-anak mengembangkan keterampilan sosial mereka. Kemandirian adalah salah satu dari banyak komponen kecerdasan emosional. Selain itu, tingkat kemandirian seseorang mempengaruhi tingkat pencapaian hidup mereka. Pendidikan anak usia dini dapat membantu anak memperoleh berbagai keterampilan, termasuk kompetensi sosial. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model belajar e-learning di usia dini. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan literature review atau kajian pustaka dengan menggunakan data berupa artikel terpublikasi yang diperoleh melalui Google Scholar. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terkait model belajar e-learning bagi anak usia dini yaitu dengan melibatkan pendamping dan guru untuk memfasilitasi anak usia dini dalam melakukan belajar online.

Covid-19 pandemic around the world has rapidly changed learning patterns. Students are more interested in social media than online learning. This is reinforced by recent statistics showing increased social media use worldwide during the Covid-19 pandemic. Social media has become an attractive alternative for teachers in online learning activities because ready to use, and many students use it. The use of social media should encourage active, interactive, communicative, creative, and collaborative learning in students because they are used to using it. This research aims to develop a digital guide to help teachers design online learning using social media. This research uses a qualitative approach through the case study to make the model allow the teacher to develop online learning with social media by Combining two models, the ASSURE Model and the Conley and Sabo Model. This research collaborates with high school teachers to conduct focus group discussions. The results of this study illustrate the teacher's view of the digital guidelines developed. Limited ability to use technology is one of the things to consider. This online learning digital guide motivates teachers to continue to innovate amid the covid-19 pandemic. The digital Guidelines guide teachers in online learning to develop online learning in social media, so students feel comfortable studying.

E-learning is one of the factors that can affect the quality and quality of training, in this case, village assistants for fishing communities. E-learning provides non-formal distance interactions to carry out learning activities by carrying out activities including obtaining learning materials, learning resources, guides or step-by-step guidance or tutorials. The purpose of this study is to present a Village Assistant information system framework for fishermen in East Nusa Tenggara Province, because there is a growing concern that fishermen need empowerment using e-module technology. Our study uses a module development research methodology with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results of data analysis show that the village companion e-module has the potential to empower fishermen. empowerment e-module suggesting access to information, competence, impact; self-determination, and meaning are components of empowerment for fishermen in NTT. Improved communication, opportunities to access fishing regulations, access to health and safety information, increased confidence related to the capabilities, and opportunities for professional development of fishermen. Potential empowerment results from the use of e-learning for village assistants. Comprehensive e-learning development for fishermen empowerment, because most of the literature approaches the economic point of view of fishermen, not in an organizational setting. This study contributes by providing practical knowledge to fishermen, government, and development organizations in the empowerment process, components, and results of empowerment using e-learning
