Abstract

The results of hypothesis testing show that partially known for the product quality variable is 2,967. Because t count 2,967 > t table 1.98, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Partially for the price variable is 4.087. Because t count 4.087 ˃ t table 1.98, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Partially for the promotion variable is 0,943. Because t count 0,943 < t table 1.98, it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. For the results of the F test, it was obtained that the Sig <0.05 was 0.000. Then the hypothesis is accepted or product quality (X1), price (X2) and promotion (X3) simultaneously have an effect on customer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions. In this study, primary data was obtained by giving a questionnaire by asking a number of questions to the respondent. The number of respondents in this study were 115 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear analysis. The value of Adjusted R Square was 56.7%. This means independent variables; price (X1), promotion (X2) and product quality (X3) can explain 56.7% on the purchasing decisions variable (Y). Meanwhile, the remaining 43.3% is explained by other factors not included in this study. Based on the results of the statistical analysis, partially shows that price, promotion and product quality have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Based on the F test it can be seen that Fhitung (50.667) > Ftabel (2.69) and the significance level is 0.000 <α (0.05). This means, simultaneously showing that there is a significant influence between price, promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, promotion and brand on consumer decisions using Himalayan skin care at PT. The Himalaya Drug Company Medan. This research method is a quantitative approach research that focuses on symptoms that have certain characteristics in human life which are called variables. The population in this study were 122 employees of PT. Himalaya Drug Company Medan. Primary data will use questionnaires, interviews, and secondary data. The results of the study based on the F test showed that the results of Fcount > Ftable (34.409> 3.07) showed that the independent variables of price, promotion and brand simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of consumer satisfaction. Partially (t-test) shows that price, promotion and brand have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Adjusted R Square (R2) 45.3% of the consumer satisfaction variable could be explained by price, promotion and brand variables, while 54.7% could be explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Angkasa Pura II Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura II Medan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 109 responden di PT. Angkasa Pura II Medan Analisis data regresi linier berganda dan pengujian asumsi klasik yaitu normalitas, multikolinieritas dan heterokedastisitas. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Angkasa Pura II Medan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Angkasa Pura II Medan. Pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Angkasa Pura II Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of this research is to prove and determine the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable of service quality, the independent variable of price, and the independent variable of location on the dependent variable of customer satisfaction at PT.Dwi Karya Sartika Medan. The sampling technique used was random sampling, thus the sample used was to carry out regression testing on 84 research respondents and 30 study respondents to carry out the reliability and validity test. Hypothesis testing is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research implementation of the independent variable of service quality, the independent variable of price, and the independent variable of location contributed partially to the dependent variable of customer satisfaction PT.Dwi Karya Sartika. The result of the test of the coefficient of determination is 0.758, which means that the resulting or predicted influence of the free variable of service quality (X1), price free variable (X2), and location independent variable (X3) on the dependent variable of customer satisfaction (Y) is 75.8%, while the remaining 24.2% is predicted or influenced by independent variables which are not included in the implementation of this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of WFH (Work From Home), job stress, and competence on employee performance at the Research and Development Agency of Medan City. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The study found that during the Covid-19 pandemic, WFH had a significant effect, but work stress and competence had no significant effect on employee performance.
