The research data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that perceived quality had a significant positive effect on loyalty through satisfaction, and perceived value had a significant positive effect on loyalty, both directly and indirectly through satisfaction. However, perceived quality did not have a direct effect on loyalty. These results implied that the company should continuously improve its service quality to maintain customer trust, satisfaction, and loyalty. The sample consisted of 80 lecturers and education staff of UPN "Veteran" East Java as the SIGARKU implementers. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square approach. Results of this study indicate that readiness to change has a direct effect on performance. Readiness to change has a positive effect on proactive behaviour, and proactive behaviour positively affects performance. However, proactive behaviour does not mediate the effect of readiness to change on performance. Keywords: performance, proactive behaviour, readiness to change, SIGARKU

Abstract

The importance of learning activeness of UPN Veteran Jawa Timur management program students in the success of the learning process, one of which is influenced by internal factors inherent in students (talents, interests, and IQ), one of which is shown by the level of self-efficacy. This study aims to analyze the implications of application of flipped class room learning media to increase self-efficacy and student learning activities. This research uses quasi experiment or pseudo experiment with one-group-pretest-posttest design model, where the research will be conducted in two cycles of assessment that is the first cycle in the period before the learning process "Interactive Classroom Activities" and "Explicit Instruction Methods" after seven initial meetings before Midtest and after Midtest. This research process is done cyclically as suggested by Kemmis & McTaggart (1988) with respect to plan, implementation, monitoring, and reflection. Test reliability is done by technique test-retest (repeat measurement). The population in this study are all students of Management Faculty of Economics and Business UPN Veteran Jawa Timur. The sample in this research is student of UPN Veteran Jawa Timur Management class of 2015-2016 as experiment class with number of 30 people. Based on the classroom action research conducted by the influence of self-efficacy on student activity, the effect of using flipped classroom learning media on self-efficacy in two different cycles proved to have positive but not significant effect. Second, the influence of the use of flipped classroom learning media visually proved to have a positive and significant impact on student activeness.

Abstract

Online distance learning has been implemented as the most possible alternative at this time for continuous learning while maintaining a distance to prevent the spread of the corona virus and obeying the rules not to gather in one place. Research was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of online learning by distributing questionnaire through the google form link. Data were obtained from 112 students related to media and learning methods that support the implementation of effective online learning . The result showed that 71% or 80 students mentioned that online learning at their university is effective. Blended Learning which is a combination of system synchronous learning and asynchronous learning is chosen by the majority of respondents. Related with the learning media, the use of google meet is the most popular learning media because apart from being able to be used as a medium in synchronous learning, it can also be used in the synchronous learning through Google classroom.

Abstract

The issue of environmental damage often arises in recent years, as a result of continuous and uncontrolled emission of harmful atmospheric pollutants. through various human activities. The consumption of fossil fuels by industry as well as the transportation system is considered to be the main reason, from which several studies have paid considerable attention to the pollution caused by vehicles. As indicated by the statistics of the International Energy Agency (IEA), a recent estimate of the number of one million vehicles used worldwide, with daily consumption of about 60 million barrels per day (nearly 70% of total oil production); nearly 36 million barrels of daily oil consumption is attributed to private vehicles, which cause the emission of 14 million tons of carbon dioxide. As a result, the replacement of conventional vehicles with renewable energy vehicles can be considered as a promising solution. In this regard, electric vehicles are expected to reduce negative effects on the environment and also help conserve scarce non-renewable fuel reserves throughout the life cycle. Electric Vehicles are considered an effective alternative to sustaining transportation through the reduction of oil dependence and subsequent air pollution, leading to significant health and environmental benefits. The purpose of this study is to analyze consumer behavior towards the intention to adopt an electric vehicle by involving the variables of Green Self Identity, Environment Concern, Perception of Electric Vehicle, and Subjective Norms. With 250 respondents spread across Indonesia and using the SmartPLS software, the results of a partial analysis of Green Self Identity proved to have an effect on Environment Concern. Meanwhile, Environment Concern was proven to affect Perception of EV and Subjective Norms, but did not affect Adoption Intention. For the indirect effect analysis, Perception of EV and Subjective Norms variables proved to be mediating variables between Environment Concern and Adoption Intention.
