Abstract

In Indonesia, the penal issues of psychotropic drugs can be described from two aspects: types of psychotropic drugs which have been abused and types of drug abuse which have their own different penalties. A judge in his or her interpretation of this issue just looks at the maximum amount, not minimum one. In the perspective of Islamic law, some moslem scholars make an analogy of these kinds of drug to khamr (wine) because of the same reason (‘illat, ratio legis); that is, intoxication. Concerning to the penalty to drug abusers, some moslem scholars argued that the penalties are had, while others said ta’zîr as a maximum punishment to this crime, and it is within the authority of the moslem judges.Kata Kunci:    penyalahgunaan narkoba, hukum positif,  hukum Islam

Abstract

One way to protect children is child adoption, which means embracing a child to the family by which there is a legal relationship between the adopter and the adoptee. In Indonesia, adoption is one of the controversial issues in civil, customary, or Islamic law, which have their own characteristics. Abstract

Since its launching for the first time in 1859, Darwin’s evolutionary theory never freed from critiques, particularly that from theologians. However, since the theory is deemed as being scientific while belief in religion is unscientific, most of  scientists and educators   support the misleading theory. Darwin has placed humans in the lowest position in their creatures, since according to him, the process of creating humans  is through several phases, from the lowest phase  to the perfection phase of their creatures in order to be survival. Abstract

The process writing approach treats writing as a process rather than a completed product. Writing studies are conducted as part of the process due to the completion of the written text. In writing classes, this approach tends to focus on the student, and the teacher only acts as a guide. The process writing approach includes actions that occur when a written text is created. This research analyzed the benefits of the process approach as a teachers’ approach in order to enhance student writing skills in recount text. The researcher used the literature review and some of the previous research which has been conducted before as the measurements toward the process approach could improve student writing skill in recount text whether they understood the material which given by the teacher or not. As a result of the literature review and previous research, the researcher found a significant influence of the process writing approach on writing progress and anxiety mainly in recount text. Based on this finding for written language research, the use of a process writing approach is recommended.

Abstract

This research is literacy based on moral teachings and democrative values of Indonesian national leaders and expert opinion is further combined with the history of Islamic politics in the days of friends whose teachings in Islam as a reference for adherents to faith and the applicable provisions in the al-The qur’an and the Hadith of the Prophet and the ijma’ the ulamas’ and Qiyas in the future which are the ideal foundation as human beings who obey and obey the rules of the Islamic religion along with the teachings of their humanity values, thus each person can play a good personal and balance of course is closely related to ethics in politics, campaigning to demonstrate Islamic law in the real form is not just camouflage because besides personal relationships to the community but also to the Divine who is certainly every prospective candidate pays attention to the norms and values in Islam when agreeing with him n displaying the best without elemens of disdain, verbal abuse and mutual defamation, the information conveyed to the community remains in terms of the program and planning that is well adhered to morally and morals virtue in Islam.

Abstract

Setiap anak pasti memiliki bakat yang berbeda-beda, dan bakat tidak bisa diamati secara langsung dalam waktu yang singkat. Oleh karena ittu kita harus mengenali dan memahami bakat yang dimiliki dengan pengamatan yang teliti agar lebih mudah dan terarah dalam mengembangkannya. Bakat merupakan suatu kondisi pada seseorang yang memungkinkannya dengan suatu latihan khusus untuk mencapai suatu kecakapan, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan khusus, bakat adalah semacam perasaan dan perhatian yang akan menjadi jelas karena pengalaman, kemudian kepribadian adalah pemikiran emosi dan perilaku tertentu yang menjadi ciri dari seseorang dalam menghadapi dunianya, dan faktor-faktor penentu kepribadian yaitu keturunan dan lingkungan sedang kecakapan adalah sebuah bentuk komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh dua orang atau lebih untuk menyampaikan ide, pendapat, komentar atau perasaannya, bakat, kepribadian, dan kecakapan merupakan sesuatu hal yang harus dipahami oleh setiap pendidik agar pendekatan dan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan guru tepat sasaran.

Abstract

Setiap kegiatan pembelajaran tentunya selalu mengharapkan akan menghasilkan pembelajaran yang maksimal yang kemudian akan mendapatkan hasil setelah melalui proses dalam pembelajaran dalam hal ini ada dua hal penting yang tengah menjadi tujuan analisaya itu tentang bagaimanakah prestasi belajar dan bagaimanakah pembelajaran berdasarkan teori baik secara umum maupun dalam Islam, dari itu kemudian didapat benang merah bahwa prestasi belajar adalah serangkaian dari kegiatan jiwa raga yang telah dilakukan oleh seseorang dari suatu hasil yang telah dicapai sebagai perubahan dari tingkah laku yang dilalui dengan pengalaman serta wawasan untuk bisa berinteraksi dengan lingkungan tetapi didalamnya terdapat faktor yang mempengaruhi seperti faktor intern dan ekstern yang ada dalam diri individu tidak dapat dipisahkan, karena ke dua faktor tersebut saling berinteraksi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dalam proses belajar
