Abstract

This study aims to know: (1) the psychological skill characteristics of Indonesian volleyball players reviewed based on gender; (2) the psychological skill characteristics of Indonesian volleyball players reviewed based on position. The type of this study was descriptive quantitative research, using a survey method with a research design: a retrospective causal-comparative. The population in this study was Indonesian volleyball players attending the 18th Asian Games 2018 event in Indonesia numbering 28 Indonesian players, consisting of 14 male and 14 female players, with an average age of 25 years old for males and 20 years old for females. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used parametric inferential statistics by using the independent t-test for gender difference and one-way Anova for position difference, with a significance level of 0.05. Results show that: (1) there is a significant difference in the psychological skill characteristics of Indonesian volleyball players reviewed based on gender, with the Sig. value 0.007 < 0.05; (2) there is no significant difference in the psychological skill characteristics of Indonesian volleyball players reviewed based on position, with the Sig. value 0.930 > 0.05.

Abstract

Based on the problems presented by the researcher, the number of students who have low learning outcomes, only (10 students or 40%) who get grades above KKM (60) of 25 students of class XI IPA 2 SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi, and the rest (15 people or 60 or 60 %) does not reach the value of KKM (60). The purpose of this classroom action research is to improve the learning outcomes of PJOK Healthy social material using the learning method of scientific approaches in class XI IPA 2 SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi Academic Year 2021/2022. This type of research is a classroom action research (CAR) as many as two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The subjects referred to in this study were students of class XI IPA 2 SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi, totaling 25 students and participants involved in this study were the teacher of colleagues, Kiki Kurniawan, S.Pd. The study time was conducted in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 school year in November 2021. The data collected is quantitative and qualitative data. Observations were made using sheets of paper, questionnaires, and notes, after which the data were analyzed using data reduction and percentages. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the application of the scientific learning approach has a positive influence, can improve student learning outcomes shown from the data obtained in the first cycle of student learning outcomes which is complete at 40% increases to 92% in cycle II. The action taken by the teacher is to give re -ords in the form of a kind of food gift and provide a true story that occurs in the home environment about healthy social material.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan hal yang membuat mahasiswa tidak mahir dalam matakuliah renang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh mahasiswa semester 2 Porgram Studi Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga yang mengikuti kontrak mata kuiah TP. Renang berjumlah 58 Mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian dipilih berdasarkan teknik Snowball Sampling, yang mempunyai sampel 8 Mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman wawancara yang terdiri atas 10 pertanyaan tentang kondisi fisik dan psikologis pada saat mata kuliah renang. Hasilnya: Lima mahasiswa menyatakan bahwa denyut nadi masih normal. Satu mahasiswa kadang normal, kadang tidak. Dua mahasiswa menyatakan bahwa ada kenaikan denyut nadi. Lima mahasiswa menyatakan bahwa tidak ada masalah riwayat cedera. Tiga mahasiswa menyatakan bahwa ada penyakit cedera yang sering kambuh. Tujuh mahasiswa menyatakan bahwa tidak ada trauma khusus dalam berenang. Satu mahasiswa ada trauma khusus dalam beranang. Enam mahasiswa merasa baik-baik saja dalam kondisi fisiknya. Satu mahasiswa tidak tahu. Satu mahasiswa merasa kondisi fisiknya tidak baik-baik saja. Seluruh mahasiswa tidak merasakan mual-mual saat mata kuliah renang. Keseluruhan subyek penelitian merasakan kesulitan dalam mengikuti gerakan yang dicontohkan. Enam mahasiswa berminat dalam perkuliahan renang. Dua mahasiswa kurang berminat dalam perkuliahan renang, namun ingin bisa berenang. Empat mahasiswa mengaku tidak merasa gelisah dalam perkuliahan renang. Empat mahasiswa merasa gelisah dalam perkuliahan renang. Seluruh subyek penelitian merasa khawatir dan takut akan kedalaman air. Semua subyek merasa senang dalam mengikuti matakuliah renang. Kesimpulannya bahwa mahasiswa olahraga yang tidak mahir dalam berenang ini hanya perlu didorong dan diberi motivasi agar lebih semangat lagi dalam mempelajari olahraga renang

