Abstract

The need for a progressive organization is based on the quality and integrity of the human resource as one of its fundamental elements. So that an organization must have a management function within the organization, while the management functions of the four is planning (planning), organizing (organizing), actuating (briefing), controlling (supervision). It is intended that an organization can be run in accordance with the objectives to be achieved by an organization. In this study, the source of the data used is organic rice farming model with planting patterns healthy and mandate (PTSA), which has been applied by the working group (gapoktan) LM3 POMOSDA. While the method of problem-solving by using effective methods of problem-solving to find simultaneously solve the problems of guidance and assistance to farmer group in POMOSDA ( Pondok Modern Sumber Daya At-Taqwa). The expected outcome of this research is to determine consumer loyalty and the partners of farmers while recognizing the success of organizational development at the farm agribusiness independent organization rooted in society Pondok Modern Sumber Daya At-Taqwa (LM3 POMOSDA) Nganjuk Regency

Abstract

This research aimed: (a) to analyze the implementation of rice farm business insurance (AUTP) in the Ponorogo District Work Area; (b) to find out the factors that influence the implementation of the AUTP program in Ponorogo district; (c) to prove that the agricultural sector in Ponorogo district is a base and superior sector. This research uses a qualitative approach, where the reality under study is understood by a holistic approach and does not take measurements on certain parts of the reality. This study uses Internal Factor Analysis, External Factor Analysis, Klassen Typology and LQ (Location Quetiont) Analysis. The results of the research show that: (a) Implementation of AUTP in Ponorogo district cannot be said be maximal. This is reinforced by the results of the typology Klassen analysis in Ponorogo district in the "Inactive" category; (b) Based on the results of the analysis of internal factors in this study, it was found that the implementation of the AUTP program in Ponorogo district found weaknesses and strengths that influenced the responses of farmers in Ponorogo Regency. The agricultural sector in Ponorogo Regency is a base and superior sector. (c) Based on the results of the study it was found that the LQ (Location Quantient) value from 2016 to 2018 obtained the value of LQ> 1, this indicates that the agricultural sector becomes the base and superior sector in Ponorogo district. With the knowledge of agriculture as a base sector, inputs can be produced so that the agricultural sector remains the Ponorogo base sector.

Abstract

Empowerment is an effort to meet the needs of individuals, groups and the wider community so that they have the ability to make choices and control their environment in order to fulfill their desires, including their accessibility to resources related to their work in social activities. The purpose of this study are: a. determining the empowerment strategy of Rice Crop-based Gafarmer-group in Ponorogo District. b. analyzing the most suitable strategy applied to the empowerment of rice-based Gafarmer-group in Ponorogo district. This study uses a qualitative approach. Methods Analysis of the data in this study is an analysis sequence that constructs research conclusions that are ordered in order: IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, SWOT and QSPM. The research results some alternatives sequence of rice-based Gafarmer-group’s empowerment strategies in Ponorogo district:  [a] based on the SWOT matrix: (1) Strategies SO (Strength-Opportunity). Improving the strategy of managing agricultural land to accelerate the processing of extensive land using agricultural processing machines. (2) Strategies WO (Weaks-Oppurtunities). Rejuvenation of farmers by regenerating younger farmers by conducting training so that farmers are more competent. (3) Strategies ST (Strength-Threats). Improved strategy for controlling natural disaster landslides to control the amount of damage to agricultural land. (4) Strategies WT (Weaks-Threats). Improving infrastructure to facilitate farmer’s access. Based on QSPM matrix: The most suitable strategy to be applied in the empowerment farmer-groups of rice-based in Ponorogo District can be seen based on the analysis of the choice of strategies for the: 1). Rejuvenation of farmers by regenerating younger farmers by conducting training so that farmers are more competent. 2). Increased experience of farmer groups with training held by farmer-groups.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi dalam pengembangan produk kimia di CV. Surya Kimia Kediri. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT dan QSMP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ditinjau dari IFE dan EFE pada pengembangan produk kimia di CV. Surya Kimia Kediri adalah menguatkan strategi usaha yang dibutuhkan oleh karyawan. Sedangkan faktor yang mempengaruhi lemahnya pengembangan produk kimia di CV. Surya Kimia Kediri yaitu ketersediaan sarana prasarana dan media penunjang belum memadai. 2) Strategi dalam pengembangan produk kimia di CV. Surya Kimia Kediri adalah a) memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mengembangkan produk, termasuk untuk menambah pengetahuan dan untuk sarana promosi dan pemasaran, b) mengoptimalkan potensi dan sumber daya untuk melakukan usaha, c) melakukan diversifikasi untuk mempertahankan dan mengembangkan produk, d) memanfaatkan dukungan pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan untuk mengembangkan kegiatan, promosi dan pemasaran.

