Abstract

Syirkah kontemporer merupakan pengembangan dari syirkah klasik yang sudahdirumuskan oleh imam mazhab terdahulu. Ulama kontemporer mengembangkan syirkah ini untukmengakomodir perkembangan system bisnis dalam bekerjasama yang dilakukan oleh manusia di eramodern seperti kerjasama antar perusahaan; PT, CV,Ventura dan lain-lain. Salah satu karakteristikhukum Islam adalah mampu menjawab status hukum permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh ummatnyatermasuk dalam hal ini tentang syirkah yang dipraktekkan dewasa ini (kontemporer). Pada prinsipnyakompleksitas yang dimiliki oleh syirkah kontemporer tidak bisa lepas dari prinsip dasar syirkah itusendiri agar dia tetap dalam koridor syar’i dan menjadi usaha yang halal. Prinsip yang harus dipegangidalam syirkah (melakukan kerjasama) adalah perserikatan itu merupakan transaksi yang bolehdiwakilkan; prosentase pembagian keuntungan maupun kerugian untuk masing-masing pihak yangberserikat dijelaskan ketika berlangsungya akad; keuntungan itu diambilkan dari hasil laba hartaperserikatan, bukan dari harta lain

Abstract

Determining the profit-sharing ratio in Islamic concepts is a necessity. The system of determination of the profit-sharing ratio should refer to the principle of fairness of inter-personal balance of the conduct of the council. The behavior of the Muslim community in Indonesia, especially in the villages, is still a lot that does not set the profit-sharing ratio at the time of agreement (akad). As with the livestock raising, the yield-sharing system is set at the time of the outcome and often the determinant of how much of each part is the owner of the livestock. Abstract

Populasi yang cukup tinggi dalam membuat masyarakat Indonesia beramai ramai melaksanakan ibadah haji dan umrah. Hal ini tercermin pada waktu tunggu antri untuk ibadah haji di Indonesia yaitu berkisar waktu 10-17 Tahun. Data tersebut menunjukan bahwa sangat banyak sekali antusiasmen warga dalam melaksanakamn ibadah haji, akan tetapi untuk mengisi waktu tunggu tersebut yang cukup lama banyak masyarakat yang melakukan ibadah umrah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor motivasi masyarakat melaksanakan ibadah haji dan umrah. Studi desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis faktor melalui uji  Barlett test of sphericity, Kaiser Mesyer Olkin (KMO), dan Measure Sampling Adequacy (MSA). Faktor individu yaitu usia dan pendidikan tidak dapat menjadi faktor yang signifikan dalam mempengaruhi untuk melaksanakan ibadah haji dan umrah.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the implementation of the musyarakah mutanaqishah contract in Islamic banking in Indonesia based on the Islamic maqasid review. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The research data were collected using the documentation method. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from various sources regarding the provisions of sharia fatwas, sharia standards, statutory regulations, operational and practical standards in Islamic banking, as well as the results of relevant research and publications. The data were analyzed using the inductive method. The analysis of the implementation of the musyarakah mutanaqishah contract is carried out based on the maqasid sharia approach. The results of the study found that the implementation of the musyarakah mutanaqishah contract as an alternative to mudharabah financing in Islamic banking, from the aspect of risk charging and equal partnerships, was not in accordance with the maqashid sharia and existing regulations in Indonesia

