Abstract

This research aims to determine the determinants of academic fraud of accounting students during the Covid-19 pandemic using the fraud diamond dimension. The independent variables in this study are pressure, opportunity, rationalization and ability. Primary data collection is done through online surveys using questionnaire instruments through google form. The respondents obtained were as many as 161 accounting students, who were deleted as many as 27 accounting students and who were processed and analyzed as many as 134 accounting students. The results of this study showed that pressure and rationalization had a positive effect on academic fraud of accounting students during online learning, opportunities had no effect on academic cheating of accounting students during online learning and the ability to negatively affect the academic fraud of accounting students during online learning.

Abstract

 This article discusses the Peace Creative Tourism Village as a peaceful tourism destination to build peace between religions and beliefs in Indonesia. This study is motivated by the rise of identity politics after the collapse of the New Order in 1998. The rise of identity politics has triggered several inter-ethnic and religious conflicts in several regions in Indonesia. Conflicts between the Dayak tribes and Madurese migrants occurred in Kalimantan in early February 2001, Christian and Muslim conflicts in Posso in 1998, and Ambon in 1999. The state has made various efforts to maintain peace between ethnic and religions in Indonesia, but intolerance, even inter-ethnic and religious conflicts, still occur in plural Indonesia. This study discusses an alternative effort to build peace between religions and beliefs through tourist destinations. This research uses a case study qualitative method. This study found that the Peace Creative Tourism Village of Srumbung Mountain, with its tour packages: peace education, live-in, and traditional culinary and cultural festivals, can be a local contribution to building peace between religions and beliefs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Stocks are one of the investment instruments that are currently in demand because they have a greater return value than saving in a bank. It's just that investing in stocks has the risk of decreasing the value of the stock price, which can make investors lose money. Mining stocks are currently the prima donna of investors, because their value continues to rise. However, buying shares at the right time is still an obstacle, therefore a stock price prediction is needed that can help investors determine the right time to buy mining shares. The use of machine learning can be done to predict stock prices. The data used in this research is PTBA stock price data from 2017 – 2022. In this study, the Neural Network algorithm is used with hyperparameter optimization. In this study, the RMSE value was 30.634. A small RMSE value indicates that the Neural Network algorithm can be used to predict PTBA's stock price.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pendidikan perdamaian lintas agama sebagai paket wisata di desa wisata kreatif perdamaian Srumbung Gunung, dan dampaknya bagi pesertanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peserta yang mengikuti paket pendidikan perdamaian di desa wisata kreatif perdamaian Srumbung Gunung memiliki sikap lebih terbuka untuk menerima dan menghargai perbedaan agama, serta menjadi pembawa damai bagi komunitasnya. Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan perdamaian sebagai paket wisata di desa wisata kreatif perdamaian Srumbung Gunung efektif untuk menjadi media membangun perdamaian antar pemeluk agama dan kepercayaan. Selanjutnya, pengembangan destinasi desa wisata perdamaian Srumbung Gunung dapat menjadi kontribusi lokal untuk menciptakan perdamaian antar pemeluk agama dan kepercayaan di Indonesia.

Abstract

The research aims to find empirical evidence on the determinants of the acceptability of Ambon City regional apparatus on implementing the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The research sample is SIPD users in Ambon City, with a total sample of 90 respondents. This research data was collected from a questionnaire that was measured using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The research results found empirical evidence that the perceived convenience of SIPD users affected perceptions of SIPD use in Ambon City and attitudes towards using SIPD in Ambon City, and attitudes towards SIPD use had an effect on actual SIPD use in Ambon City. This research did not find evidence of an influence between perceptions of the usefulness of SIPD on attitudes towards using SIPD in Ambon City. It means that the Ambon City regional apparatus will use SIPD in supporting development planning and regional financial management work if the apparatus perceives that SIPD is easy to use. If the regional apparatus accepts SIPD, then the regional apparatus will use the SIPD to manage development activities in Ambon City. Therefore, the government of Ambon City can be more active in socializing SIPD and holding training programs for SIPD users so that local officials can use SIPD optimally to support planning and financial management work.Keywords:. local government information system, Technology Acceptance Model, acceptability of regional apparatus.

Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the management of cooperatives is still carried out conventionally, and a few cooperatives have used information technology to manage their business. As a result, cooperatives are late, and some need to report the financial performance of cooperatives, so the level of member trust in cooperatives drops, and many cooperatives are inactive. This research aims to design a sales information system for cooperatives in Salatiga City. The sales information system was chosen because 83.33 percent of cooperatives in Salatiga City are consumer and producer cooperatives whose activities serve goods sales transactions. This research focuses on designing systems starting from updating goods, sales transactions, payments, and financial reporting for goods sales transactions. This research provides solutions to the problems experienced by cooperatives in the City of Salatiga related to the length of time for recording and reporting finances. So many cooperatives do not report their financial performance to the Office of Cooperatives and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises and do not hold an Annual Member Meeting. The cooperative sales information system is developed on a web-based basis, using the waterfall development model, the CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL database. This research results in the creation of a website-based sales information system that has been tested and can be used for all consumer and producer cooperatives in Salatiga

