Abstract

AbstractPhysical fitness is the ability of a person body to do a day work without feeling significant fatigue, that the body has a reserve of energy to overcome the excessive workload. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between hydration knowledge, hydration status, body composition, hemoglobin level with physical fitness in gymnastics athletes. This study was design a cross sectional study at GOR Raden Inten East Jakarta. Independent variables were hydration knowledge, hydration status, body composition (percent of body fat) and hemoglobin level, while the dependent variable was physical fitness. The statistical test used in this study was the spearman correlation test, because the dependent variable in this study was abnormally distributed. The results of this study were that there was no significant relationship between hydration knowledge and physical fitness (r = 0.181; p > 0.05), there was no significant relationship between hydration status and physical fitness (r = -0,440; p = 0,052), there was no relationship significant between body composition (percent of body fat) and physical fitness (r = 0,351; p > 0.05), and there was a significant relationship between hemoglobin level and physical fitness (r = 0,600; p < 0.05). The conclusion in this study, there was a significant relationship between hemoglobin level and physical fitness.Kebugaran jasmani merupakan kemampuan tubuh seseorang untuk melakukan suatu pekerjaan sehari-hari tanpa merasakan kelelahan yang cukup berarti, sehingga tubuh itu sendiri memiliki cadangan energi untuk mengatasi beban kerja yang berlebih. Tujuanpenelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan hidrasi, status hidrasi, komposisi tubuh, kadar hemoglobin dengan kebugaran pada atlet senam. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional yang dilakukan di GOR Raden Inten Jakarta Timur. Variabel independen yaitu pengetahuan hidrasi, status hidrasi, komposisi tubuh (persen lemak tubuh)dan kadar hemoglobin, sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu kebugaran.  Uji statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi spearman, karena variabel dependen pada penelitan berdistribusi tidak normal. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan hidrasi dan kebugaran (r=0,181; p>0,05), tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status hidrasi dan kebugaran (r=-0,440; p>0,05), tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara komposisi tubuh dan kebugaran (r=0,351; p>0,05) dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kadar hemoglobin dan kebugaran (r=0,600; p<0,05). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kadar hemoglobin dengan kebugaran atlet.

Abstract

This study was aimed to analyze differences in food selection and factors related to adolescent girls in the urban and rural high schools. The sampling technique used is the sample size difference of 2 proportions. Data was collected by giving questionnaires to respondents which included food choices and its related factors such as social media, body image, nutritional knowledge, food labels, and peers. Body weight and height used to measure the anthropometric data. The statistical test used in this research was the t-test. There were no differences in food choices, use of social media, perception of actual body shape, perception of desired body shape, and perception of ideal body shape in urban and rural (p&gt; 0,05). There were differences in actual body shape with BMI, nutritional knowledge, understanding food labels , and peer influence in rural and urban (p &lt;0,05). Found differences in perceptions of actual body shape with BMI, nutritional knowledge, understanding food labels, and peer influence in urban and rural areas. There were no differences in food choices, but there were differences in factors related.

Abstract

Hockey is known to be a game that requires a lot of energy, where hockey players are required to have a level of good physical condition undergirded by meeting energy needs and opticians capable of performing during the game. The purpose of this study is to assess the nutritional status and intake of energy and nutrients and analyze the correlation with the speed and agility of the district's extracurricular hockey field. Cross-sectional research on all hockey players amounted to 70 people. Measurements made in this study include weight, height, BMI, energy and nutrient intake as well as speed and agility. The results showed that the nutritional status of BMI/U didn’t have a significant correlation with speed (p=0,842; r= -0,02) and nutritional status of BMI/U didn’t have a significant correlation with agility (p=0,271; r= -0,133). The average energy intake, protein intake and carbohydrate intake didn’t significantly correlate with speed (p=0,071; r=0,560, p=0,457; r=0,090, p=0,858; r= 0,022). Meanwhile, fat intake and calcium intake didn’t have a significant correlation with agility (p=0,874; r= -0,019, p=743; r= 0,040). The conclusion of this study is the nutritional status of BMI/U, energy intake, protein and carbohydrate intake aren’t related to speed and nutritional status of BMI/U, fat intake and calcium intake aren’t related to agility Abstrak Permainan hoki diketahui merupakan permainan yang membutuhkan banyak energi, dimana para pemain hoki dituntut untuk memiliki tingkat kondisi fisik yang baik yang ditunjang dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan energi dan zat gizi yang optimal agar mampu mencapai prestasi selama pertandingan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji tentang gambaran status gizi serta asupan energi dan zat gizi serta menganalisis korelasinya dengan kecepatan dan kelincahan pemain ekstrakurikuler hoki SMAN Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian cross-sectional pada semua pemain hoki berjumlah 70 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson dan Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa status gizi IMT/U tidak berkorelasi secara signifikan terhadap kecepatan (p=0,842; r= -0,02) dan status gizi IMT/U tidak berkorelasi signifikan terhadap kelincahan (p=0,271; r= -0,133). Asupan energi, asupan protein dan asupan karbohidrat tidak berkorelasi secara signifikan terhadap kecepatan (p=0,071; r=0,560, p=0,457; r=0,090, p=0,858; r= 0,022). Abstract

