Abstract

This study aims to determine (i) the influence of the school environment on social studies learning outcomes; (ii) the effect of learning effectiveness on social studies learning outcomes; and (iii) the joint effect of the school environment and the effectiveness of learning on social studies learning outcomes at Maccini KIP Elementary School. Ex post facto research method. Questionnaire data collection techniques. The population is all students of Maccini KIP elementary school consisting of 12 classes. The sampling technique used was multistage random sampling to obtain 113 students. Data analysis techniques are descriptive and inferential. The results showed that the school environment of the school did not have a significant influence on students' social studies learning outcomes at SD KIP Maccini. The effectiveness of learning has a significant effect on students' social studies learning outcomes at Maccini KIP Elementary School. This shows that if the effectiveness of learning is high then student learning outcomes are also high. The school environment and the effectiveness of joint learning have a significant effect on students' social studies learning outcomes at SD KIP Maccini. This shows that the interaction between the school environment and the effectiveness of learning will show high student learning outcomes.

Abstract

 Abstract: The Relationship between the Use of Teacher-Parental communicator book and the Effectiveness of Student Learning Communication on Natural Science Learning Achievement at SD Inpres Parang Makassar. This study aimed (1) to look at the relationship between the use of parent-student communicator book on science learning achievement (2) to see the relationship between the effectiveness of student communication and science learning achievement (3) to see the relationship between the use of parent-student communicator book and student communication effectiveness on science learning achievement. The research used ex post facto research method. Data collection techniques were questionnaires for parent-student communicator book variables and the effectiveness of learning communication and documentation of science learning achievement variables. The population was all elementary school students of SD Inpres Parang Makassar, consisted of 66 students in even semester Academic Year 2018. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 57 students. The data analysis technique was descriptive and inferential analysis. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between the use of communicator book and the learning achievement of science in SD Inpres Parang Makassar, but had weak relationship. There was a positive relationship between the effectiveness of student learning communication on science learning achievement in SD Inpres Parang Makassar, with moderate relationship. There was a positive relationship between the use of communicator book and the effectiveness of student learning communication on science learning achievement in SD Inpres Parang Makassar, the relationship among three variables was moderate.Keywords: Communicator book, Learning communication, Science Learning Achievement

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in reading provincial maps in class IV SD Inpres 5/81 Mattampawalie through a demonstration method. The research method uses classroom action research (CAR), with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through tests, interviews and observations. Subjects in this study were teachers and fourth grade students of SD Inpres 5/81 Mattampawalie with a total of 12 students consisting of 4 men and 8 women who were active and registered in odd semester 2019/2020. The data analysis technique used is reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and verifying data. The results showed that from the results of data analysis and reflection that referred to indicators of success that were determined that students' mastery learning in the first cycle had not yet referred to predetermined success indicators; From the results of data analysis and reflection that refers to the indicators of success that are determined that the completeness of student learning in the second cycle already refers to the indicators of success that have been determined.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa membaca peta provinsi di kelas IV SD Inpres 5/81 Mattampawalie melalui metode demonstrasi. Metode Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), dengan pendekatan deskriptif  kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes, wawancara dan observasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini guru dan siswa kelas IV SD Inpres 5/81 Mattampawalie dengan jumlah siswa 12 orang terdiri dari 4 laki-laki dan 8 perempuan yang aktif  dan terdaftar pada semester ganjil 2019/2020. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah mereduksi data, menyajikan data, menarik kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil analisis data dan refleksi yang mengacu kepada indikator keberhasilan yang ditetapkan bahwa ketuntasan belajar siswa pada siklus I belum mengacu pada indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditentukan; Dari hasil analisis data dan refleksi yang mengacu kepada indikator keberhasilan yang ditetapkan bahwa ketuntasan belajar siswa pada siklus II sudah mengacu pada indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditentukan.
