Abstract

The government issued a national policy in the form of Presidential Regulation 81/2010 concerning Grand Design Reform 2010-2025. This is the benchmarks for the success of the implementation of bureaucratic reform. The purpose of providing Performance Allowance is as an effort by the Government to provide performance motivation and improve welfare for employees. The policy that regulates the provision of employee performance allowances for civil servants is contained in Tulungagung Regent Regulation Number 3/2021. The aspects underlying the provision of employee performance allowances are aspects of work discipline and aspects of work productivity. From the main problems presented, the purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of policies on the provision of employee performance allowances. The researcher uses Ripley and Franklin's theory about the determinants of success in policy implementation. The results of this study indicate that the policy does not have a significant impact in the discipline aspect, it can be seen from the many employees who take disciplinary actions, from the aspect of work productivity there are still many employees who do not have high competence and integrity in the assigned tasks. However, it has a positive impact in terms of improving the welfare of employees.

Abstract

Higher education is one of the important pillars that is expected to bring improvement to a nation, because higher education is to train people, sharpen and use their intelligence to solve their problems. The education level system in Indonesia has various levels of education. The purpose of this study are: (1) Testing the significance of the service quality and educational facilities simultaneously on student’s satisfaction of Tarbiyah Faculty IAIN Kediri. (2) Testing the significance of the service quality variable effect on the student’s satisfaction of Tarbiyah faculty IAIN Kediri. (3) Test the significance of the educational facilities variable effect on the student’s satisfaction of Tarbiyah faculty IAIN Kediri. This type of research is a quantitative research. The study was conducted at Tarbiyah Faculty of IAIN Kediri. The number of respondents was 100 people. The results of this study are (1) simultaneously the service quality and educational facilities have effect on student’s satisfaction (2) partially the service quality has a positive and significant effect on student’s satisfaction (3) partially the educational facilities have a positive and significant effect on student’s satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di laboratorium Jurusan Peternakan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Islam Kadiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tepung tapioka pada level yang berbeda terhadap kualitas organoleptik bakso daging ayam kampung. Pada penelitian ini digunakan 20 ekor ayam kampung yang berumur 1 - 1,5 tahun yang berasal dari peternakan lokal. Pada penelitian ini digunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap ( RAL ) yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Masing-masing perlakuan tersebut adalah menggunakan tepung tapioka pada level 10% ( P-1), 20 % ( P-2), 30 % ( P-3), 40% ((P-4), dan 50% (P-5). Variabel yang diamati adalah penilaian organoleptik bakso ayam kampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemakaian tepung tapioka pada level yang berbeda berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap kualitas organoleptik bakso ayam kampung. Bakso ayam kampung dengan hasil warna yang paling baik terdapat pada pemakaian tepung tapioka pada level 10% (P-1). Bakso ayam kampung dengan hasil rasa yang paling baik terdapat pada pemakaian tepung tapioka pada level 10% (P-1). Bakso ayam kampung dengan hasil tekstur yang paling baik terdapat pada pema kaian tepung tapioka pada level 30% (P-3). Sedangkan bakso ayam kampung dengan kekenyalan yang paling baik terdapat pada pemakaian tepung tapioka pada level 50% (P-5)

Abstract

The research was conducted in April 2017 at Mrs. Rusna’s Farm in Bendiljati Wetan Village, Sumbergempol Sub District, Tulungagung Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of breeding based on economic evaluation. Primary data and secondary data were obtained by interview and observation method. Descriptive analysis using economic equation formula that is R / C ratio, break even point, margin of safety and rentabilty is used to analyze data. The results show that the cost per year is Rp. 146,908,000 and Rp. 337,462,000 of revenues, from that profit Mrs. Rusna's farm has the right to operate based on R / C ratio (3.3), BEP price Rp. 142,768, BEP production volume 312 tail, MOS (69,7%) and rentability (39,54%).

