Abstract

Artikel berjudul “Analisis Nominal Group Experiential Pada Struktur Kalimat Bahasa Inggris” membahas masalah functional components bentuk Nominal Group. Nominal Group memiliki variasi yang dapat meliputi beberapa bentuk kelas kata yang diklasifikasi kedalam fungsional strukturnya dibanding group lainnya. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan, menjelaskan Nominal Group apa yang terdapat pada data dalam artikel berita bisnis BBC dan memunculkan jenis Experiential Roles apa yang terdapat pada Nominal Group tersebut. Teori Nominal Group digunakan untuk menganalisis data dari Halliday (1984), dan Bloor dan Bloor (2004). Metode yang digunakan di artikel ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menganalisis dan memaparkan data yang diambil dari artikel berita bisnis BBC. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa klasifikasi nominal group yang terdiri dari premodifier dan Head, premodifier tersebut meliputi beberapa unit konstituen seperti: determiner, epithet, deictic, qualifier, numeral, classifier, specifier, dan quantifier, diklasifikasikan ke dalam jenis elemen berbeda sesuai dengan kelas kata yang membentuk premodifier.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the fact that the quality of management education services for deaf children has not been fulfilled. This research is important to do to determine the quality of education service management for children with hearing impairment. The research method used by researchers is descriptive qualitative research. In this study the authors found the results of their research; (1) Old buildings that cost money. (2) Teacher competition in controlling the Maternal Reflective Method (MMR) is caused by weak knowledge, skills and abilities in providing educational services to children with hearing impairment. (3) The condition of speech building teachers and voice and rhythm perception communication coaches (PKPBI) is less skilled in quality and quantity, and there are still many teachers who are retired and transferred. The conclusion of this research can be seen that the planning, organizing, movement, supervision and service have been implemented properly.

Abstract

Social cognitive theory explains how the individual's environment can influence the emergence of intrinsic motivation which can encourage students to be able to learn independently and be able to achieve learning goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of parental social support and achievement motivation with self-regulated learning with interest as a mediator variable. This research was conducted in 3 different schools. The number of the population in this study amounted to 730 students. While the number of samples used was 288 students. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique with the criteria for assessing favorite, ordinary and less favorite schools based on the assessment of the surrounding community. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between social support and achievement motivation on interest. There is a significant influence between social support, achievement motivation and interest in self-regulated learning. There is an influence between social support and achievement motivation on self-regulated learning through interest variables. Students who have high motivation tend to apply high self-regulated learning so that students are encouraged to improve their performance, have the courage to take risks, are creative, and innovative. This can be used as a theoretical and empirical reference in developing student learning independence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study wanted to examine the implementation of land use change permit from agriculture to non-agricultural land in the district of Klaten and knowing the obstacles and how to overcome these barriers. Background research, Klaten district several years shows the development progress quite rapidly, seen with the emergence of various public facilities, good service area which is knots activity or not. Based on the reference control approaches, it is necessary to realize an alternative policy, which is expected to solve the need for control over the land. The research method consists of this kind of research is normative or doctrinal nature descriptive study, the data used mainly secondary data including primary legal materials such as 1945, Law No. 5, 1960 regarding the Basic Regulation Agrarian Law No. 26 of 2007 on Spatial Planning, Law No. 32 of 2009 on the protection and management of the environment, the Act No. 41 of 2009 on the protection of agricultural land sustainable food., Government Regulation No. 16 of 2004 on land stewardship, Klaten District Regulation No. 11 of 2011 on Spatial Planning Klaten district in 2011-2031. In addition, journals, magazines, dictionaries, and the doctrine relevant to the object of research. The results showed that the implementation of land use change permit from agricultural to non-agricultural land in the district of Klaten in accordance with the laws and regulations that are used among the 1945 Constitution article 33, paragraph 3, of Law No. 5 of 1960 on the Basic Agrarian Law, Law No. .26 of 2007 on Spatial and Klaten District Regulation No.11 of 2011 on Spatial Planning. Caused every year there is a change of land use for drying paddy, this does not violate the provisions of the legislation. It also does not violate the provisions of the RTRW Klaten district, because compliance with zoning-zoning that has been set in the RTRW Klaten district. Keywords: execution permits the change of agricultural land to non-agricultural.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual rawan terjadi pada anak usia dini. Bentuk-bentuk kekerasan yang dialami oleh anak usia dini merupakan bentuk kekerasan dengan jumlah kasus tertinggi dan sebagian besar pelakunya merupakan orang terdekat yang berada di sekitar anak. Selama periode awal pandemi covid-19 ini terjadi lonjakan kasus terhadap tindak kekerasan seksual pada anak. Pada awal pandemi covid-19 yaitu tanggal 16 Maret – 19 April 2020 diketahui telah terjadi peningkatan kasus kekerasan seksual pada anak dari 60 kasus sebelum pandemi menjadi 97 kasus pada awal pandemi.Hasil angket awal yang didapatkan dari 67 responden sebelum webiar, menunjukkan bahwa 20% orangtua belum memahami pendidikan seks dengan baik. Webinar tentang pendidikan seks anak usia dini ini bertujuan agar orangtua mampu memberikan penjelasan yang tepat pada putra putriya sejak dini. Sehingga anak mempunyai pemahaman yang benar tentang seks dan mampu melindungi diri dari kekerasan seksual. Webinar yang beisi penjelasan dan diskusi seputar seks untuk usia dini ini diikuti oleh 61 peserta yang merupakan wali murid dari PAUDIT Mutiara Hati Klaten. Selain penjelasan berupa paparan lisan materi seputar pendidikan seks, disajikan pula materi menggunakan video dan gambar kepada 61 peserta.Berdasarkan hasil ini maka pendidikan seks bagi anak usia dini perlu di lakukan penyebarluasan lagi sehingga semua elemen masyarakat juga lebih memahami yang akan berujung semakin menurunnya kekerasan seksual pada anak. Pendidikan seks pada anak diharapkan tidak berhenti pada jenjang PAUD, namun dapat dilanjutkan pada jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya.
