Abstract

This article discusses the archival paradigm in the disclosure of public information on PT. Semen Padang. The writing is aimed at obtaining a description of: (1) archival paradigm in public disclosure in PT. Semen Padang; (2) constraints encountered in archival paradigm in PT. Semen Padang; (3) ways in which to overcome these obstacles. By analyzing the data, it was concluded that: first, at PT. Semen Padang on archival paradigm is good because the existing information and information received can already be identified quickly by work units and employees to see archival websites, newsletters, recor center archives and other information systems used by PT. Semen Padang; second, obstacles encountered in the archives at. Semen Padang presence of several units that have not been able to understand about the archives or the management of PT. Semen Padang; Third, as for the method to overcome these obstacles is to hold weekly or monthly socialization of archives and archival procedures and conduct future Jop On Training on electronic filing. Abstract

The application of multibeam echosounder for seabed topography has been developing rapidly. Multibeam echosounder is a very efficient way to get a wide seabed topography coverage for each ping, so it can produce high-resolution seabed topography maps. These maps can be used as a reference for further investigation or exploration, for example geological studies, marine habitats and others. RV Baruna Jaya IV is operated by Laboratory for Marine Survey Technology – BPPT that have been hull mounted equipped a Germany technology multibeam echosunder Seabeam 1050D system. The Seabeam 1050D allow to sweep measuring the seabed topography using 126 beams simultaneously from port to starboard sites. R.V. Baruna Jaya IV and the Okeanos Explorer of NOAA have been conducted joint Indonesia - U.S. Expedition to Sangihe Talaud waters (INDEX SATAL) in the north area of the North Sulawesi Province during July - August, 2010. Seabed topography of less than 2000 metres were recorded by Seabeam 1050D system, the area of larger depths of 2000 metres to 6000 metres recorded by Simrad EM-302 from Okeanos Explorer. The seabed topography in Sangihe Talaud waters has a varied seabed topography. The new discovery that showed on the map is a 1600 m height of seamount, risen up from the depth of 2300m to 710m. Others geological seabed can be identified according to high resolution bathymetry map resulted from this study.Keywords: multibeam echosounder, seabed topography, seamount, Sangihe Talaud

Abstract

Sistem navigasi merupakan sistem yang memandu wahana gerak dari satu tempat ke tempat lainnya. Ada banyak sistem navigasi yang digunakan baik untuk kepentingan survei maupun untuk kepentingan umum. Sistem navigasi yang sudah dikenal luas adalah sistem navigasi berbasis satelit menggunakan global navigation satellite system (GNSS) atau global positioning system (GPS). GPS mempunyai kelemahan akibat faktor eksternal yakni sangat tergantung pada perambatan sinyal gelombang elektromagnetik dari satelit GPS ke receiver GPS. Sistem navigasi yang lainnya dan belum banyak dikenal namun sudah banyak digunakan adalah sistem navigasi inersial atau INS (inertial navigation system). INS ini merupakan sistem navigasi yang tidak terpengaruh oleh faktor eksternal, karena dibuat dengan mengikuti hukum gerak Newton, dan terdiri dari sensor accelerometer dan gyroscope. Biasanya INS ini dikombinasikan dengan sistem navigasi GPS untuk mendapatkan informasi navigasi yang lengkap dan akurat, yaitu posisi absolut, percepatan, kecepatan, arah, dan kelabilan (attitude) dengan frekuensi pengambilan data yang tinggi. Abstract

Wilayah laut Indonesia bagian tengah dan timur merupakan perairan laut dalam dengan informasi batimetri yang masih terbatas. Data batimetri laut dalam dapat diperoleh menggunakan alat survei khusus, yaitu Multibeam Echosounder (MBES). MBES laut dalam pada Kapal Riset (KR) Baruna Jaya I mampu menghasilkan data batimetri hingga kedalaman 11 km. MBES laut dalam tersebut mempunyai dimensi fisik yang relatif besar, sehingga transducer MBES harus dipasang secara permanen pada tunas kapal. Sistem MBES laut dalam terdiri dari beberapa sensor yang terintegrasi dalam satu sistem akuisisi MBES. Agar menghasilkan data batimetri berkualitas tinggi, perlu dilakukan survei dimensional untuk memperoleh informasi sudut miss-alignment transducer MBES dan posisi secara 3D (tiga dimensi) sensor sistem MBES laut dalam secara akurat dalam satu referensi sistem koordinat. Paper ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh nilai ketidaklurusan (miss-alignment) transducer MBES dan nilai offset sensor - sensor yang terpasang pada KR Baruna Jaya I terhadap suatu sistem koordinat kapal menggunakan metode survei dimensional. Selain itu, hasil survei dimensional tersebut diverifikasi secara dinamis menggunakan metode kalibrasi patch test. Hasil survei dimensional menunjukkan pemasangan fairing sebagai rumah transducer MBES memenuhi toleransi dengan nilai roll: -0,089˚ dan yaw: 0,292˚ sedangkan nilai pitch (-0,120˚) tidak memenuhi toleransi. Hasil pemasangan transducer MBES menunjukkan nilai roll dan yaw memenuhi toleransi (roll: 0,012˚ dan yaw: 0,200˚), sedangkan nilai pitch di atas ambang toleransi (pitch: 0,698˚). Nilai kesalahan pemasangan transducer diverifikasi dengan hasil kalibrasi Patch Test MBES dan mendapatkan nilai roll: 0,20°, pitch: 0,45°, dan yaw: -1,43°.

Abstract

—  Design a web-based cotton Inventory System at PT. Argo manunggal TriastaPT. Argo Manunggal Triasta is an industrial company engaged in the field of Textile. This company is one of the many companies in Indonesia that has obstacles in the delivery of information, especially information data about reports in and out of goods, reports of final stock of goods and all problems related to inventory. This makes the data management process slow, as does the provision of information when needed so that it hinders the process ofselling / releasing goods. By designing a better system, it is expected to be able to assist and facilitate the ongoing system processes in managing data, including processing, compiling, and storing data which ultimately produces accurate data that can be used for company needs. The results of the analysis are described using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling language. Implementation inthe form of the final results achieved is the formation of a web-based information system that can facilitate users in managing data.—  Design a web-based cotton Inventory System at PT.