Abstract

Duck farming in Madiun Regency is not without problems. The common problems faced by duck breeders are the increasingly expensive cost of feed. The feed cost has a composition of more than 70 percent of the total production cost or maintenance cost. The research was conducted at "Harum Selalu Farm", Slambur Village, Geger District, Madiun Regency with survey method. The analysis method to find out the influence of the increase of feed price is used t-test (SPSS), to know the nonfinancial aspect is used descriptive method, while to explain the profit and feasibility of laying duck business used net income calculation (π), R / C, BEP, and Profitability. The conclusion is: (1) There is influence of feed raw material price to egg production; (2) Business feasibility analysis from non financial aspect is considered feasible. (3) The feasibility analysis of business from the financial aspect is considered feasible. This is proven by B / C Ratios of Harum Selalu Farm (1.011> 1), which means that the livestock business is feasible, the break even point of egg production to 43.930.5 kg (Rp 528.396.054, -), the value of R / C that is (1.22)> 1 business is said to be profitable so it is feasible to be gained with a profit of 21.51% (relatively low).

Abstract

UD Barokah merupakan usaha dagang yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha agribisnis pakan konsentrat penggemukan ruminansia. Usaha tersebut berjalan selama tiga tahun namun belum pernah melakukan analisis finansial sehingga perlu di lakukan pengarahan kepada pemilik agar mengetahui sejauhmana prospek usaha kedepan untuk dapat dilakukan evaluasi ketika sebuah usaha akan terus dijalankan dan dikembangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis kelayakan usaha di UD Barokah, kabupaten tulungagung. Penelitian dilaksanakan di UD Barokah, Desa Sumberjo Kulon Kecamatan Ngunut Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari-Maret 2016. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data skunder. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara dengan pemilik usaha. Data sekunder diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan dan internet. Sedangkan Analisis usaha yang dilakukan meliputi biaya produksi, penerimaan, pendapatan, R/C, dan BEP yang diolah secara manual, kemudian ditabulasikan dan di lanjutkan analisis usaha dengan pendekatan matematis. Hasil analisis usaha di UD Barokah menunjukkan hasil yang menguntungkan. Hal ini didasarkan pada pendapatan, nilai analisis R/C lebih dari satu, dan analisis BEP yang menunjukkan bahwa UD Barokah menjual produk melebihi batas BEP. Namun untuk memksimalkan keuntungan UD Barokah perlu menekan biaya produksi yaitu biaya bahan baku dengan melakukan evaluasi formulasi bahan baku yang digunakan dengan pertimbangan harga bahan dan kandungan nutrisi.

Abstract

Keberlanjutan usaha peternakan baik ayam broiler ataupun ayam pejantan layer sangat ditentukan oleh pengetahuan peternak tentang aspek-aspek kelayakan usaha. Suatu usaha dikatakan layak jika memenuhi syarat-syarat seperti layak pasar dan pemasaran, layak teknis, dan layak finansial. Berdasarkan ketiga aspek tersebut, aspek finansial merupakan aspek paling utama yang harus diperhatikan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Peternak Ayam Broiler Pola Kemitraan dan Peternak Ayam Pejantan Layer, Kecamatan Kandat, Kabupaten Kediri. Metode analisis perbandingan antara penerimaan dengan biaya untuk menentukan usaha ternak ayam broiler dan ayam pejantan layer tersebut layak atau tidak untuk dikembangkan dengan menggunakan analisis R/C (Return Cost Ratio), Rentabilitas dan Uji t. Analisis Ekonomi Usaha berbasis perbandingan pada usaha peternakan ayam broiler dan ayam pejantan layer di Kecamatan Kandat Kabupaten Kediri tergolong layak. Hal ini terbukti karena nilai R/C>1 sehingga dapat dikatakan layak. Sedangkan berdasarkan perhitungan uji-t nilai R/C t-hitung -1,039 < t-tabel 5% (2,262). Sehingga tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara peternakan ayam broiler dengan ayam pejantan layer. Sedangkan perhitungan statistik uji-t nilai Rentabilitas t-hitung -0,9416 < t-tabel 5% (2,262). Sehingga tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara peternakan ayam broiler dengan ayam pejantan layer

