Abstract

Binuang Vocational High School 1 often found students lacking in concentration in class when the lesson took place. Based on the identification of the problem, due to lack of understanding of students in dealing with emotional students faced in the implementation of learning. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct research on the effect of personal counseling services in improving intellectual and emotional intelligence. The aim is to find out how much influence personal counseling services have on intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence. This research was carried out on 11 August to September 2017 with a location in Binuang 1 Vocational High School. The data is collected through interviews with respondents using a questionnaire. The study sample was taken through three stages, the school level was appointed, the class determination (two classes) was appointed, and then continued with a simple random to determine 30 respondents. Data analysis using regression results of the study shows that X against Y1 F count (18,380) is greater than F table α 0,05 df 1/28 (4.20), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. X against (Y2), the calculated F value (22,413) is greater than F table (4.20) so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Personal counseling services affect intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence. It was concluded that the variable personal counseling service (X) can be used as a recommended variable in estimating the variables Y1 and Y2.

Abstract

Student behavior that violates school rules is the behavior of students who are not responsible for carrying out their duties as students. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a reduction in the behavior of students who violated the school rules using group counseling for students of SMP Negeri 17 Banjarmasin. This study uses quantitative methods. This type of research is pre-experimental designs with Onegroup design, pretest-posttest design.Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test data calculation, the Z table obtained for the sig value 0.27 so Zhitung is -2.207, because this value is absolute so that the negative sign is not taken into account. So that the calculated Z value becomes 2.207, then the calculated Z value is compared with the Z table value with a significance level of 6%, the price of Z table = 0. Then Z count = 2.207>Ztable = 0 then Ha is accepted thus the behavior of the violation of the rules there is a change after being given group counseling services seen from the provisions of Zhitung>Ztable and Ho refused. So it can be concluded that group counseling services can reduce the behavior of students who violate the school rules for students who have a very high category to be high in class IX C students in SMP Negeri 17 Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Prevention of anxiety in pregnant women is very important since early pregnancy. In addition to having an impact on children, anxiety of pregnant women also has an impact on the increased risk of death of pregnant women themselves. So, pregnant women must have knowledge of the dangers of anxiety. In fact, there are still pregnant women who have high pre-natal anxiety, therefore efforts or strategies are needed to deal with pregnant women who have pre-natal anxiety. In an effort to provide services that pay attention to the context of time and applicability, especially in the setting of Puskesmas institutions, one of the counseling services to be used is progressive muscle relaxation training. This activity has 3 (three) methods of implementing activities which include the following: (1) Lectures: (2) Training: and (3) Evaluation. The target audience for this activity is the first pregnancy pregnant women at the 9 November Puskesmas Banjarmasin. Implementation of the activity consisted of 3 BK Study Program lecturers, 1 sports education lecturer and 3 BK Study Program Students. This description of the evaluation form of community service activities in general analysis illustrates the level of anxiety of pre-natal pregnant women before being given progressive nuclear relaxation training (PMRT) is in the high category with an average gain of 63.2 and after being given progressive training Nuclear Relaxation Training (PMRT) by directly demonstrating the anxiety of pre-childbirth pregnant women decreased by an average of 37.6 included in the medium category. Evaluation results show a decrease in anxiety in pre-natal pregnant women so that it is expected to be able to be applied in daily life if experiencing pre-natal anxiety. Keywords: Progressive Muscle Relaxation Training, Anxiety

Abstract

This study aims to provide training to pre-natal pregnant women by using progressive muscle relaxation training to reduce anxiety in pre-natal pregnant women at the 9 November Banjarmasin Health Center. The objectives of this training include: (1) Providing information about the impact, procedures and elements that pre-delivery pregnant women must know at the 9 November Banjarmasin health center in preparation for the Progressive Muscle Relaxation Training. (2) Providing Progressive Muscle Relaxation Training skills training for pregnant women at the 9 November Banjarmasin health center so that they can apply the movements of the Progressive Muscle Relaxation Training when experiencing pre-birth anxiety. Methods in carrying out activities include the following: (1) Lecture: (2) Training: and (3) Evaluation. The target population in this activity was pregnant women with their first pregnancy at the health center on November 9, Banjarmasin.
