Abstract

At present, the world has entered the era of information-based competition. Information becomes a valuable asset for a business institution in winning business competition. At PT MNC Sky Vision Tbk is currently using an information system in the form of the use of computer equipment in carrying out its work activities, but in processing data on demand for goods currently in processing data is still less efficient, fast, accurate, and there are still errors in the monthly report, because when In the average daily demand for goods there are 10 requests, both departments / divisions and from branch offices namely KPP, KPD and KPU, which number around 46 departments / divisions and 75 branch offices, for the number of goods requested by the Demand Management Information System Web-Based Goods at PT. MNC Sky Vision Tbk. In one transaction, there were 8 types out of a total of 738 types of goods, so in the process of recapitulating data, demand for goods requires a long time either in adding data, changing data, deleting data and searching data for items needed in a month. Based on these problems, it is needed an application in processing demand data, especially office stationery (ATK) and other supporting operational activities of the office. In this study, the data collection method uses observation, interviews and literature studies. The application is compiled with the procedure of development stage which includes analysis of needs, making data flow diagrams, implementation using PHP as a programming language and MySql as the database. From the research conducted, a Web-based demand management information system software is produced, which can help in day-to-day office operations, namely data storage or data recap and also avoid losses due to human error.

Abstract

In determining the level of quality of a software it is necessary to test the software. Tests tested can include specifications, design, and coding of the software. This test is conducted to test web-based library software. This test uses the Black Box Testing method using the Equivalence Partitioning technique. Black Box Testing is applied in order to find errors in software related to erroneous functions, errors in interface display, data structure errors or access rights in external databases, sub-optimal performance in a process, and errors in initialization or termination. The Equivalence Partitioning technique defines the cases to be tested by finding some errors and minimizing the number of cases that must be made. The Equivalence Partitioning test case design is based on the premise of the input and output of a component which is partitioned into classes according to the specifications of that component, which are treated equally (equivalence). It can also be assumed that the results of an input produce the same response. The expected result of testing this software is to ensure that this software is free from errors so that in its use there will be no obstacles that prevent the user from doing his work. And inform that the software is in accordance with predetermined specifications.

Abstract

DAPODIKDASMEN (Data Pokok Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah) is an application that is very important for schools to be used in managing all data related to institutional, curriculum, student data, teacher data, and employee data, as well as data on facilities and infrastructure of all schools in Indonesia and schools- Indonesian schools abroad. This application is quite complex, if something goes wrong can result in large losses. For this reason, testing of features in the DAPODIKDASMEN application is needed to ensure that there are no problems that cause losses, especially for stakeholders (stakeholders), this test is carried out to provide assurance that the DAPODIKDASMEN application is error free and suitable for use. Testing the DAPODIKDASMEN application is proposed by Black Box using the Equivalence Partitions technique so that errors / defects can be identified and can be corrected immediately. The results of testing with the Equivalence Partitions technique can find errors that exist due to errors in the pre-coding stage, as well as unintentional errors in coding, so that the resulting application can be guaranteed to be of high quality and in accordance with established requirements.

Abstract

Rental is a service provider that provides vehicle rental services. Currently, there are still many rental businesses that use manual systems for data processing which results in less efficient and slow work. Lack of information also makes it difficult for prospective tenants to find out the vehicle you want to rent. Making this application design aims to help facilitate ordering and information. This vehicle rental application will be designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, which visualizes the modeling using Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams. Then the programming language that will be planned is JAVA language, with the MYSQL database as data storage. Meanwhile, the application development uses the Netbeans IDE 8.2. This system will provide results in the form of rental information and ordering transactions to facilitate vehicle rental activities.

Abstract

Employees as one element in a company have rights and obligations to the company. One of the rights for employees is leave or permission for a certain time. The obligation of a company is to provide such leave or permission. In the process of applying for leave or employee permits so far, many use conventional processes. Conventional here means still using a form in the form of a sheet of paper leave or permission and must be sent to various parties for approval. This will take a long time and is not in line with the Go Green Program that is being carried out by many companies. Reduce, Re-use, Recycle and Replace are the four concepts of the Go Green program. Replacing the application for leave or permission that has been using a form (paper) by using a web-based application program is a step forward by the company to implement the Go Green concept. Web-based application programs in addition to reducing paper usage also do not require large physical data storage areas. This can be realized by making a web-based leave application which is certainly easier in terms of access to all employees. Meanwhile, data storage can be stored in cloud storage media. In this study, an application design will be made using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to be used as a reference during development. UML provides many diagrams, but in this study only a few diagrams were used. The results of the study indicate that application design using UML can facilitate communication between stakeholders, can make it easier for programmers to translate into programming languages. Using UML can reduce application creation errors and speed up completion.

Abstract

Implementation of Accounting Information System in educational institutions like school is important to do. With information system, delivery information accounting at school goes well on reach goals that determined before. School cash receipts with information accounting system should be support with information system for an effective administration process. Purpose of this research is give the solution about information system of school cash receipts to handle the problem in the system that has been applied. A plan with MYSQL and PHP application system passed through by DBMS (Database Management System),used for creating the management with accounting information system. With SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method does for program school accounting of information system. Before used SDLC method,school used manual system that cause much trouble, one of them is data dissonance existence with cash receipts evidence. After the implementation of the SDLC method and a complete DBMS design can make it easier for programmers to implement into programming languages, can reduce errors and speed up work.

Abstract

This researcher is planning on agriculture monitor system effective and planting will increase harvest yield. Effort to do a plan and construction in this agriculture, could give benefits in-between to knows   neighborhood condition with appropriate plant type in environtment of agriculture land and give various information. This system an AI implememtation which use technology like IoT, and use Farming System Analysis matriks variable in agriculture field which is related like, soil, plant, animal, tools, labor, capital, up to agriculture effort. Because the technology has not been developed this time and still got a problem and lack on agriculture sector, one of them is hard to choose a good land so that affect the farmers's harvest result. The results of this study indicate that the application of artificial intelligence can facilitate the community in farming and provide useful information ranging from planting to harvesting and reducing failure in harvesting, besides that other benefits provided are that the food needs of farmers can be fulfilled and even marketed.

Abstract

Testing is the most important thing to produce a system that is very good and also useful. Pengban a system must be carried out because if there is no prior testing of a system, then what will happen to the system will get a system error that results in a poor quality system and will result in a loss for developers and users. Experiments that have been carried out can find an error, disability, or failure on a system that has been known from the beginning and immediately corrected more thoroughly. In the test there are also types of system experiments, one of which is by testing the black box using an equivalent method that is good for looking for an error on the system. The equivalent method can break down the input domains of the program into a class that can solve test cases. Based on the results of a test that has been done, this application still has an error and also a defect in a system.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence is computer science that studies how to activate machines (computers) to complete work done by humans, even better than work done by humans. A broken laptop is a common problem, and expert systems are designed to help technicians solve the problem. Therefore, by using the network-based forward link method, an expert system application program was created to identify damaged laptops. The forward link method is a search method based on data or facts, then the collected facts are matched with the IF part of the IF-THEN rule. The expert system can identify damage based on signs of damage determined by the rules and implemented through the forward link method in the process of determining signs of damage. This application is here to make it easier for users to detect damage that occurs so they can solve problems more quickly and accurately.

Abstract

The application of artificial intelligence (AI) in a video game is one of the many technological innovations. One variation of 2D-based and offline-based games often applies artificial intelligence to their products to make the games they make interesting. In developing this artificial intelligence, State Machine (SM) is considered very fitting in programming the NPCs used against enemies (Enemy) in the game so that they have variations in movement, attack ranges, and different interaction patterns for each enemy.
