Abstract

This study aims: 1) to analyze the influence of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Alaska Mandiri Cemerlang in Makassar, 2) to analyze the influence of career development on employee job satisfaction at PT. Alaska Mandiri Cemerlang in Makassar. In this study used multiple regression analysis method. The research data used were obtained from interview, documentation and questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: 1) based on the results of multiple regression tests, the effect of work motivation variables have a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction at PT. Alaska Mandiri Cemerlang in Makassar. This means that the better the provision of motivation, the higher the employee satisfaction of PT. Alaska Mandiri Cemerlang in Makassar. Vice versa, if motivation is not done then will cause employee dissatisfaction, and 2) based on result of multiple regression test, influence of career development variable have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction of employees at PT. Alaska Mandiri Cemerlang in Makassar. This means that the higher the career development the higher the employee work satisfaction of PT. Alaska Mandiri Cemerlang in Makassar. Vice versa, if career development is not done then will cause employee dissatisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi keseimbangan dan kelincahan dengan kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada siswa SMP Negeri 33 Kepulauan Selayar Desain penelitian atau rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMP Negeri 33 Kepulauan Selayar yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakulikuler sepakbola. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP Negeri 33 Kepulauan Selayar sebanyak 30 siswa dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah porposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi tunggal dan ganda yang di analisis dengan menggunakan fasilitas komputer program SPSS versi 21.00 dengan taraf signifikan 95% atau a 0,05. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil: (1) Keseimbangan memiliki kontribusi terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola adalam permainan sepakbola pada siswa SMP Negeri 33 Kepulauan Selayar sebesar 26,4%, (2) Kelincahan memiliki kontribusi terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola adalam permainan sepakbola pada siswa SMP Negeri 33 Kepulauan Selayar sebesar 62%, dan (3) Keseimbangan dan kelincahan memiliki kontribusi terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola adalam permainan sepakbola pada siswa SMP Negeri 33 Kepulauan Selayar sebesar 62%.

Abstract

Membangun niat beli (buying intention) merupakan faktor penting dalam manajemen pemasaran, hal ini disebabkan karena niat beli merupakan alat mendeteksi terjadinya pembelian sebenarnya (actual buying), termasuk pembelian yang dilakukan melalui transaksi online. Permasalahannya adalah sebagian penyedia jasa online (market place) sangat diminati sementara sebagian lagi kurang diminati oleh konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menjadi pertimbangan konsumen dalam memilih tempat belanja online (online market place), atau faktor apasaja yang dipersepsikan oleh konsumen sebagai hal yang mendorong mereka untuk berniat melakukan pembelian.Faktor yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah, faktor kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, faktor kepercayaan terhadap penyedia jasa dan faktor lain yang dapat mendorong keinginan untuk membeli.Metode kausalitas digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode regresi berganda sebagai alat membuktikan hipotesis. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan instrument kuesioner yang disusun dari indikator-indikator setiap variabel, dengan menggunakan 170 sampel yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepercayaan konsumen dipengaruhi oleh faktor kemudahan aplikasi dalam melakukan transaksi serta faktor testimoni (review). Selanjutnya faktor kemudahan dan tingkat kepercayaan mempengaruhi tingkat keinginan membeli pada online market place. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa testimony atau word of mouth mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan namun tidak mempengaruhi niat beli konsumen. Implikasi penelitian menunjukkan jika penyedia jasa ingin meningkatkan minat beli maka faktor kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi dalam melakukan transaksi harus menjadi pertimbangan utama. Kata kunci: niat beli, kepercayaan, word of mouth