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the distribution channel, analyze the factors of strength, weakness, opportunity and threat in marketing eggs and formulate a marketing strategy used in laying hens in Kediri Regency. The number of samples taken were 30 samples consisting of 15 breeders and 15 breeders who took eggs in the Kediri district. Sampling was by purposive sampling, which was purposely chosen based on certain criteria determined by the researcher, for analysis of the data itself using SWOT analysis and continued QSPM analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the distribution channel for marketing chicken eggs in Kediri Regency is: (Pattern 1 = Farmer → Wholesaler (Poultry Shop) → Medium Merchant → Retailer → Consumer), (Pattern 2 = Farmer → Medium Merchant → Retailer → Consumers) and (Pattern 3 = Farmers → Retailers → Consumers). An alternative strategy that is appropriate for marketing chicken eggs in Kediri district is by using a strategy (ST) that is using internal power to overcome external threats so that the threat will not have too much negative impact by maintaining and maintaining the quality of eggs produced and increasing production through prevention of chicken disease so that livestock businesses can be sustainable. The strategies that need to be implemented first by the farm while maintaining and maintaining the quality of the eggs produced. Keywords: Marketing Strategies, Eggs, Laying Hens, SWOT Analysis.

Jombang district is one producing quality products which have been the malay apple Gondang Manis be forced out o Minister of Agriculture Indonesian decree number 308: / kpts / sr.120 / 4 / 2006 about the release of malay apple Gondang Sweet be forced out Gondang Sweet as a superior varieties.Malay Apple Gondang Manis it has good potential economic viewed from the side , with just over 10 years have fruit , we can get good thing around .2.000.000 rupias up to .With harvest 3.000.000 3 times a year .An apparition fruit with the color of a blackish color purplee ( interesting , the skin of shiny and smooth if fruit was an old man , with a sweet taste fresh , with color daing white as cotton and fruit with fragrant smell .Malay apple Gondang Sweet be forced out o is Sweet Gondang village in district Jombang ,kedung mulyo Sub district. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors what effect and the best strategy in the development of cashew gondang sweet, agribusiness for the location of the study in the village Gondang Sweet subdistrict Bandar Kedungmulyo, Jombang. District.This research was conducted over ( 3 ) months and the other months april to june 2019.The data used in this research is primary data and secondary data.The primary data are just data taken directly from the research site in the village gondang sweet, through direct observation on the scene, an interview with the government, the store, society and charging kuisoner.Respondents were 15 people to fill kuisoner research as follows: ( 2 ), the government that is the desadan, device dept of agriculture employees jombang ( 1 people ) community shop ( 2 people ), the main culprit ( 8 people ), and podarwis ( 2) people. Secondary database is the databas on obtained through the institutions in this study , good tabulation and deskriptif.metode the analysis SWOT by QSPM analysis . Based on the research and discussion , so it can be concluded that alternative development strategy agribusiness malay apple Gondang Sweet proper is the agribusiness development strategy so rosy Gondang sweetened with the intersection between agroekologi gondang sweet in the human resources which are in accordance with good quality , adoption of technology to produce superior , can bear fruit outside the others and the keep malay apple Gondang Sweet .nilai attraction highest on strategic 1 ( so ) by the total number of attraction of 6,85 ) ( bag . By doing action between local governments , a leading perpetrator of , community leaders , bumdes each other fused to produce malay apple Gondang Sweet excelling both in quality and quantity , protect the peculiarities of malay apple Sweet Gondang has already dispersed by minister of agriculture with potential ways to improve the preservation cashew gondang sweet is as typical owned by village Gondang Sweet subdistrict, Jombang district.

Abstract

Jenang Dumbleg merupakan makanan sejenis jenang yang terbuat dari tepung beras, santan kelapa dan gula dengan atau tanpa penambahan bahan lainnya yang diizinkan dan dibungkus dengan pelepah pinang. Jenang dumbleg biasanya dihidangkan dalam berbagai kesempatan seperti pada acara hajatan dan menjamu tamu di Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Nganjuk.  Namun, dewasa ini jenang dumbleg makin sulit ditemui karena permintaannya yang semakin berkurang. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, kualitas dan jangkauan pemasaran produk jenang dumbleg, makanan khas Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Nganjuk. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, praktek pelatihan tentang pengolahan serta pengawasan mutu produk dan pemasaran melalui media elektronik. Hasil yang dicapai oleh produsen jenang dumbleg antara lain telah mengalami peningkatan omset menjadi dua kali lipat, kualitas jenang dumbleg yang konsisten, lebih gurih dan disukai konsumen dan peningkatan jangkauan pemasaran sampai ke Kediri, Tulungagung dan Bojonegoro.