Hidrasi merupakan hal yang penting dalam menunjang proses kehamilan, yang akan berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan ibu dan janin, dan juga hasil kelahiran. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena beberapa faktor seperti selama masa kehamilan terjadi mual dan muntah yang berlebihan, asupan cairan yang kurang, dan juga asupan elektrolit yang tidak diperhatikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kejadian mual muntah, tingkat kecukupan cairan, dan  tingkat kecukupan elektrolit dengan status hidrasi pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Barat dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian berupa cross sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square. Status hidrasi dilihat menggunakan metode berat jenis urin (BJU), kejadian mual muntah dilakukan skoring dengan menggunakan kuesioner PUQE (Pregnancy Unique Quantification of Emesis and Nause), dan recall 2x24 jam dilakukan untuk melihat hasil asupan cairan, juga asupan natrium dan asupan kalium. Hasil dari penelitian ini tidak ada hubungan antara kejadian mual muntah (p=0,684), tingkat kecukupan cairan (p=0,669), tingkat kecukupan natrium (p=1,000) dan tingkat kecukupan kalium (p=1,000) dengan status hidrasi pada ibu hamil. Maka dapat disimpulan tidak ada hubungan antara kejadian mual muntah, tingkat kecukupan cairan, tingkat kecukupan natrium dan kalium dengan status hidrasi pada ibu hamil.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Gangguan siklus menstruasi dapat mengakibatkan penurunan performa pada atlet. Asupan yang tidak seimbang, beratnya latihan, status gizi tidak normal dan stress dapat meningkatkan risiko terjadinya gangguan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan asupan, status gizi, aktivitas fisik dan tingkat stres terhadap gangguan siklus menstruasi pada atlet bulutangkis. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional dan sampel berjumlahkan 20 atlet. Data diperoleh melalui online google form yaitu data asupan karbohidrat, protein, lemak, zat besi, folat dan vitamin C dengan Food Record 3x24 jam, status gizi dengan IMT/U, aktivitas fisik dengan lembar IPAQ, tingkat stress dengan lembar kuesioner HARS, dan siklus menstruasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji Korelasi Spearman Rank. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara hubungan asupan karbohidrat (p = 0.015, r = 0.535) asupan protein (p = 0.021, r = -0.513), asupan lemak (p = 0.021, r = -0.513), vitamin C (p = 0.048, r = 0.447) dan gangguan siklus menstruasi pada atlet bulutangkis. Namun tidak ditemukannya hubungan antara zat besi, folat, status gizi, aktivitas fisik dan tingkat stress terhadap gangguan siklus menstruasi pada atlet bulutangkis (p > 0.05). Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara asupan karbohidrat, protein, lemak, vitamin C dan gangguan siklus menstruasi pada atlet bulutangkis putri. Kata Kunci : Atlet putri, bulutangkis, gangguan siklus menstruasi ABSTRACT Menstrual cycle disorder can result in decreasing athletes’ performance. Unbalanced intake, strenuous exercise, abnormal nutritional status and stress can increase the risk of disorders. This study aims to analyze the relationship between intake, nutritional status, physical activity and stress levels on menstrual cycle disorders in badminton athletes. This research uses quantitative research with cross sectional research design and a sample of 20 athletes. Data obtained through online google form, namely data on intake of carbohydrate, protein, fat, iron, folate and vitamin C with Food Record 3x24 hours, nutritional status with BMI/U, physical activity with IPAQ sheets, stress levels with HARS sheets, and menstrual cycles. Data analysis uses the Spearman Rank Correlation test. The results showed a relationship between intake of carbohydrate (p = 0.015, r = 0.535), protein (p = 0.021, r = -0.513), fat (p = 0.021, r = -0.513), vitamin C (p = 0.048, r = 0.447) and menstrual cycle disorders in badminton athletes. However, there was no relationship between iron, folate, nutritional status, physical activity and stress levels on menstrual cycle disorders (p> 0.05). There is a significant relationship between intake of carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamin C and menstrual cycle disorders in female badminton athletes. Abstract

