Abstract

Employees are the main assets of the company that requires the company to be able to create employee satisfaction so as to increase productivity. One strategy to increase power is through compensation. The purpose of this study was to determine the compensation factors and Gojek's strategy in increasing job satisfaction of Gojek drivers. This type of research uses qualitative research. The data source used is primary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, research subjects and Man-six Go-jek drivers in Denpasar. The results showed the application of compensation with a trip and bonus system, a trip system with a 20% discount for companies, bonus points, daily bonuses. With the current compensation system, drivers are satisfied even without a fixed salary. Gojek's strategy in increasing job satisfaction of gojek drivers is to innovate to improve the system and management by replacing the old system with a rating system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana strategi yang perusahaan rintisan lakukan untuk dapat bertahan di saat krisis pandemi sedang terjadi. Penelitian Competitive intelligence dan marketing 4.0 terdahulu digunakan sebagai panduan dalam penyusunan pertanyaan wawancara dan juga analisis data. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses wawancara secara mendalam semi-terstruktur yang melibatkan 6 narasumber utama yaitu CEO, CMO dari besthostels Indonesia, 2 pemilik property yang mendaftarkan propertynya di besthostels indonesia dan juga 2 konsumen yang sudah lebih dari 2 kali melakukan reservasi di platform besthostels Indonesia. Data kemudian dianalisis melalui proses coding dan themeing. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan terdapat 4 faktor utama yang membuat bestostels Indonesia dapat bertahan disaat terjadinya krisis pandemi, yaitu competitive intelligence, marketing 4.0, citizen 4,0 dan juga investor funding. Penelitian ini menawarkan sebuah model yang komprehensif untuk memahami ‘faktor faktor' yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan rintisan menghadapi krisis. Model ini dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan bagi penelitian berikutnya untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris yang dapat pada generalisasi terkait faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan perusahaan rintisan menghadapi krisis. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat dijadikan refrensi berharga bagi individu yang ingin memulai perusahaan rintisan nya sendiri dan strategi yang tepat untuk digunakan.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of the implementation to determine the priority of Taxpayer to be audited policy, access to financial information for tax purposes policy and digital forensics toward tax audit quality and tax revenue in Bali Regional Office of Directorate General of Taxes. The approach that is used is quantitative approach using purposive sampling method in determining sample and Partial Least Square (PLS) method as data analysis technique. This study revealed that the implementation to determine the priority of Taxpayer to be audited policy, access to financial information for tax purposes policy and digital forensics has a positive and significant effect toward tax audit quality and tax revenue collection. Indonesia's tax ratio is still relatively low. Keywords: Taxpayer Audit Priority; Bank Account Opening; Digital Forensics; Tax Audit Quality, Tax Revenue.

Abstract

Abstract- This study aims to evaluate the implementation process of digital supply chain management on Bali branch of PT. Airnav Indonesia. Digital supply chain management system in this research location is relatively recent, thus, this study focuses on the hindrance factors by providing guidance of crash system and fraud analysis. 8 informants as the samples of this research were put to the test, accordingly, 4 staffs of digital supply chain management organizers, 2 providers of goods and services as well as 2 users of goods and services. Data, those deriving from interviews, perpetual observations, and documentations were scrutinized by software Nvivo 12 Plus. Results achieved from the analysis determined 7 main nodes namely System, Fraud, Procurement, Vendor, Package, Goods, and Data. Two nodes, in particular, System and Fraud overlooked the research data signifying hindrance gaps arising from the crash system and fraud in the course of digital supply chain management. 11 hindrances happening as a consequence of fraud and 4 from that of crash system are applied as Denpasar, Bali branch of PT. Abstract

