Abstract

Education is a public service institution that aims to educate the nation. In achieving this goal, SDIT Taqiyya Rosyida is committed to dedicate excellent services to achieve the quality of education. The purpose of this research is to know how to implement excellent services as an effort to improve the marketing of schools in SDIT Taqiyya Rosyida. This research uses qualitative methods of descriptive. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Research subjects are principals and research informers include teachers, students, employees, and parents. The results of this research are the implementation of excellent services in the form of: 1) Training of Excellence Services, 2) creating friendly communication, 3) animate a family atmosphere, 4) provide quality facilities, where the implementation of excellent services was able to make SDIT Taqiyya Rosyida reached the acceptance of 112 students divided into 4 study groups, in the fifth year.

Abstract

Naturalist and kinestetic Intelligence in Early childhood become the main parameters in the stages of growth and development. This Intelligence becomes a strong foundation in the future in achieving self-success in the industrial era 4.0. In guarding the growth and development of early childhood, Sekolah Alam was an solutions to prpare for the golden generation in the future. Program evaluation carried out with the CIPP (Context Input Process Poduct) model approach aim to measures the achievement of the implementation of the organizing and outcome program for the students. The result showed that the implementation of the program was in the very good category 88,9% and outcome 87,5% student achievied the curriculum target, so it can be concluded that the Sekolah Alam curriculum was succesfully implemented to build the naturalist and kinesthetic intelligence.

Abstract

Indonesia is predicted to experience a demographic bonus between 2015 and 2035. With the abundance of productive human resources, Islamic education institutions must be ready to manage their human resources with the right strategy to implement. Management of human resources from Al-Quran's perspective is the right choice in an Islamic educational institution, and this management has been implemented in integrated Islamic schools. In this research, a case study will be taken at SDIT Insan Cendekia Boyolali, which is considered useful in implementing human resource management. The implementation carried out by SDIT Insan Cendekia Boyolali starts from four management components: 1) Planning, 2) Organizing, 3) Controlling, 4) Actuating has implemented Al-Qur'an perspective management. Likewise, in the implementation of the principles of human resource management, namely: 1) The principle of monotheism, 2) The principle of justice and welfare, 3) The principle of deliberation, 4) The principles of efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity, 5) The principles of discipline, integrity, and loyalty, 6) The principle of division of authority and responsibility, 7) The Ukhuwah Principle. There are still some deficiencies in the implementation, but educators can already felt the results.
