Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Museum Nasional Transmigrasi (MNK) Provinsi Lampung, studi pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive). Kemudian populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan MNK Propinsi Lampung berjumlah 29 orang. Komunikasi organisasi pada MNK Provinsi Lampung sudah cukup berperan dalam meningkatkan kerjasama dan produktivitas kerja pegawai. Peran pesan antar pegawai mencakup kepatuhan pegawai pada peraturan-peraturan institusi yang ada dan interaksi pegawai, baik interaksi sesama pegawai ataupun interaksi antara atasan dan bawahan. Selain itu komunikasi organisasi juga memiliki peran terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, maka dari itu hendaknya pimpinan MNK Provinsi Lampung dapat lebih meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi organisasi antar pegawai, agar produktivitas kerja pegawai pun dapat meningkat. Kata kunci: Komunikasi Organisasi dan Produktifitas Kerja

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Development of human resources quality in the organization has an important role, the success of an organization is determined by effective human resource management. The research method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach. The populations of this study are all employees, there are 34 employees of BalaiLatihanKerja(BLK) Metro.The researchresultshows that there is a significant influence between education level variable towards employee performance at Balai Pelatihan Kerja (BLK) Metro with P (Sig) = 0,000 ≤ α = 0,05. There is significant influence between work facilities variable towards employee performance at Balai Pelatihan Kerja (BLK) Metro with P (Sig) = 0,000 ≤ α = 0,05. Simultaneously there is significant influence between educationlevel and work facilities towards employee performanceat Balai Pelatihan Kerja( (BLK) Metro. The result of simultaneous hypothesis test between educationlevel and work facilities towards employee performance at Balai Pelatihan Kerja (BLK) Metro with P (Sig) = 0,000 ≤ α = 0,05. The result of Multiple linear regression between education level and work facilities towards employee performance at Balai Pelatihan Kerja (BLK) Metro obtained Y = 9,955 + 0,583 X1 + 0,403X2.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang penulis ajukan dalam penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Bagaimana motivasi kepala BKKB dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dalam meningkatkan kinerja Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana di Kecamatan Tanjung Senang. Tujuan penelitian adalah : (1) Mengetahui  motivasi  penyuluh keluarga  berencana di Kecamatan Tanjung Senang. (2) Mengetahui kinerja  penyuluh  keluarga  berencana di  Kecamatan Tanjung Senang (3)Mengetahui seberapa besar motivasi terhadap kinerja penyuluh keluarga berencana di Kecamatan Tanjung Senang (4) Mengetahui kendala apa saja yang dihadapi penyuluh keluarga berencana di Kecamatan Tanjung Senang. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan beberapa metode antara lain (a) Observasi, (b) Wawancara, (c) Dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bahwa pemberian insentif, promosi jabatan dan penyediaan perlengkapan kerja merupakan pemicu untuk meningkatkan kinerja, meningkatkan kedisiplinan dan pada akhirnya  program kerja bagi penyuluh keluarga berencana di Kecamatan Tanjung Senang dapat dicapai dan target jumlah akseptor keluarga berencanapun meningkat.

Abstract

Waste management in Metro City refers to City Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2015 on Waste Management is a systematic, comprehensive and continuous activity which includes waste reduction and handling. Garbage management and hygiene issues in Metro City are often the main complaints of pedestrians and too many riders there is garbage in places of tourism and markets. Metro City has not been able to do waste management properly. In addition, the participation of Metro City community on the environment is still fairly low. This is evident in the behavior of people who still throw garbage carelessly. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze waste management in Metro City in improving cleanliness and to know and analyze public participation in waste management in Metro City. The research method used in this research is descriptive by using qualitative analysis. Technique of collecting data of this research through interview technique to subject of information and documentation. The results show that waste management in improving hygiene in Metro City has not been all running in accordance with local regulations. In determining the target of restriction of waste reduction still has not been determined by City Planning Department and Tourism City Metro. For garbage collection and transportation activities have their own guarantor. Then community participation in waste management in Metro City has not fully complied with Local Regulation No. 8 Year 2015 on Waste Management. The community has not complied with the rules of waste disposal which should not be disposed of in temporary shelters but directly disposed of in landfills.

Abstract

Hawkers (henceforth: PKL) are the informal sector that requires special attention in management because it causes many problems in urban areas such as in Bandar Lampung City, especially in the Jalan Captain Tendean area, many traders trade in front of the school and use a few shoulders, causing congestion. With the Regional Regulation No. 01 of 2018 concerning Public Peace and Public Order, that hawkers (PKL) must be responsible for order, cleanliness, and maintaining environmental health and beauty around the place concerned. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of Regional Government policy Number 01 of 2018 concerning Public Peace and Public Order in handling hawkers (PKL), especially in the Jalan Captain Tendean area, Bandar Lampung City. The research method used is a qualitative method, data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and literature review. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the implementation of the policy has been carried out well but there are still obstacles in the communication that is established. Hawkers (PKL) only found out about the contents of the Regional Regulation when the Civil Service Police Unit (SATPOL PP) made a visit because so far the information they had received was in oral form. Resources in implementing Regional Regulations have been determined by the Civil Service Police Unit (SATPOL PP) who are directed, trained and familiar with their duties and functions, then supported by clear information, as well as supporting infrastructure for implementation that is adequate and in good and proper condition. use. The attitude of implementing policies and enforcement of Regional Regulations is successful in implementing a policy, it is known that Hawkers (PKL) can accept the Regional Regulations with a good response and the attitude of enforcement of regulations is also carried out in a polite manner. Bureaucratic structure in implementing the policy that the Civil Service Police Unit (SATPOL PP) has a SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) in carrying out its duties. SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) is used as a control in implementing policies to avoid and minimize an error that occurs when carrying out tasks.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan program bunga kampung tidak mengalami banyak kendala, namun masih ada pegawai yang tidak dapat berkoordinasi seperti yang diharapkan terkait dengan keprotokolan dan pelaksanaan pegawai dalam memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat terkesan lamban, misalnya pegawai yang tidak memberikan data kepada masyarakat, dalam pelaksanaan Program Bunga Kampung ada pembuatan KTP, Kartu Keluarga, Akte Kelahiran, Kartu Identitas Anak yang seharusnya satu hari ternyata menjadi satu minggu. Dalam hal ini koordinasi yang kurang baik terdapat pada pola pikir kerja antar pegawai yang tidak seimbang sehingga menimbulkan kecanggungan dalam mendukung kinerja Bupati. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui koordinasi pegawai dan pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Metode penumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, analisis data yang digunakan analisis kualitatif.”Koordinasi pegawai sudah dilakukan dengan membuat daftar rincian aktivitas yang jelas sehingga setiap pegawai bertanggung jawab atas pelaksanaannya sehingga pegawai dapat diusahakan untuk tidak bekerja tanpa arahan atau pedoman, namun dilapangan masih ada pegawai yang tidak memudahkan karena pembagian kerja yang tidak konsisten dan penilaian latihan yang tidak sesuai aturan.
