The emergency neonatal condition becomes the cause of occurrence of neonatal mortality is the increased levels of bilirubin in blood or icterus neonatorum, which 50% occur in infants with <36 weeks gestation (preterm).Aims: To analyze the correlation between the gestation period and icterus neonatorum, so it is supposed to reduce the incidence of icterus neonatorum. Methods: This research is quantitative approach with cross sectional design and analyses hypothesis used chi-square test. The sample of this study is 289 infants used simple random sampling technique and the lottery system. Data used secondary data from the medical record that collected through the checklist. Results: Most of the infants with gestation period <36 weeks experienced the icterus neonatorum (62.5%) and the result of the chi-square test is p-value = 0.000. Odd Ratio (OR) of this research is 7.805 it means that gestation period <36 weeks have risked eight times than infants with gestation period ≥36 weeks. Conclusion: Pregnancy with gestation period <36 weeks has more changes to deliver newborn with icterus neonatorum. Routinely and regularly Antenatal Care (ANC) expected to detect early preterm birth.

The study was conducted in the Gedawang-Banyumanik area, Semarang, Central Java. A total of 22 study subjects was collected by purposive sampling. The dependent variable was the quality of sleep. The independent variable was yoga. The quality of sleep was measured using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).Results: Poor quality of sleep score decreased by 10.73 after yoga intervention (95% CI= -4.30 to -0.26; p= 0.029).Conclusion: Yoga interventions improve the quality of sleep in menopausal women. Keywords: quality of sleep, yoga, menopausal womenCorrespondence: Yetty Dwi Fara. Abstract

Chocolate contains magnesium which functions to enlarge blood vessels so as to prevent muscle spasms and blood vessel walls, Therefore magnesium functions to relieve dysmenorrhea or pain during menstruation. The purpose of this study was to determine the reduction in dysmenorrhea pain by giving chocolate. The method in this study is pre experimental with the type of one group pretest-posttest design research. The population in this study were all young women who experience dysmenorrhea with a sample of 30 young girls. Data analysis uses independent t-test. The results showed that the average pain before chocolate consumption was 4.47, and after chocolate consumption was 2.78. There is a difference before and after giving chocolate to young women at Kesuma Pharmacy Vocational School in Bandar Lampung in 2019, with a p-value of 0.001 (less than 0.05). It is expected to be an input for young women who experience dysmenorrhea pain in order to consume chocolate as an alternative to non-pharmacology as a reduction in dysmenorrhea pain.

Abstract

Indonesia still faced serious nutritional problems which are in line with the high number of stunting cases. The results of Basic Health Research show that the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia reached 30.8%  in 2018 and fell to 27.7% in 2019. Compared to the results of the Indonesian Toddler Nutrition Status Survey (SSGBI), the incidence of stunting in Indonesia was successfully reduced to 3.1% in the last year. However, this data was still higher than the World Health Organization (WHO) limit on stunting, which is less than 20%. Lampung is the 36th city with the highest prevalence of stunting. The number of toddlers in the short and very short categories in 2018 almost reached 30%. Handling stunting in Lampung was divided into two priorities or stunting loci, namely the first and second priorities. The first priority was the area of South Lampung, East Lampung and Central Lampung, while the second priority was the Tanggamus area, one of which is Sinar Petir Village which is included in the working area of the Bulok Public Health Center. The results of a preliminary survey conducted by researchers in January 2020 at the Bulok Public Health Center, it was revealed that there were 32 cases of stunting in the period January to December 2019. The toddlers diagnosed with stunting will be given supplementary feeding that are high in calories and protein as well monitored through the Integrated Service Post of toddlers every month to determine their progress. This study used a quantitative research design with a retrospective cohort approach. The data were taken through the medical records of the Public Health Center and the MCH handbook of Toddler stunting. Weight gain will be displayed in the form of the average (mean) weight per month after the Toddler has received recovering supplementary feeding. The monitoring was carried out up to 3 months after the giving of recovering supplementary feeding.