Abstract

This paper is an analytical study of the "Peace Creative Tourism Village" initiated by the Creative and Peace Srumbung Gunung Society (CPSS). The analysis is carried out using sustainable tourism theory and socio-theological perspective through exploring the meaning of shalom. Srumbung Gunung Hamlet has the potential, both physically and non-physically, to be developed into a Peace Tourism Village. The physical potential of Srumbung gunung hamlet includes beautiful mountain views, traditional arts, and historical sites. Meanwhile, the non-physical potential is having local traditions and culture, having local wisdom, still living the values of harmony and mutual cooperation in the plural Srumbung Gunung community. All of these potentials are synergized into the capital to build a peace tourism village with an emphasis on the dimension of peace as its branding. The research results show that DWK "P" can be a model for a tourist village to bring peace (shalom) in the midst of the threat of national disintegration. Abstrak Tulisan ini adalah kajian analisis ??SDesa Wisata Kreatif Perdamaian? yang diinisiasi oleh Creative and Peace Srumbung Gunung Society (CPSS). Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori sustainable tourism dan perspektif sosio-teologis melalui menggali makna shalom. Dusun Srumbung Gunung mempunyai potensi, baik secara fisik maupun non-fisik untuk dikembangkan menjadi Desa Wisata Perdamaian. Potensi fisik yang dimiliki dusun Srumbung Gunung, antara lain pemandangan pegunungan yang indah, kesenian-tradisional, dan situs-situs bersejarah. Sedangkan potensi non-fisiknya adalah memiliki tradisi dan budaya lokal, memiliki kearifan lokal, masih hidupnya nilai-nilai kerukunan dan kegotongroyongan dalam masyarakat Srumbung Gunung yang plural. Semua potensi tersebut disinergikan menjadi modal untuk membangun desa wisata perdamaian dengan penekanan pada dimensi perdamaian sebagai branding. Hasil analisis menunjukkan, DWKP dapat menjadi salah satu model desa wisata sebagai sebuah upaya untuk menghadirkan damai (shalom) di tengah-tengah ancaman disintegrasi bangsa.

Abstract

Abstract: This research uses the PIECES framework to analyze user satisfaction with the MySooltan application as a single digital touch for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The framework was chosen because it has been proven empirically to evaluate information system user satisfaction to see opportunities and improvements in information system development. The sample of this research are users of the MySooltan application, namely MSMEs in Labuan Bajo City. The total sample is 102 respondents. Data was collected using a Google Form questionnaire distributed from October to November 2022 and measured using a Likert scale calculation. The evaluation results found that MSMEs, assisted by Rumah BUMN in Labuan Bajo City, were very satisfied using the MySooltan application during the pandemic. However, PT Telkom still needs to improve the guarantee of confidentiality and protection of user data so that MSMEs can use this application optimally. Keywords: information system; MSMEs; Mysooltan application; PIECES; user satisfaction Abstrak: Tujuan riset ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis kepuasan pengguna aplikasi MySooltan sebagai single digital touch Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menggunakan PIECES framework. Metode ini dipilih karena telah terbukti secara empiris dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi untuk melihat peluang dan perbaikan dari sistem informasi yang dikembangkan. Sampel riset ini adalah pengguna aplikasi MySooltan, yaitu UMKM di Kota Labuan Bajo. Total sampel sebanyak 102 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Google Form yang disebar dari bulan Oktober hingga November 2022 dan diukur menggunakan perhitungan skala likert. Hasil evaluasi menemukan secara keseluruhan, UMKM binaan Rumah BUMN di Kota Labuan Bajo sangat puas untuk menggunakan aplikasi MySooltan selama pandemi. Namun demikian, PT Telkom masih perlu meningkatkan jaminan kerahasiaan dan perlindungan data pengguna, agar aplikasi ini dapat digunakan secara optimal. Kata kunci: aplikasi MySooltan; kepuasan pengguna; PIECES; sistem informasi; UMKM

Abstract

This research aims to carry out a risk management process for the e-Ticketing application at XYZ Recreation Park using ISO 310000:2018. The stages in risk management start from the process of communication and consultation, setting the context, and risk assessment, which includes the steps of identification, analysis, and evaluation of risk and the risk treatment process. The research results found that there were 33 potential risks arising from the implementation of the e-Ticketing application at XYZ Recreation Park. Of the 33 potential risks, there are four potential risks at a high level: the loss of network connection, incorrect customer data, the customer requesting a refund, and the system cannot verify transactions. Seventeen are potential risks at the medium level, and the remaining 12 are possible at the low level. The XYZ Recreation Park management has proposed these potential risks for handling. The results of risk management on the e-Ticketing application at XYZ Recreation Park from this research have been documented to serve as a guideline for managers managing the risk of implementing e-Ticketing applications there

Abstract

Kondisi financial distress menjadi sinyal informasi bagi para investor dan calon investor sebelum membuat keputusan investasi. Riset ini bertujuan menguji kegunaan rasio keuangan dalam memprediksi kemungkinan munculnya keadaan financial distress pada saat pandemi. Ada tiga rasio yang akan diuji dalam riset ini, yaitu likuiditas, leverage, dan profitabilitas. Likuiditas diukur menggunakan current ratio, leverage dengan Debt to Total Asset Ratio, dan profitability dihitung dengan Return on Equity Ratio. Pengujian dilakukan pada 222 perusahaan manufaktur terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020 dan 202 dengan analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hanya profitabilitas yang memprediksi probabilitas terjadinya financial distress, sedangkan likuiditas dan leverage bukan merupakan prediktor financial distress. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berguna sebagai sinyal kondisi financial distress perusahaan pada masa pandemi. Investor dan calon investor dapat menggunakan rasio keuangan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi.
