Integrated Health Center is one of the efforts to improve health status in Indonesia with the main objective of reducing the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). Visits of toddlers in Arongan Village are getting lower, this is probably caused by several factors including knowledge, age, education, occupation, attitudes and actions. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between behavior and the mother's visit to the Integrated Health Center in Arongan Village. This research uses analytic research with cross sectional research design. The population in this study were all mothers unde Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Action, Integrated Health Center Visit.r five, amounting to 72 people. The research sample used a total sampling technique as many as 72 mothers of children under five. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis and tested with the chi-square test. The analysis used in this research is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results of this study are that there is a significant relationship between mother's knowledge and visits to Integrated Health Center (Pvalue = 0.022), there is a significant relationship between attitudes and mother's visits to Integrated Health Center (Pvalue = 0.017) and there is a significant relationship between actions and mother's visits to Integrated Health Center (Pvalue = 0.028). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge, mother's attitude and mother's actions with visits to Integrated Health Center. Suggestions that can be put forward in this study are to improve the Integrated Health Center policy to attract mothers to attend activities held by the Integrated Health Center.

Method: The type of research used is analytical survey research with a cross-sectional design. The sample was toddlers aged 0-59 months. The number of study samples of 95 people was taken by proportional random sampling method. Environmental sanitation variables were obtained from interviews with respondents using questionnaires and direct observations. Infectious disease variables were obtained from interviews with respondents. Variables bound to nutritional status are determined based on anthropometric measurements using the Weight/age indicator. The bivariate analysis uses chi-square and multivariate tests using logistic regression. Results: Statistical test results show that toddlers who do not have latrines will result in wasting in toddlers (95%CI:1.19-6.45), who do not have access to clean water (95% CI: 0.82-4.38), have a history of infectious diseases for the last three months (95% CI: 1.5- 8.5). Abstract

The empowerment of homemakers has a significant effect on the Implementation of Extermination Transport Collection in handling solid waste to improve the cleanliness of the residential environment. The problem in this study is the low Implementation of 3P, where garbage collection is not left correctly scattered; the Transportation of garbage is not routine every day so that the garbage is scattered. Garbage is not destroyed as often as possible so that it harms health. This study aims to assess the feasibility of implementing 3P in dealing with solid waste by empowering homemakers in Drien Rampak Village, Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency. This research is a sectional observational study with one group pretest post-test design. I conducted in October 2020, which became the population of housewives with a total sample of 45 people. The study results show differences before and after measuring the 3P Implementation with the empowerment of homemakers in improving the cleanliness of the residential environment, as evidenced by the value (Probability 0.000) where there is a difference before and after measurement with a mean value of -1.622. The 3P Implementation by empowering homemakers is feasible. Suggestions for continuing to empower the role of homemakers in implementing 3P solid waste to improve the quality of cleanliness in residential environments.

Objective: to examine the relationship between the adequacy of animal protein consumption on hemoglobin (Hb) levels of pregnant women in Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency. Methods: This study is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the second and third trimesters who were recorded at Puskesmas Johan Pahlawan and Suak Ribee, West Aceh district in February 2020, totaling 165 people, the sampling technique used the purposive sampling method using the Slovin formula with a sample of 62 people. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the consumption of animal protein intake and hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with a p value = 0.022. In conclusion, the HB level of pregnant women who consume enough animal protein is more normal than pregnant women who do not consume enough animal proteinAdequacy of nutrition is needed by a person from the womb to adulthood.