Background: Adolescence is a period of transition physical, mental, and emotional changes. Adolescents usually experience lifestyle changes and eating habits such as excessive dieting, skipping meals, using supplements and adopting diets. Methods: The study used the quasy experimental method with pre-test and post-test in the intervention and control groups. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 84 samples. Results: Most of the respondents were male (61.9%) with an average age of 14 years. Based on the analysis carried out showed that there were no significant changes in the knowledge, attitudes, behaviors and eating patterns of adolescents before and after the intervention (p> 0.05), but there was a change in diet, the mean score on knowledge and behavior scores increased. Conclusions: Nutrition education with the application of Remind me application can increase the knowledge, attitudes, behavior and diet of adolescent balanced nutrition, if adolescents are exposed to the media intensely and continuously. Providing the Remind me application media as a media for nutritional education to adolescents still needs to be developed in an effort to perfect the application display, content, specifications of mobile phones or smart phones, better programming system specifications and safer domain server usage will reduce debugging on the application system, so that the message delivered and can be achieved.

Abstract

An athlete is required to always maintain his physical fitness. Fitness is one indicator in determining a person's health, especially for an athlete. The fitter a person is, the healthier that person will be. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of macro nutrient adequacy, nutritional status and physical activity on the badminton athletes in PB Jaya Raya club. This study used a quantitative research design with a cross sectional study design and a sample of 32 athletes. Data obtained through online google form, namely data on carbohydrate, protein, fat intake with a 3x24 hour food record, nutritional status with BMI/U and Physical activity using the IPAQ questionnaire sheet. Data analysis used the Spearman Rank Correlation Test. As many as 28 (87.5%) of respondents had insufficient levels of carbohydrate adequacy, and as many as 31 (96.9%) of respondents had a higher level of protein sufficiency as well as an adequate level of fat 31 (96.9%) of respondents had sufficient levels of sufficiency of excess fat. It is known that 19 (59.4%) respondents have a moderate level of physical activity. And it is known that as many as 25 (78.1%) respondents are fit. There was no significant relationship between all research variables (p≥0,05). The conclusion of this study shows that there is no relationship between the level of carbohydrate adequacy, protein adequacy level, fat adequacy level, nutritional status and physical activity on athletes fitness (p≥0,05). There is no significant relationship between the adequacy level of macro nutrients, nutritional status and physical activity on the fitness of badminton athletes. Abstrak Seorang atlet dituntut untuk selalu menjaga kebugaran jasmaninya. Kebugaran adalah salah satu indikator untuk menentukan derajat kesehatan seseorang, terutama untuk seorang atlet. Semakin bugar seseorang maka semakin sehat juga orang tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan tingkat kecukupan zat gizi makro, status gizi dan aktivitas fisik terhadap kebugaran pada atlet bulutangkis yang berada di klub PB Jaya Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional dan sampel berjumlah 32 atlet. Data diperoleh melalui online google form yaitu data asupan karbohidrat, protein, lemak dengan food record 3x24 jam, status gizi dengan IMT/U dan aktivitas fisik dengan lembar kuesioner IPAQ. Analisis data menggunakan uji Korelasi Rank Spearman. Sebanyak 28 (87,5%) responden memiliki tingkat kecukupan karbohidrat yang kurang, serta sebanyak 31 (96,9%) responden memiliki tingkat kecukupan protein yang lebih begitu pun dengan tingkat kecukupan lemak 31 (96,9%) responden memiliki tingkat kecukupan lemak yang berlebih. Diketahui sebanyak 19 (59,4%) responden memiliki tingkat aktivitas fisik sedang. Serta diketahui bahwa sebanyak 25 (78,1%) responden bugar. Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan pada seluruh variabel penelitian (p≥0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak adanya hubungan antara tingkat kecukupan karbohidrat, tingkat kecukupan protein, tingkat kecukupan lemak, status gizi dan aktivitas fisik terhadap kebugaran atlet (p ≥ 0,05). Tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat kecukupan zat gizi makro, status gizi dan aktivitas fisik terhadap kebugaran atlet bulutangkis.

