Abstract

Pengembangan dalam menciptakan keunggulan bersaing di Kota Malang lebih banyak membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang inovatif dan mempunyai kreativitas tinggi. Adanya inovasi dan kreativitas yang timbul pada masyarakat, mempunyai peran penting dalam pengembangan perekonomian suatu daerah. Hasil temuan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan dalam menciptkan produk yang unggul mampu membuat produk yang diminati oleh masyarakat. Kreativitas pelaku UKM mampu meningkatkan hasil produk yang lebih berinovasi. Kreativitas dapat ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan, pembinaan, serta monitoring yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Faktor pendukung dalam menciptakan produk yang unggul dalam bersaing ini meliputi peran pemerintah, kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, dan potensi Kota Malang yang dimili. Terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat juga seperti kurangnya akses permodalan, terbatasnya bahan baku berkualitas dan rendahnya sarana prasarana pemasaran. Abstract

Salak pondoh merupakan salah satu jenis buah salak yang cukup diminati masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian berupa Iptek bagi Masyarakat (IbM) kepada kelompok wanita tani Srikandi dan Karya Bhakti dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan produksi, pengemasan, dan pemasaran guna menunjang omset penjualan dan nilai tambah keripik salak yang sedang mereka usahakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode pendampingan dan pendidikan kepada masyarakat setempat, khususnya bagi anggota kelompok wanita tani Srikandi dan Karya Bhakti. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah telah diterapkan mesin pengolah vacuum frying, branding pengemasan, dan labeling pada produk keripik salak pondoh.

Abstract

This study aims to determined the application of Government Regulation No. 23 of 2018 concerning MSME Income Tax in e-commerce transactions at the Multipurpose Multipurpose Cooperative Mandiri Mandiri Malang. This study used a descriptive method through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that e-commerce transactions have been effective, when viewed from the online sales turnover (e-commerce) in one year, it was in accordance with Government Regulation No. 23 of 2018. It means that the income of the cooperative in one period was still below Rp. 4,800,000,000 and subject to a 0.5% rate, therefore the turnover of online sales (e-commerce) is Rp. 170,255,000 in one period.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the effectiveness of type and dose of organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of green beans. The method used in this research was a completely randomized design of a factorial pattern. The factors consisted of a type of organic fertilizer (J) (J1 = chicken manure, J2 = cow manure, J3 = bokashi municipal waste) and the dose of organic fertilizer (D) (D1 = 80 g/polybag, D2= 160 g/polybag, D3= 240 g/polybag). The results showed that there was no interaction between the type and dose of organic fertilizer on all observation parameters. Organic fertilizer type bokashi municipal waste was gave an effect on the parameters of plant height at the age of 42 DAP (53 cm), the number of leaves at the age of 42 DAP (23.23 strands). The dose of 80 g/polybag gave a significant effect on plant height parameters at 42 DAP (53 cm), the number of leaves at 42 DAP (23.22 strands).

Abstract

The results of this study use quantitative research. Data were collected using a questionnaire of 90 respondents and the population in this study were management students at the University of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang with the research sample used was purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the result that the effect of convenience partially had a significant effect on the electronic money payment system with a value of t arithmetic> t table and a significant value <0.05. The effect of partial benefit has a significant influence on the electronic money payment system with a value of t arithmetic> T table and a significant value <0.05. While simultaneously the effect of convenience, and expediency has a significant effect on the electronic money payment system by producing a significant probability value <0.05, simultaneously the ease and benefit variable has a significant effect on the electronic money payment system with case studies of ovo, go-pay users and funds to management students at the Malang Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University.