Abstract

Abstract,Halal certification is a must in the culinary field, especially in supporting Indonesia as a world halal tourism destination. However, the phenomenon that is developing in the city of Bengkulu, there are still many processed foods, especially flour and meat such as meatballs, which are very popular with the public, do not have a halal certificate in their sales In fact, there is only 1 meatball business in Bengkulu that is registered in the 2020 LPPOM MUI halal product shopping. Thus, the purpose of this study is to describe how the process of production of food processed with flour and meat, which is mostly a category of home industry in Bengkulu City, and analyzes it using production theory in Islam. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Research informants were home industry food producers, namely food producers from processed meat and flour. This business does not yet have a brand or production permit from the related party, even though they produce the food every day and it is sold freely in the city of Bengkulu. The research instrument was an open interview guide to dig deeper into the information about the production process that the informant did. Data analysis through restatement, description and interpretation of data. The results of the study found that the meatball home industry food production process in Bengkulu City has not had a halal standard of production as regulated in production theory in Islam. This happened on the background of the lack of knowledge of home industry players about halal production and tended not to consider the issue of halal label and production permits from related parties as important.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem penetapan fee (ujrah) pada produk pembiayaan BSI Hasanah Card di Bank Syariah Indonesia. Jenis pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian lapangan (field research). Dalam penelitian ini, data primer dan sekunder digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Secara khusus, metode Miles dan Huberman digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk analisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa sistem penetapan fee (ujrah) pada BSI Hasanah Card dipengaruhi oleh limit kartu, fasilitas yang didapatkan nasabah dan jumlah pemakaian nasabah. Dan penetapan fee BSI Hasanah Card juga berdasarkan surat keputusan peraturan Bank Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the adaptation strategy of tour and travel bureaus in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the object of AQM research in Bengkulu City with Mr. Heru Putra Perdana A.Md. as General Supervisor/IT. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative by collecting, managing, analyzing and presenting data. The results of this study the authors conclude that Covid-19 has greatly impacted the Umrah Travel Organizer (PPIU) at PT. The Quba Mandiri Award for Bengkulu City. the adaptation strategy of the tour and travel bureau in dealing with the covid-19 pandemic, it can be concluded that the adaptation strategy used is by applying an adaptive strategy (adjustment strategy), an adaptive strategy of prospectors and defenders types, namely making adjustments to current conditions, innovations made by PT . Anugerah Quba Mandiri City of Bengkulu with the formation of a 3s team, recruiting as many employees as possible, the tamrah system (umrah savings), and booking a sit down deposit of 5 million. To restore the company's income, opening a new business, a raudoh figure is a branch of AQM such as Muslim clothes, Umrah gifts, zam-zam water, dates, etc. apply Umrah savings in cooperation with the appointed bank. People can save at any time while waiting for confirmation of departure. This strategy led to innovations aimed at attracting public interest and keeping the company afloat.

Abstract

Fatwa Dewan Syari’ah Nasional NO: 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 TentangMURABAHAH point pertama tentang ketentuan umum murabahah nomor 9menjelaskan kebolehan pihak bank mewakilkan pembelian barang kepadanasabah yang membutuhkan barang tersebut, kemudian setelah barang secaraprinsip sudah dimiliki oleh bank maka dilakukan transaksi murabahah. Akantetapi dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan praktek wakalah dalam murabahah tidakdiakhiri dengan pelaksanaan transakasi murabahah, hal ini dapat dipahami daritindakan nasabah yang hanya menyerahkan bukti (kwitansi) pembelian barangtersebut sebagai kelengkapan administrasi, dengan demikian proses akadmurabahah mendahului pelaksanaan wakalah. Bagaimana status hukum wakalahantara bank dengan nasabah dalam akad murabahah yang mana wakil tanpapenyerahan dari muwakkil langsung menjadi pemilik benda yang menjadi objekwakalah?.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the income of MSMES at souvenir shops typical of Bengkulu before and during the Covid 19 pandemic and to find out the survival strategies that can be used by Bengkulu souvenir shops during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The results showed that there were significant differences in the income level of MSMES in Bengkulu souvenir shops before and during the pandemic. Based on the analysis of the marketing strategy of MSME actors in Bengkulu souvenir shops, the following survival strategies can be used: 1) Increasing Human Resources, 2) Implementing Creative Innovations, 3) E-Marketing Strategies In Promotion, 4) Product And Service Quality Improvement, 5) Production Cost Reduction.

Abstract

There are three issues studied in this final project, namely (1) knowing which services are available through immobile ibanking, (2) customer perceptions of the imobile ibanking application, (3) constraints in operating the immobile ibanking service. The purpose of this research is to build quality services in customer satisfaction. The author uses this type of field research (Field Research) with qualitative descriptive research methods, namely research conducted directly in the field, from the results of this study that customers are satisfied with the mobile banking application, making it easier for customers to make transactions in the mobile banking application, the data is collected in the mobile banking application. This research comes from primary and secondary data sources in the form of interviews and documentation related to mobile banking services. It is hoped that a stable inetwork i will be given to users of the imobile ibanking application so that they are able to enjoy the features of the imobile ibanking application service in any circumstances. which is made easy for iBRI iSyariah customers to share with the imobile banking application, which is in the form of various interesting features that can be utilized by BRI iSyariah customers. This can increase the number of ibank BRI Syariah customers. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the imobile ibanking service for customers of iBRI isyariah iBengkulu, can download the download ID of the iplay application store isstore so that customers can use the features that are available i service imobile ibanking application Perception or it is very responsive to customer service ibanking, and iyang easy services. By overcoming the less unstable inetwork, the customer has a strong i-network operator, by updating the application on imobile banking.
