Abstract

Mayoritas penduduk berpikir bahwah pemasaran dengan menggunakan internet/ digital. Ini perlu untukdipahami maanfaatnya, bahwa konsumen dan produsen saling terkait satu sama lain. Pelaksanaan Pengabdiankepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkenalkan pemasaran menggunakan internet sebagai alternatif menambahpenghasilan keluarga. Dalam hal ini di jelaskan bagaimana menggunakan fasilitas internet dan software yang difasilitasi bisnisku denga aplikasi Google Bisnis. Pemasaran internet merupakan sebagian pemasaran digital danruang lingkupnya jauh melampaui pemasaran internet. Selain menjelaskan berbagai saluran di bawah pemasarandigital, juga diuraikan tentang beberapa saluran di bawah pemasaran internet. Secara keseluruhan Jamaah Masjidmengerti konsep pemasaran internet dengan menggunakan google bisnisku, namun belum mampumempratekkannya scara nyata. Diperlukan penyertaan berikutnya untuk memberikan pelatihan sampai merekamampu menggunakannya.

Abstract

Keluarga kreatif harus mampu mencari alternatiif investasi selain menabung dan membeli emas. Salahsatu diantaranya adalah pengenalan akan instrument investasi saham. Permasalahan mitra, yaitu Jamaah MasjidBaitul Mujtahidin, adalah perlunya peningkatan kapasitas untuk dapat mengenal berbagai macam alternativeinvestasi, salah satunya adalah menabung saham. Berbagai pertanyaan mengenai bagaimana cara menabungsaham dan apakah mungkin menabung dengan modal yang kecil. Peserta diperkenalkan dengan menunjukkanbahwa menabung saham tidak perlu lagi dengan modal jutaan tetapi dapat dengan minimal serratus ribu rupiah.Masih diperlukan penyertaan berikutnya untuk memberikan simulasi sampai mereka mampu melakukan investasi.

Abstract

Tulian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran kondisi ketahanan energi di wilayah perbatasanIndonesia, khususnya antara Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) dengan Negara Timor Leste(NTL). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan diskusi, tinjauan literatur dandeskripsi kuantitatif menggunakan berbagai sumber data sekunder. Masalah yang harusdiperhatikan terutama dari indikator aksesabilitas, yaitu rasio elektrifikasi yang masih rendah,diantaranya jumlah keluarga pengguna listrik PLN, jumlah keluarga pengguna listrik Non PLN,dan penerangan di jalan utama desa/kelurahan. Selain itu, masalah keberlanjutan penyediaan listrikmuncul, terutama di Kabupaten Kupang, dan Alor, serta masalah ketersediaan listrik, khususnyadi Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara. Kabupaten Belu memiliki kondisi ketahanan energi yang jauhlebih baik.

Abstract

Menurut ekonomi pertahanan, dampak penggunaan anggaran pertahanan terhadap perekonomian dapat ditinjau dari pendekatan permintaan atau konsumsi dan penawaran atau produksi. Dari sisi konsumsi, pertahanan  dapat melindungi sumber daya nasional terhadap berbagai ancaman, sehingga konsumsi nasional menjadi stabil bahkan meningkat. Sebaliknya, dalam paper ini ingin melihat program pertahanan dari sisi produksi. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui kajian pustaka, tulisan ini bertujuan melihat pembangunan infrastruktur di Papua yang dilakukan oleh TNI. Pembangunan 4325 km jalan Trans Papua yang tertutup hutan dan ancaman keamanan menjadi kendala utama. Satuan Zeni yang sudah terlatih dapat melaksanakannya dengan baik, dimana tidak mampu dilakukan oleh instansi sipil.

Abstract

Economic theory and existing empirical studies indicate that higher competition in strategic environments will damage the investment. This study analyzes the relationship between competition and competitor’s interest rate on investment in the country. The data involved five countries, Indonesia and the neighborhood, such as Malaysia, Philippine, Singapore, and Thailand, in twenty years periods evidence, 1989-2008. The competition among countries measured by their relative national capability of investment that approached by their national power weighted by gross saving and balance of payment. While the analysis is shown sensitive to assumption about causality and the numerous problems of pooled data, the result indicate that higher competition has reduced investment in Indonesia and the competitor, about 20%. Another important effect is the existence of small positive impact of the competitor’s riil interest rate on investment in Indonesia, about 0,05% although not significant. In this study also found the different evidence that higher riil interest rate by competitor country, Singapore, do not promote the investment in Indonesia. This happened may caused of capital flight from Indonesia to the nearest country, Singapore, for investing in their higher interest rate.Keywords : Investment, International Investment. Abstract

Many government policies at the micro level of the region have not been able to be realized. Need to answer the various needs of the development of border areas that have been very urgent from various strategic problems that exist. This paper is to view border area management in Priority Sites. The methodology undertaken is by conducting normative studies, in which strategic issues of Priority Locations (Lokpri) are obtained through literature studies. The purpose of establishing Lokpri's policy review strategy is to produce a border area development plan that can be a common reference for all stakeholders.Keywords: Priority Location (Lokpri), State Border Area, Spatial Plan (RTRW)

Abstract

This paper would like to see the government responds to the military threats that facing Indonesia from its strategic environment, through its defense budget policy. Single equation, formed to capture the military threats to national defense budget. The model developed are from Smith Military Demand Model. The estimation result is that the level of threat have influence on the defense budget. Indonesia must remain vigilant, because of the military rising of other countries. The strategic environment situation can be suddenly rise the escalation of threat.Keywords: International Economics, Defense Economics, Military Threats, Defense Budget.

Abstract

This paper aims to study how the leadership of an organization manages the process of change in its environment. The challenges faced are various changes both from within and outside the organization in a very fast, chaotic and turbulent, which has become the 'new' normal. The method of writing this paper is done through a study of various literatures. The COVID19 pandemic has various impacts on people's lives, especially business organizations or companies, which has caused many changes in the world of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity). Every organization must be able to identify it because every problem requires a fast and precise response. Abstract

MSMEs spread throughout Indonesia are expected to be one of the main drivers in the national economic recovery (PEN) due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to evaluate the programs that have been carried out and the budget used in the PEN Program specifically for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in 2020 and look at the program in 2021. The research method used is a qualitative method by reviewing the literature related to research objectives. The PEN scheme for MSMEs is in the form of a debt restructuring program, postponement of debt installation payments for six months; Subsidizing installation interest of 6% and tax subsidy of 0%; MSME actors can also apply for loans with low-interest rates of only 3%; and productive presidential assistance for MSMEs (BPUM) that have not been in contact with banks, amounting to Rp. 2.4 million, which is allocated to 12 million business actors. Abstract

In operations other than war, it is stated that the TNI also has to assist regional governments. Together with the local government, the TNI has collaborated to carry out development in various fields jointly. The TNI has a Bhakti TNI program, namely TNI Manunggal Building Villages (TMMD), as the involvement of the TNI as a state tool to support the development and implementation of regional government without neglecting vigilance and National Defense and Security. This paper aims to look at the strategic management of the TMMD program. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative literature study. It will review it from the rationale SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) to strategic policies and evaluations from the TNI Manunggal Village Development implementation.Keywords: TNI, Unity, Village Building, Strategic Management