Abstract

Penganekaragam produk susu menjadi dodol susu, permen susu, susu bubuk, yoghurt, dan es krim dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahan susu murni yang berkualitas, sedangkan pembuatan kerupuk susu justru memanfaatkan susu yang tidak memenuhi standar kualitas atau diistilahkan dengan susu pecah. Pengolahan susu pecah menjadi kerupuk susu merupakan solusi pemanfaatan bahan berkualitas rendah menjadi olahan berkualitas tinggi dan lebih berdaya saing. Pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode partisipatif, penyuluhan, endampingan, dan pelatihan di lokasi kedua mitra di Kecamatan Suruh Kabupaten Trenggalek. Pemecahan masalah pada kedua mitra dari aspek produksi dan aspek manajemen dilakukan secara bertahap serta melibatkan peran aktif mitra dalam pelaksanaa program secara berkesinambungan. Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa permintaan pasar sangat terbuka luas dan bahan baku susu kambing di Kecamatan Suruh cukup tersedia. Sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang cara pengolahan susu kambing menjadi kerupuk susu dalam rangka diversifikasi produk, pengemasan produk, teknik pemasaran secara on line, pencatatan keuangan usaha, jaminan keamanan produk berupa nomor PIRT dan bantuan fasilitas produksi berupa mesin pengering dan pengiris/pemotong kerupuk sudah dilaksanakan di kedua mitra dan respon mitra sangat bagus untuk mendukung keberlanjutan program PKM ini dalam kegiatan usaha selanjutnya. Kesimpulan PKM adalah produk krupuk susu sudah diproduksi oleh mitra dengan melakukan pengemasan yang bagus dan memiliki PIRTserta jangkaun pemasaran yang lebih luas melalui media internet. Saran yang diberikan adalah sebaiknya instansi terkait senantiasa memberikan evaluasi dan pembinaan secara berkala mengenai keberlanjutan usaha pengolahan susu kambing khususnya di Kecamatan Suruh.

Abstract

Agricultural information is one of the important factors in agricultural production. Communication Information Technology (ICT) in the agricultural sector will lead to sustainable agriculture through the preparation of agricultural information that is timely, relevant in the decision-making process to increase its productivity. This study aimed to determine the effect of the Cyber extension and communication media on the innovation adoption in Nganjuk Regency. The study was conducted in Nganjuk Regency from June to September 2019, with a sample size of 110 people. The study was designed using SEM approach with the help of AMOS 21 application. The results showed the openness of farmers in Nganjuk Regency to the Cyber extension extension media had the highest score on the Cyber Extension extension media variable, this was due to ownership of communication equipment, selection of communication equipment types, availability of communication networks and high desire to find suitable information. WhatsApp communication media indicator had the highest score on the communication media variable, this was due to the communication media according to the needs of farmers in Nganjuk District, easy to use and able to reach broad communication. Cyber extension extension media and communication media influence the adoption of innovation, because appropriate extension media and communication media can accelerate the process of innovation adoption.

Abstract

LMDH Sumber Lestari has formed after the emerging of the Community Forest Management (PHBM) program which was socialized by Perum Perhutani in 2004. By looking at the background of the village of Samar, Pagerwojo Sub-district, Tulungagung District, which is one of the villages that geographically is a stakeholder village. forest and nearly 45% of the area of Samar village is State forest area. Meanwhile, if seen from the social, cultural and economic aspects, the majority of Samar village people are farmers, ranchers and traders who depend heavily on forest areas.The aim of this research were; 1) To analyze the extent to which the forestry partnership program (Kulin KK) LMDH Sumber Lestari is implemented in the Agroforestry-based social forestry program scheme at BKPH Tulungagung. 2) To analyze the economic benefits felt by Perum Perhutani and local communities (LMDH) by implementing the Forestry Partnership Program (Kulin KK) LMDH Sumber Lestari in the Agroforestry-based social forestry program scheme at BKPH Tulungagung.The method research used descriptive analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to describe the characteristics of the research area, the characteristics of the respondents, the socio-economic characteristics of the community, the analysis of forestry partnerships. Descriptive analysis is also carried out on the factors that cause the institution to not be optimal in assessing the effectiveness of the structure, mechanism and performance of institutions that are directly involved in forestry partnerships and agroforestry activities.The results of this study found that the economic potential obtained by LMDH Sumber Lestari and Perum Perhutani KPH Kediri which is located in the area of RPH Pagerwojo BKPH Tulungagung from the results of partnership cooperation obtained as follows; From the pine stand commodity (sadapan), an income of 5,061,600,000 IDR was obtained, 23,625,000 IDR from coffee, 25,300,000,000 IDR from the porang commodity, 62,764,000,000 IDR from the empon-empon commodity, and 62,764,000,000 IDR from corn commodities income of 1,724,152,500 IDR so the total income was 94,873,377,500. From this total income, there were no sharing with Perum Perhutani KPH Kediri, with the provision that for the management of stands (pine tapping), the distribution is done at a ratio of 75: 25 where 75% of Perum Perhutani KPH Kediri, while 25% belongs to LMDH Sumber Lestari farmers. However, for agroforestry commodities, the ratio divided is 70: 30 provided that 70% of LMDH Sumber Lestari farmers and 30% are Perum Perhutani KPH Kediri.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the distribution channel, analyze the factors of strength, weakness, opportunity and threat in marketing eggs and formulate a marketing strategy used in laying hens in Kediri Regency. The number of samples taken were 30 samples consisting of 15 breeders and 15 breeders who took eggs in the Kediri district. Sampling was by purposive sampling, which was purposely chosen based on certain criteria determined by the researcher, for analysis of the data itself using SWOT analysis and continued QSPM analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the distribution channel for marketing chicken eggs in Kediri Regency is: (Pattern 1 = Farmer → Wholesaler (Poultry Shop) → Medium Merchant → Retailer → Consumer), (Pattern 2 = Farmer → Medium Merchant → Retailer → Consumers) and (Pattern 3 = Farmers → Retailers → Consumers). An alternative strategy that is appropriate for marketing chicken eggs in Kediri district is by using a strategy (ST) that is using internal power to overcome external threats so that the threat will not have too much negative impact by maintaining and maintaining the quality of eggs produced and increasing production through prevention of chicken disease so that livestock businesses can be sustainable. The strategies that need to be implemented first by the farm while maintaining and maintaining the quality of the eggs produced. Keywords: Marketing Strategies, Eggs, Laying Hens, SWOT Analysis.