Abstract

Hasil pengabdian ini adalah telah diterapkan mesin pengolah vacuum frying, branding teknik pengemasan, dan design labeling pada produk keripik buah salak pondoh.Kata Kunci: pemasaran, teknik pengemasan, design labeling. ABSTRACKPondoh zalacca is one type of zalacca that is quite attractive to the community. Service activities in the form of Science and Technology for the Community (IbM) to Srikandi farmer women's groups and Karya Bhakti are carried out with the aim to improve production skills, packaging techniques, design labeling and marketing to support sales turnover and added value to the pondoh zalacca chips they are seeking. The method used in this service is the method of training, assistance and education to the local community, especially for members of the Srikandi farmer women's groups and Karya Bhakti. The result of this dedication is that the vacuum frying processing machine, packaging technique branding and labeling design have been applied to the salak pondoh chips.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the impact of Covid-19 on the potential for entertainment tax and its contribution to the local revenue of Batu City. The research method used is a qualitative method with an interpretive approach. This research takes the object of Batu City Revenue Service. The data sources are primary data and secondary data. This research data collection technique using observation, interview and documentation techniques. this research, the results found can be concluded that, the potential for entertainment tax from year to year plays an important role with the aim of increasing PAD. Abstract

Limited knowledge and low levels of healthy living behavior have a significant impact on nutrition, health, and the economic well-being of families. To address these issues, this community service focused on problem solving, namelu through a virtual education method and self-reflection. Having 40 participants from PKK members in Precet Village, it was conducted through group discussions. The aims of this activity are to (1) improve awareness of balanced nutrition, nutrition, and the benefits of local food, and (2) to increase awareness of local food processing as a means of ensuring nutritional and economic security. This discussion then concluded that educational methods are quite effective at increasing knowledge. Additionally, the distribution of educational contents virtually ensures that the information presented is understood, as it is an audio-visual medium.

Abstract

Shoots is one type of foodstuffs from young shoots of bamboo plants are quite popular in the community. The young shoots can be consumed, thus classified into vegetable. The main ingredient in the crude bamboo shoot is water, which is about 91%. In addition, bamboo shoots contain protein, carbohydrates, fat, vitamin A, thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin C, as well as other minerals for instance calcium, phosphorus, iron, and calcium. This shoots is often processed into a variety of materials snacks. One of them is the spring rolls bamboo shoots. Spring rolls bamboo shoots business is generally carried out by SME entrepreneurs in many areas in Indonesia, one of which is done by MSMEs in Desa Pakis, Kabupaten Malang. This study aims to look at the extent to which the development of this business in the Desa Pakis, Kabupaten Malang and explore the factors that hinder the development of its business and give suggestions so that this business can be developed further in the future. The findings concerning the factors inhibiting the development of this business, among others, are a product of spring rolls bamboo shoots produced is not hygienic, not durable, not registered at the Malang District Health Office, sales are made to the model consignment with the scope of the marketing area is still very limited, the product packaging is not interestingly, the business has not been registered in the Malang District Industry and Trade Office and difficulty in obtaining loans from banks additional capital for business development.

Abstract

Permintaan akan bibit tanaman buah unggul meningkat dari waktu ke waktu Kebutuhan akan pentingnya pemilihan teknik pemasaran yang tepat akan mempengaruhi jumlah penjualan dari usaha tersebut. Media pemasaran yang tepat terutama media pemasaran yang modern sangat diperlukan oleh para mitra di Desa Punten Kota Batu. Melalui program PKM ini diharapkan memberikan terobosan baru di bidang pemanfaatan teknik pemasaran modern E-commerces sehingga usaha pembibitan srikaya jumbo dan jambu madu deli dapat lebih cepat dikenal oleh masyarakat melalui peningkatan kuantitas permintaan terhadap bibit tanaman tersebut, yang pada akhirnya akan mendatangkan tingkat keuntungan yang lebih besar. Metode yang diterapkan pada kedua kelompok ini adalah metode pemberdayaan masyarakat, melalui kegiatan pelatihan, penyuluhan, dan pendampingan dengan pengenalan teknologi pembuatan pupuk dan E-commerces. Hasilnya dengan E-commerce usaha tersebut bisa dikenal dengan berbagai item pelayanan yang ada mulai dari jenis produk, harga, kegunaan, cara perawatan, dan cara pengiriman. Sehingga jumlah penjualan srikaya jumbo dan jambu madu deli dapat lebih cepat dan bisa lebih terkuantitatifkan
