Abstract

The purpose of the organization is profit, and to achieve this requires the participation of employees. But the human resources in question are people who have the enthusiasm of working to achieve goals. Therefore, this research was conducted to analyze the determinants of work motivation, such as the role of leaders and career paths. To be able completing this research, a method is needed, in which the research method is built using reinforcement of the theory (deductive). Then, the quantitative approach was chosen as an effort to explain the direction of the study, which was supported by multiple linear regression analysis. The object of this research is employees in manufacturing companies. The sample technique uses a census with 50 respondents. The results showed that employee morale can be built from the support of clear leadership and career path.

Abstract

There are two ways to survive, first work and second entrepreneurship. Choosing to be an entrepreneur is not easy, many things to learn, including yourself. Starting from building a business spirit, having knowledge, studying the market, creating products, and management. In this dedication opportunity, a qualitative method was chosen. Where all parties are directly involved in learning and practice. Activities carried out for 3 days, covered by studying theory, practice, and providing motivation. Where participants are encouraged to awaken the spirit of entrepreneurship by looking at the reality of business and business knowledge. The results of the activities provide conclusions; 1) to increase entrepreneurial activities in the community, the first thing it takes is building a business spirit, with routine business practice. 2) the role of tertiary institutions is mentoring by educating entrepreneurship. and 3) tertiary institutions bridge the community to get business assistance to the government

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Motivation against Employee Commitment at the Ministry of Religion Banten Province. The research design used in the preparation of this study is quantitative causal associative with descriptive explanation. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with sample of 59 and sampling technique used is simple random technique. The test results prove that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Commitment with regression coefficient value of 0,462. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Commitment with the value of regression coefficient of 0,612. Simultaneously proved organizational culture and work motivation positive and significant to Employee Commitment with determination coefficient equal to 89,7%. While the remaining 10.3% is explained by other variables outside this study, such as leadership, career, work environment, competence and others

Abstract

ABSTRAK            Adapun tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Ophir Energy Jakarta. Penulisan ini dilakukan untuk mempermudah pembaca dalam mencari literature Lingkungan  kerja  pada PT. Ophir Energy Jakarta sudah cukup  baik, karena perusahaan sudah berupaya memberikan penerangan yang cukup diruangan  kerja. Motivasi kerja pada PT. Ophir Energy Jakarta sudah cukup  karena karyawan selalu bekerja keras dalam menjalankan tugas dan pekerjaannya  metode Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun data yang dipergunakan berupa data primer yaitu menggunakan populasi sebesar 150 dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 60,dengan penyebaran (kuisioner)Hasil penelitian Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja kayawan pada PT. Ophir Energy Jakarta dinyatakan memiliki kaitan yang erat dan signifikan, hal tersebut diperoleh berdasarkan hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,879, koefisien determinan sebesar 77,27%, persamaan regresi sebesar Y = 5,5456 + 1,2357 - 0,477, dan t-hitung > t-tabel 0,1 (df=57), yaitu 29,19 >1,672 sehingga Ho ditolak, yang juga berarti Ha diterima Kata Kunci: Lingkungan, Motivasi, dan Produktivitas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Tangerang Selatan.Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 85 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini variabel motivasi intrinsik diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,396 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel kinerja pegawai diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,804 dengan kriteria baik. Motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 11,111 + 0,793X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,749 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 56,1%. Uji  hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Civil Servants (PNS) are state servants whose duties and obligations are to serve the community, so that their work behavior is professional, responsible and provides excellent service. The purpose of this study was to find, describe, and analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on work motivation and its implications for the commitment of employees in the Ministry of Religion Offices in Banten Province. This study uses a quantitative method with a total of 170 respondents, and the analysis method used is Structural Equation Models (SEM). The results of the study on structure I show that together leadership and organizational culture has significant effect on work motivation, but partially the leadership have negative and insignificant influence, while organizational culture have a significant effect on work motivation. Furthermore, the results of the study on structure II show that together leadership, organizational culture and work motivation has significant effect on commitment, but partially the three variables have no significant effect

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the phenomenon and the conclusion about the influence to the three independent variables on employee performance at PT ISS Indonesia.This research is associative with quantitative approach. The sample used in this study were 150 respondents. Data analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test and F count test.The results of the study as follows, there is a positive influence and significant work discipline on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia. This can be proven from simple linear regression value Y = 13,602+0,592X correlation value equal to 0,642, coefficient determination equal to 41,2%, and value t arithmetic 10,184> t table 1,976 with significant 0,000 <0,05. Keywords: discipline, employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Efikasi Diri terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Express Kencana Lestari (Exprees Group).Dan sumber data yang digunakan penulis pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari PT. Express Kencana Lestari (Exprees Group).Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah tehnik kuesioner dan observasi. Tehnik kuesioner dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 52 karyawan untuk mengumpulkan data dengan meminta setiap karyawan menjawab setiap pertanyaan yang tertera kuesioner yang diberikan, tehnik observasi dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung pada karyawan yang sedang bekerja.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara Efikasi Diri dan Kinerja. dari hasil analisa dengan menggunakan rumus koefisien korelasi productmoment diperoleh rxy = 0,611. Hal ini menunjukan adanya hubungan yang positif dan cukup kuat antara Efikasi Diri terhadap kinerja Guru. Dari hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan koefisien determinasi hasilnya adalah 37,33%. Hal ini berarti kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh Efikasi Diri sebesar 37,33% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 62,67% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian rumus diatas maka t hitung > t tabel yaitu 5,531 > 2,008 yang artinya bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya Efikasi Diri (X) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat Kinerja Karyawan (Y).Kata Kunci : Efikasi Diri dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

On 14,15,16 April 2019, we have successfully carried out community service activities at PKBM NURUL QOLBI located on Jl. Pandu II Ujung No.154, Kelurahan Sepanjang Jaya, Rawa Lumbu District, Bekasi City. The Purpose of Community Service Activities is to carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Also expected from the results of this activity is that universities can contribute to the development and application of science to the community, especially to NURUL QOLBI PKBM students. The method used in this activity in the form of lectures and questions and answers about human resources, especially for students in order to improve the quality of student human resources through entrepreneurial motivation and knowledge, careers in the world of work, knowledge of education in higher education. The result of community service is the increasing knowledge of PKBM NURUL QOLBI students about entrepreneurship, career and education in higher education. The knowledge gained by students in community service activities is expected to be able to provide motivation and provision of knowledge for students in the future. And also will have a multiplier effect on the economy of the family and the community in their environment.Keywords: Training, Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This community service aims to foster entrepreneurship spirit the pandemic situation in PKK Kel. Cipinang Melayu group. As the things Issues raised how to start a business with good managemen. The method used in the implementation of this service is carried out in several activities, namely (a). The Preparation Phase includes: (1). Initial survey (2) Consolidation and determination of target locations, (3). Preparation to sosialitations of materials / materials. The results of this activity can later be beneficial for to PKK Kel.