Abstract

Kebugaran fisik merupakan faktor terpenting bagi seorang atlet untuk melakukan latihan dan aktivitas sehari-hari secara optimal. Daya tahan otot merupakan salah satu komponen dari status kebugaran fisik yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara asupan energi, zat gizi makro, zat besi, status gizi berdasarkan Indeks Massa Tubuh menurut Umur (IMT / U) dan komposisi tubuh dengan daya tahan otot quadriceps. Desain potong lintang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sebanyak 70 subjek atlet taekwondo kategori kyorugi dengan umur 16-18 tahun di DKI Jakarta dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling . Data dianalisis menggunakan uji coba spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tidak ada yang signifikan antara proporsi lemak tubuh (r -0,317; p 0,007) dan proporsi massa otot (r 0,252; p 0,036) dengan daya tahan otot quadriceps. Dalam hal ini dapat mengganggu bahwa komposisi tubuh dapat mempengaruhi daya tahan otot. Meskipun olahraga taekwondo merupakan cabang olahraga yang mengandalkan kategori berat badan, atlet taekwondo diminta tetap memperhatikan komposisi tubuh yang ideal.

Abstract

Background: Nowadays, Mukbang video is very popular on social media, especially Instagram, also known as an eating show which is a host doing a consumes various quantities of food. Teenager has an impressionable characteristic which can affect a person to imitate “negative-eating” behaviour, such as the food-vloggers did on the Mukbang video. In general, it is because the foods on the Mukbang video do not give an attention to the ingredients itself/it tends to be higher on calories, fat, and cholesterol. In case, this “negative-eating” behavior which is eating food with large portion and not balanced diet was imitated by a large part of society, then it can generate many nutrient problems that can affect to the health.Objectives: To know the relation between the behaviour of watching Mukbang, the nutrient knowledge, and the stress level with the changing of eating behaviour of Mukbang enthusiast on social media, Instagram.Methods: This research design was Cross Sectional with 125 respondents. All of the data were taken using Google Form with limited time for 10 minutes. Statistical data analysis used Chi-Square testResults: There is a significant relationship between the behaviour of watching Mukbang with the changing of negative eating behaviour (p-value = 0.003), there is a significant relationship between the nutrient knowledge with the changing of negative eating behaviour (p-value = 0.009), there is a significant relationship between the stress level with the changing of eating behaviour of Mukbang enthusiast on Instagram (p-value = 0.034).Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the behaviour of watching Mukbang, the nutrient knowledge, and the stress level with the changing of eating behaviour of Mukbang enthusiast on Instagram. There needs to be a balance in the behaviour of watching Mukbang, the nutrient knowledge, and the stress level, in order there is no change in “negative-eating” behavior

Based on the analysis carried out showed that there were no significant changes in the knowledge, attitudes, behaviors and eating patterns of adolescents before and after the intervention (p> 0.05), but there was a change in diet, the mean score on knowledge and behavior scores increased. Conclusions: Nutrition education with the application of Remind me application can increase the knowledge, attitudes, behavior and diet of adolescent balanced nutrition, if adolescents are exposed to the media intensely and continuously. Providing the Remind me application media as a media for nutritional education to adolescents still needs to be developed in an effort to perfect the application display, content, specifications of mobile phones or smart phones, better programming system specifications and safer domain server usage will reduce debugging on the application system, so that the message delivered and can be achieved.