Abstract

The Street-Race Circuit is being built in the Mandalika Tourism Special Economic Zone (KEK), Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The construction is targeted to be completed, before the MotoGP event on this circuit is implemented in 2021. One of the infrastructure related to this, which also really needs to be built to support the smooth running of the 2021 MotoGP is the development of access to the circuit location. The analysis carried out includes the calculation of heavy equipment productivity. Heavy equipment productivity is determined based on cycle times, production per hour, number of heavy equipment used, the amount of operating costs per hour. The analysis was carried out for the road surface layer work, namely the Asphalt Concrete Base Course (AC-BC) work. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the production for 1 unit of asphalt mixing plant (AMP) was 49.80 tons/hour and 9 units of dump trucks were 2.34 tons/hour. The spreader using the asphalt finisher can spread 109.18 tons/hour. As for the compactor, which is 18.55 tons/hour for 2 units of tandem rollers and 27.47 tons/hour for 1 unit of pneumatic tire roller. Other equipment is 9.96 m2/hour for air compressor and 2.74 liter/hour for asphalt sprayer. Meanwhile, in the Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC) work, several tools have the same productivity as the AC-BC job, namely asphalt mixing plant, air compressor and asphalt sprayer. Meanwhile, 13 units of Dump Trucks amounted to 2,338 tons/hour, 1 unit of asphalt finisher of 72,787 tons/hour, 3 units of tandem rollers of 12,367 tons/hour, and 1 unit of pneumatic tire roller of 18.31 tons/hour. The total cost of using heavy equipment for road surface layer work is Rp. 4,967,657,344. The total cost based on the contract document is Rp. 5,042,082,622. So that there is a difference in costs of Rp. 74,425,278.

Abstract

Being isolated  in a certain period of time will affect the level of affection and level of cognition, as well as behavior. Understanding of this becomes the reasons to conduct training  in order to  predict the orientation of people consumption preferences after Covid19. The purpose of the training is to provide understanding of the small and medium-sized business of the consumers orientation  after covid19, and prepare activities to get started their business eficiently and effectively. The method used in training is the online method, collecting data using a survey method using a closed questionnaire to capture the direction of community preferences after covid19 has passed. Questioners spread to the community at several research sites such as Jakarta, Makassar, Aceh, Bandung.  the training participants involved 220 respondents, consisting of, 50.7% women and 49.3% Male. The results show that people preferences after the Pandemic announced focusing in 3 (three) industrial sectors, which are, the Traveling Services Sector and Tourism Services (Pure Services), the Culinary Services Sector prioritizing culinary favorites before the pandemic (Hybrid services) and the Beauty Care services sector, and Health care (pure services) The implication of the findings shows that entrepreneurs are preparing their business activities in 3 sectors which are  traveling and tourism, culinary, and health care. Keywords: isolation, covid19, prediction, preferences

Abstract

The development of teaching materials e-module is an effort to train students to learn independently. This research focused on the feasibility level of developing teaching materials e-module that were applied to class XI students for the 2020/2021 academic year at SMA Swasta BPI Paluh Kurau Hamparan Perak District. A quantitative method was used in this study. The population was all students of class XI at SMA Swasta BPI Paluh Kurau, Hamparan Perak District. To determine the feasibility level, a comparison was made between the experimental class and the control class. The data source results from a questionnaire given to the experimental class to see using e-modules on economic subjects, student test results, and experts. Validation test sheets include e-module design, material experts, and media experts. The procedures and steps of this research used the research model of Borg & Gall (2007: 589), which produces learning products. The result shows that the use of e-modules was in the good or feasible category for use. Overall, learning using e-modules is quite exciting and fun and exciting and easy to use by students. With e-modules, students can become more independent and accelerate learning but still need teacher guidance to have better understand phenomena and language problems in questions in the module.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of product quality, price and trust in buying interest in online fashion products and determine the magnitude of the influence of each variable, either simultaneously or partially. This research can be used as a quantitative approach that uses a causal relationship. The population in this study are online site users who are found in the Tangerang district. The source of the data used is qualitative data, which was obtained from respondent data through a questionnaire that was quantified through a Likert scale, the sample used was purposive sampling method. With this research, the researcher determines the sample to be taken from the students. The results showed that partially product quality and price had a significant effect on online fashion buying interest, the trust variable had no significant effect on online fashion buying interest. Simultaneous test results show that the variables of product quality, price, and trust together have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in online fashion. The determinant coefficient is 28.2%, which means that the intention to buy Fashion online can be explained by the variables of product quality, price, and trust of 28.2%, while the remaining 72.8% can be explained by other variables outside the model.
