Abstract

This research uses normative jurisis method. research results: an important aspect in the legal relationship between the customer and the bank is an agreement between the two, which is usually made unilaterally by the bank. With the development of law and the entry of the law of the Anglo-Saxon State, the treaty as stipulated in the Indonesian Civil Code has been shifted. Formally the legal relationship between the bank and the customer was born since the signing of the application form or the opening of the customer's account at the bank. With the opening of the account, the legal relationship between the customer and the bank creates the rights and obligations of both parties.

Abstract

With the enactment of Law Number 24 of 2004 on deposit insurance institutions, the arrangement of guarantee for the most important to provide legal certainty to depositors of funds at banks, related to the encourages customers to rush or freeze business license of the bank. With the guarantee that it is possible for customers to trust the banking institution, and others that can be used by the deposit insurance institutions.

Abstract

Normative trade secrets are formulated as information that is not known to the public in the field of technology and / or business that has economic value because they are useful in business activities, and are kept confidential by the owners of trade secrets. Ownership and protection of confidential information that is categorized as trade secrets and is an intangible asset of the company, occurs automatically. Abstract

The global environmental problem is a reflection of the international community on the occurrence of environmental damage and pollution that has engulfed the world due to development. Problems can be formulated on how the global impact of international environmental law conventions on environmental law in Indonesia. International conferences in the global environmental field will certainly have an effect on Indonesian legal politics in the environmental field. Government policies ratified various international conventions related to environmental protection. The environmental protection and management policy provides the concept of sustainable environmental development. Existing environmental legal instruments should be consistently enforced especially in the enforcement of environmental law. The importance of awareness of all components of the nation to develop the Indonesian state by relying on sustainable environmental development.
