Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) pengembangan, (2) hambatan, dan (3) solusi yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi pengembangan manajemen budaya berprestasi dan kompetisi. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengembangan manajemen budaya berprestasi dan kompetisi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dalam kriteria sangat baik. Kualitas pembelajaran dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya budaya keagamaan, budaya kerja, budaya kesopanan dan budaya bersih yang dilakukan di sekolah. Budaya keagamaan dilakukan melalui budaya salam, sholat berjamaah, baca tulis al Quran. (2) Hambatan penerapan manajemen budaya berprestasi dan kompetisi adalah siswa kurang disiplin, kurang menjaga lingkungan sekolah agar tetap bersih, masih ada juga siswa yang keluar sekolah sebelum jam pelajaran, dan ada sebagian siswa yang tidak melaksanakan sholat berjamaah, proses pemberian sanksi masih kurang tegas, dan lemahnya pengawasan. (3) Soluasi yang dilakukan adalah meningkatkan kedisiplinan untuk menaati peraturan dan tata tertib di sekolah, memberikan contoh kepada siswa untuk disiplin terhadap tata tertib yang telah dibuat, dan emberikan pujian dan sanjungan dengan menggunakan pernyataan yang bersifat membangun dan memotivasi.Kata kunci: pengembangan, manajemen budaya berprestasi dan kompetisi, kualitas pendidikan

Abstract

Education is the basis for the formation of character and personality of every human being as well as a form of independence for his body and soul. One of the educational figures who has been instrumental until now is Kihajar Dewantara with his Tamansiswa teachings in bringing the Indonesian people to outer and inner independence, freedom from ignorance, and oppression. However, the longer the Tamansiswa teachings are getting left behind, they are even referred to as educational teachings that are not in accordance with Islamic teachings. This problem is important to be studied more deeply, for the purpose of this research is to integrate the values of Tamansiswa teachings with educational verses in the Holy Qur’an so that it can bring up an understanding of the concept of religious-nationalist education. The type of research in this paper includes qualitative research with content analysis methods in the form of the values of Tamansiswa teachings and educational verses in the Koran with a maudhu'I interpretation approach. From the research, it was found that there is strong integration between the values of Tamansiswa teachings and educational verses in the Holy Qur’an

Abstract

Abstract: This article describes how the implementation of Citizenship Education learning in the cultivation of character education in elementary schools with the method used is literature review. There are 5 discussions in this article, namely the implementation of Civics learning in elementary schools, planting character education through Civics learning, how to instill character education strategies, obstacles, and expectations for implementing character education. The results obtained are that character education in elementary schools is a good step taken so that the Indonesian nation avoids a moral crisis, one way to instill character education is through Civics lessons, there are 7 strategies in character building, although character education faces obstacles in its implementation but there are ways to handle it, and hope that the quality of education and Indonesian students will improve from time to time.

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to describe improving the effectiveness of distance learning and the creative thinking of students to understand scientific concepts, especially human respiratory system material in grade V elementary school students. The implementation step: The preparation is the creation of an innovative lesson plan. The curriculum is designed to create a distance learning experience that stays active and creative. The learning process is done online through WhatsApp Group. Based on the distance learning that has been implemented, it can be concluded by using the media "Balloon Breathing Stimulation Media" can improve students' creative thinking in science learning. Cognitive, affective, and psychomotor skills also improve as creative thinking skills increase. The use of the media " Balloon Breathing Stimulation Media " which is held by online learning can increase student motivation in the learning process. The increase in learning motivation is also a boundary with the increase in creative thinking skills in the science literacy school. Based on the analysis of the learning activities, it concluded that the use of " Balloon Breathing Stimulation Media " media in scientific learning is effective to increase the students' creative thinking ability and motivate the student in the learning process during the COVID-19.

Abstract

The calculation of population projections in Indonesia at the provincial level is carried out by BPS using the component method, while at the district level it is done using the geometric method with the basic reference of calculating compound interest. From this, it is necessary to take another approach in calculating the projected population in the province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine population projections in the Special Region of Yogyakarta using exponential and logistic models based on growth rate and carrying capacity. The data used in this study is secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in 2017–2022. The research method used is to determine the research subject, collect data, analyze the data, and draw conclusions. The result of this research is that the carrying capacity of the Special Region of Yogyakarta is 10,652,814 and the population growth rate for the logistic model is 0,02048.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the perception of Elementary School Teacher Education Program (PGSD) students regarding the use of the SiPeDar Learning Platform in the academic environment. The research method employed was a survey using a questionnaire as the primary instrument. The respondents in this study were active PGSD students who used SiPeDar in their learning processes. The main findings of this research indicate that 90% of PGSD students at UST Yogyakarta have a good understanding of SiPeDar usage and feel comfortable operating it. Factors such as the availability of technological resources and support from instructors also have a positive impact on students' perceptions of the quality and effectiveness of SiPeDar, with 95% acknowledging this influence. Furthermore, a significant majority of students expressed satisfaction with the use of SiPeDar in the learning process. The results of this research can provide valuable insights to educational institutions and developers of similar learning platforms to enhance the use of SiPeDar and support more effective distance learning in the future.

Abstract

Bunga plastik merupakan kerajinan tangan yang bisa dijual kembali.bentuk yang bisa dibuat dari plastik. Pemanfaatan sampah gelas plastik menjadi kerajinan tangan bernilai jual. Tujuan program kreativitas mahasiswa KKN adalah membangkitkan motivasi anak-anak untuk berwirausaha dalam mengelola gelas plastik menjadi kerajinan tangan berupa hiasan mejayang bernilai jual. Produk berupa gelas plastik dapat menambah estetika ruangan, digunakan juga sebagai aksesoris meja. Metode pelaksanaan program kerja ini adalah input, proses (produksi), output, dan evaluasi. Selanjutnya melakukan studi kelayakan usaha yang dijalankan dan tahap terakhir adalah pemilihan bahan yang bersih dan berkualitas. Kesimpulan program KKN individu pemanfaatan gelas plastik menjadi kerajinan tangan yang bernilaibjual dapat memberikan keterampilan kepada anak-anak khususnya di Dusun Banyudono dengan pemahaman konsep wirausaha yang komprehensif dan membangun semangat anak-anak untuk tetap berbisnis.
