Abstract

Human resources an important role for the agency. Good employee performance can provide a good image for the company. Many companies give rewards or rewards to their employees for their work performance. The assessment is done in addition to giving or appreciation as well as motivation for employees to work better. Problems that often occur in the employee appraisal process are the large number of employees and the criteria assessed and data processing are still in conventional process so that takes a long time and the results of the assessment are still not objective. To overcome, application was built could simplify the employee performance appraisal process. The method used is Profile Matching to assess and determine employees who excel. Factors or criteria used in the form of performance, discipline, honesty, years of service, cooperation. Profile matching is broadly the process of comparing the actual data value of a profile to be assessed with the expected profile value. Application is built based on web with PHP programming and MYSQL. To help the process of employee performance appraisal at Universitas Prima Indonesia. Collecting data in research using literature studies, observations, interviews, and sampling. Result the research is Profile Matching Method can be use for Decision Support System in determining employee achievement, with the highest calculation results in the sample data obtained by A3 and the lowest position obtained by A1. In academic, research can be an enrichment of teaching materials especially in subject of Decision Support Systems and information systems in general.

Abstract

Food is material produced through agricultural products which has a great influence on human survival. Having agriculture spread throughout Indonesia, making Indonesia a country that always produces raw food. Raw food can be in the form of fruits, vegetables, rice, peanuts, and others. Clustering algorithm is applied to group the number of provinces according to the results of food production with K-Means. The data from this study were sourced from information on the number of provinces according to the results of food production produced by the National Statistics Agency. There are 34 provinces that will be used in this study. There are 5 variables used, namely corn production, peanut production, soybean production, rice production, and cassava production. The data collected will be processed by clustering in 3 clusters, namely high foodstuff production clusters, medium foodstuff production clusters, and low foodstuff production clusters. In its implementation using rapidminer software. The results obtained can be input for the government in analyzing the provinces according to food production.

Abstract

Abstrack- Tanaman kelapa sawit (Elaeis guinensis) memiliki arti yang sangat penting didalam kehidupan masyarakat. Suatu tanaman dapat dikatakan normal jika tanaman tersebut dapat menjalankan fungsi-fungsi fisiologis dengan baik. Proses budidaya tanaman kelapa sawit dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah faktor hama dan penyakit. Pada umumnya, petani membedakan antara hama dan penyakit, hal ini karena sebagian besar petani kekurangan informasi dan masih mengandalkan pengalaman petani lain untuk mengatasi masalah hama dan penyakit yang ada dikebun mereka. Berikut ini di rangkum beberapa jenis penyakit yang menyerang pada tanaman kelapa sawit, yaitu Kumbang Tanduk (Oryctes), Penyakit Tajuk Tanaman (Crown Desease), Genoderma, Ulat Pemakan Daun. Penyakit Bercak Daun, Penyakit Busuk Daun. Pada penanganan hama dan penyakit, dibutuhkan konsultan pertanian yang mampu mendiagnosa hama dan penyakit pada tanaman kelapa sawit. Meskipun sudah banyak pakar spesialis penyakit tanaman kelapa sawit tetapi pakar pun mempunyai waktu keterbatasan jam kerja sehingga masih menyulitkan para petani untuk bertanya langsung pada pakarnya, jadi dengan keterbatasan waktu tersebut peneliti dapat mengembangankan suatu teknologi informasi yang dapat meringankan para petani dan pakar dengan cara mengembangan aplikasi berbasis WEB.
