Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku cyberloafing pada Pegawai Negeri Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 400 pegawai Negeri Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Palembang. Penelitian menggunakan uji analisis regersi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin, usia, masa kerja, individu, organisasi dan situasi terhadap perilaku cyberloafing, dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0.000 atau P < 0.05. Adapun R-square dari semua variabel yang telah diuji sebesar 0.962 atau 96.2%. Artinya proporsi varians dari perilaku cyberloafing yang dijelaskan oleh semua independen variabel sebesar 96.2%. Dari  keenam independen variabel yang diujikan semuanya mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing pada Pegawai Negeri Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dengan nilai sig dibawah 0.05. Dan masing-masing independen variabel memberikan sumbangan antara lain jenis kelamin sebesar 1.0%, usia sebesar 10%, masa kerja 21%, individu sebesar 59,3%, organisasi sebesar 82.4% dan situasi sebesar 36.6% terhadap perilaku cyberloafing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between achievement motivation and competence of employees managerial. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a relationship between achievement motivation and competence of employees managerial.Population and samples in this study were 738 employees, which is obtained through proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Measuring instruments used in this study is the scale of achievement motivation and competence scale. Analysis techniques using simple regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 18.0.Based on the analysis of research data, it is known (r) of 0741 with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.549 and p = 0, 0000 p <(0.01). This means that there is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and competence of managerial employees

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between self-control and cyberloafing behavior. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between self-control and cyberloafing behavior in  staff. Subjects in this study amounted to 170 administrative employees in Palembang  Hospital. The sample technique used in this study is simple random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is the scale of self-control and Cyberloafing behavior. The analysis technique used is simple regression using SPSS version 20.0 The results of the analysis show that the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.515 with the score obtained is (R-square) = 0.265 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05 and p <0.01) which means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. These results indicate that there is a very significant relationship between self-control and cyberloafing behavior in administrative staff in Palembang  Hospital. The variable contribution of self-control with cyberloafing behavior variable is 26.5%.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of physical attractiveness with interpersonal attraction in class X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. The subjects were students of class X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang, data collection instruments used in this study is the interpersonal attraction scale and scale perception of physical attractiveness. Methods of data analysis using simple regression correlation techniques. The results showed there significant relationship between the perception of physical attractiveness with interpersonal attraction in class X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. The relationships in the show from the value of the correlation coefficient r = 0.586 with a significance value (p) = 0.000, or in other words, p < 0.01. This shows that there is a significant relationship between the perception of physical attractiveness with interpersonal attraction in class X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. The value of donations perception of physical attractiveness on interpersonal attraction is 33%. The conclusion of this study is that there was a significant relationship between the perception of physical attractiveness with interpersonal attraction in class X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang, alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala atraksi interpersonal dan skala persepsi daya tarik fisik. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi Regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara persepsi daya tarik fisik dengan atraksi interpersonal pada siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Hubungan tersebut di tunjukan dari nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,586 dengan nilai signifikansi (p) = 0,000 atau dengan kata lain p < 0,01. Ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara persepsi daya tarik fisik dengan atraksi interpersonal pada siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Besarnya nilai sumbangan persepsi daya tarik fisik terhadap atraksi interpersonal adalah 33 %. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara persepsi daya tarik fisik dengan atraksi interpersonal pada siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Abstract

.Indonesia is the most active country in using social media. Indonesia is also the largest online market with the fastest growth in Southeast Asia. This has caused many adult mobile internet users to purchase service packages that are considered satisfactory in terms of both quantity and quality. The phenomenon of internet growth and adult mobile internet users in Indonesia is certainly a potential target of telecommunications operators in marketing products in accordance with the wishes of consumers. The population in this study is consumers of mobile users who are equipped with modems for the internet (mobile internet) aged 18-40 years, especially who bought the unlimited Smartfren service package in Palembang. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The measuring instrument used in the form of a scale of mobile internet consumer behavior and purchasing decisions. The analysis technique used is quantitative analysis using simple regression analysis (simple regression) with SPSS Version 20 for Windows aids. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the correlation coefficient between mobile internet consumer behavior and purchasing decisions is r = 0.846 with p = 0.000 where p ≤ 0.01. Thus, the hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between consumer behavior of mobile internet with the decision to purchase unlimited smartfren service packages in Palembang is proven. Thus, there is a very significant relationship between the behavior of consumers of mobile internet with the decision to purchase an unlimited smartfren service package in Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of loneliness with problematic internet use on boarding students on Silaberanti street in Siantan jaya Opposite Ulu 1 Palembang city. Research subjects numbered 220 people using random sampling methods. Data was collected using a 60 item problematic internet use scale and a 60 item loneliness. Realibility is generated on scale of problematic internet use of 0,955 and loneliness of 0,946.Hypothesis testing uses product moment correlation analysis techniques. Hypothesis test results showed a positive relationshif between loneliness with problematic internet use on boarding students on Silaberanti street in Siantan jaya Opposite Ulu 1 Palembang city r= 0,684 with a significance level of 0,000 (p<0,01). Loneliness in this study made an effective contribution of 46,8% to problematic internet use which can be seen from the coefficient of determination (r²) that is equel to 0,468.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penerimaan diri dengan resiliensi di yayasan thalassaemia Indonesia cabang Palembang. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara penerimaan diri dengan resiliensi di yayasan thalassaemia Indonesia cabang Palembang. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini 240 penderita thalassaemia, sebanyak 92 penderita thalassaemia di jadikan sampel try out dan 148 dijadikan sampel penelitian melalui teknik random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala penerimaan diri dengan resiliensi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan ialah teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil analisis data penelitian dengan komputer menggunakan program SPSS 20.0 for windows, menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar = 0,694, koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar = 0,482 serta nilai p = 0,000, p<0,01 pada uji regresi sederhana. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara penerimaan diri dengan resiliensi di yayasan thalassaemia Indonesia cabang Palembang. Sumbangan efektif variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 48,2%.