The paper aimed at describing and elaborating the different meanings appear on the description of tourist destinations in two forms. On the one hand is a cyberspace image in two locations tourist destinations, on the other hand, is an image of the real fact after visitor came to a destination place. The research is as the basis of this paper combines two analyses. First, take and analyze the contents from review Trip Advisor and retrieve analytical data from the source www.social-searcher.com. Second, make observations and in-depth interviews of informants who came and witnessed a place of tourist destinations after getting information on digital pages. The analysis of the combined two data attempts to show the uniqueness, the gap, and the difference between cyberspace images of tourist destinations, with the opinions and perceptions of tourist visitors who have seen the real destination. The main aim of this article is to demonstrate the theoretical support of a model about the effect of digital marketing tools technologies on low-density tourism region. In order to achieve this purpose, a literature review will be used as a methodological basis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis serta memastikan current ratio, debt to equity, return on asset, return on equity, bersama tingkatan laba bersih terhadap dividend payout ratio serta harga saham. Data yang dipakai pada riset ini yakni data sekunder. Populasi yang diambil pada riset ini merupakan perusahaan yang termasuk Indeks IDX High Dividend 20. Periode yang digunakan sepanjang 6 tahun ialah dari tahun 2014- 2019. Metode analisis yang dipakai ialah Smart PLS. Hasil riset menampilkan kalau current ratio, debt to equity ratio, serta return on asset memiliki dampak positif pada dividend payout. Return on equity serta net profit margin memiliki pengaruh negatif pada terhadap dividen payout ratio. Current ratio, return equity, serta net profit margin memiliki dampak pada harga saham. Debt to equity serta return on assets memiliki pengaruh negatif pada harga saham. Riset ini berharap jadi refrensi serta menjadi masukan untuk manajemen perusahaan ketika mengatur perusahaan serta untuk investor ketika membuat keputusan dalam berinvestasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh implementasi kebijakan penentuan sasaran prioritas pemeriksaan, kebijakan buka rekening untuk kepentingan perpajakan dan forensic digital terhadap kualitas pemeriksaan di Lingkungan Kanwil DJP Bali. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dalam penentuan sampel dan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa kebijakan penentuan sasaran prioritas pemeriksaan, kebijakan buka rekening dan forensic digital memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pemeriksaan. Tax ratio Indonesia yang masih tergolong rendah, menandakan masih banyak potensi pajak yang belum tergali, sehingga hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi berarti bagi pembuat kebijakan dan otoritas pajak agar dapat mengimplementasikan strategi yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan kualitas pemeriksaan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemauan membayar dari wajib pajak.

Abstract

Pola konsumsi masyarakat mengalami pergeseran ke arah yang semakin kompleks. Pengelolaan keuangan yang baik ditujukan untuk menjamin keamanan dan perkembangan finansial dalam jangka Panjang. Salah satu cara mengelola keuangan yang tepat yaitu dengan melakukan investasi. Rendahnya literasi dan utilitas saham yang memprihatinkan bahkan ditindaklanjuti Bursa Efek Indonesia. Melalui kampanye “Yuk Nabung Saham”, Bursa Efek Indonesia mengupayakan suatu gerakan yang mampu mendorong peningkatan jumlah investor (khususnya investor domestik) aktif di pasar modal IndonesiaTujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan strategi untuk mengoptimalkan profit investor saham dengan mengusung konsep “Yuk Menabung Saham”. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif berangkat dari fenemona yang terjadi di masyarakat itu sendiri. Kampanye ‘Yuk Nabung Saham’ memiliki manfaat terhadap masyarakat, khususnya nasabah BNI Sekuritas. Manfaat yang dihasilkan adalah mulai terbukanya pikiran masyarakat akan investasi di pasar modal. Sebaiknya para pemangku kepentingan, membuat kebijakan yang dapat mengajak atau mempengaruhi investor dalam bertransaksi saham. Karena tingginya jumlah pertambahan investor, namun tidak diimbangi dengan jumlah transaksi. Kata Kunci: bursa efek indonesia, yuk nabung saham, saham, pasar modal

Abstract

The study, entitled The Road to Non-Cash Transactions, aims to see the benefits and challenges of using non-cash transactions in small businesses. In this study, researchers used interview and documentation techniques. The informants interviewed in this study are people who are expected to master and understand data, information or facts. The data analysis technique in this research is qualitative data analysis. Meanwhile, the data validity lever in this study used the credibility of observations, triangulation of sources, triangulation of techniques, checking of reference adequacy. In this study, it shows that the current digital era has a considerable influence, especially in world transactions that have changed digital, because in fact this was created by humans of course in its implementation there are benefits and challenges, including that (1) In terms of benefits with transactions non-cash users and small business owners who feel safe, efficient, accountable and transparent, practical, prevent fraud, (2) The challenges that must be applied from implementing this non-cash transaction are limited signals, resource problems, lack of community loyalty. So that in this study it can be concluded that the technological revolution that has been growing rapidly in the economic and financial sector, the use of electronic money such as e-money, Go-Pay, or DANA is very crucial in the smooth process of transactions in small businesses. Nowadays, smartphone users are increasing in number, and electronic payment applications are starting to be in great demand by the public. Therefore, the small business workforce must adapt to the technological revolution quickly.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the brand value proposed by John Hardy and, as jewelryretail, it can be seen from each of these brand values. This study uses a qualitativemethod with the interview technique or open questionnaire for gaining all employeesin the sales department of John Hardy, Indonesia. The data were collected andanalyzed by first reducing and presenting the data and finally concluding.Triangulation was also done to get the trustworthiness (data validity) so that it isexpected to provide valid data for research. It shows that community, artisanship, and sustainability are much linked to the brand, and it is also tied together as well as being implemented. For that reason, John Hardy is required to know how to deliver the information correctly to the customer, mention the company's history, the value, and DNA (deoxyribonu-cleic acid) as the individual blueprint of every living thing, which makes it unique in the company.