Abstract

Kebutuhan kebugaran jasmani sangatlah penting terhadap pencapaian hasil belajar, karena kebugaran jasmani kemampuan tubuh untuk menyesuaikan tugas sehari-hari dengan tanpa kelelahan, mempunyai energi yang cukup untuk menikmati waktu luang maupun menghadapi waktu darurat setiap saat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebugaran jasmani terhadap prestasi belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan 2022. Sampel data adalah seluruh siswa kelas VI SDN Somoketro yang berjumlah 29 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan ialah instrument Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia tahun 2010 yang terdiri dari lari 40 meter, gantung tekuk siku 30 detik, baring duduk 30 detik, loncat tegak 30 detik dan lari 600 meter. Untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar menggunakan nilai raport semester tahun 2020/2021. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa bahwa kebugaran jasmani bukan salah satu faktor yang menentukan kenaikan maupun penurunan hasil belajar siswa. The need for physical fitness is very important for achieving learning outcomes, because physical fitness is the body's ability to adapt daily tasks without fatigue, has enough energy to enjoy free time and face emergencies at any time. This study aims to determine the effect of physical fitness on learning achievement of elementary school students. The method used in quantitative research is an ex post facto approach. The research was conducted in 2022. The data samples were all 29 students in class VI at Somoketro Elementary School. The research instrument used was the 2010 Indonesian Physical Fitness Test instrument which consisted of 40 meters running, 30 seconds of hanging elbows, 30 seconds of lying down, 30 seconds of upright jumping and 600 meters of running. To determine learning achievement, use the 2020/2021 semester report card scores. Data collection techniques are carried out by testing and documentation. The results of this study indicate that physical fitness is not a factor that determines the increase or decrease in student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu guru mengajar anak-anak untuk bertanggung jawab dengan lebih baik saat belajar tentang pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehata.. Paradigma pembelajaran Personal and Social Responsibility (TPSR) yang digunakan sangat menekankan pada sikap tanggung jawab siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Kegiatan penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan dalam 3 silklus. Pendidik mata pelajaran PJOK dan seluruh peserta didik di kelas yang mengikuti penelitian ini, berjumlah 44 siswa yang terdiri dari 25 siswa laki-laki dan 19 siswa perempuan di SD N Yogyakarta. Hasil percakapan, wawancara, dan observasi terhadap semua informasi tekstual dalam makalah proses penelitian menjadi dasar data penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Pada siklus pertama dikumpulkan hasil diskusi dengan pendidik untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dan pengajaran tanggung jawab pribadi dan sosial (TPSR). (2) pada siklus kedua kemampuan memahami rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) berbasis TPSR dan (3) Instruktur dapat menggunakan RPP pendidikan jasmani berbasis TPSR pada periode ketiga. Kemampuan pendidik dalam menanamkan sikap tanggung jawab pada anak meningkat setelah intervensi Siklus I, II, dan III selesai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmngetahui peningkatan hasil beajar lari spint melalui penerapan gaya mengajar periksa diri (self check style) pada siswa kelas VIII SMP 14 Medan. Penelitian ini dilaksanankan di SMP 14 Medan, waktu penelitian dilaksanankan selama 2 minggu. Yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII dengan jumlah 44 orang. Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan PTK (Penelitian Tindakan kelas). Hasil penelitian menunjukkkan bahwa pembelajaran melalui penerapan Gaya mengajar periksa diri (self check style) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar lari sprint,nilai rata-rata siswa pada tes awal adalah 53,38 (tidak tuntas), pada tes siklus I nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 59,63 (tidak tuntas), dan pada pelakanaan tes siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa pada tes awal adalah 25%, pada tes siklus I meningkat menjadi 43,18%, dan pada pelaksanaan tes isklus II persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa telah mencapai 86,36%.

Abstract

This study means to decide: (1) the characteristics of the psychological capacities of Indonesian volleyball players, (2) the nature of the psychological capacities of Indonesian volleyball players concerning what is going on. The kind of investigation utilized in this test is enlightening quantitative investigation, utilizing a procedure survey. with a causal-like survey focusing on the arrangement. Abstract

Kicks in pencak silat martial arts certainly need to be given special training by trainers because there are various types of kicks and also the speed varies between movements. This study aims to survey the kick speed of Pesilat Center for Student Education and Training (PPLP) of Gorontalo Province. The research design used in this research is descriptive quantitative research using surveys and test techniques. This study used the entire population of athletes from the Gorontalo Province Student Training Education Center (PPLP), totaling 10 athletes, consisting of 5 male athletes and 5 female athletes. The data collection technique uses a kick speed measuring instrument. As a result, for the front kick, most of them get enough category. Crescent kicks mostly get good categories. While the side kicks mostly get less categories. Trainers should use appropriate training methods. The trainer should follow the training periodization program that has been made starting from the general training stage to the pre-competition in order to have the desired results.
