Program ini merupakan program pengabdian masyarakat dengan bermitra dengan masyarakat yang dalam kegiatan ini merupakan pemilik Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak dalam industri pengolahan makanan hasil laut di Bangka Belitung. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan pendampingan untuk mengimplementasi pencatatan keuangan melalui aplikasi berbasis teknologi android. Aplikasi yang digunakan merupakan aplikasi milik pemerintah yang dinamakan dengan Lamikro (Laporan Akuntansi Mikro). Pendampingan dilakukan selama satu hingga tiga bulan. Dalam jangka waktu tersebut, pemilik telah dapat membuat laporan keuangan dengan aplikasi ini secara mandiri.

ABSTRAKMasuknya Bangka Botanical Garden (BBG) dalam nominasi anugerah pesona Indonesia ke IV tahun 2019 menjadi peluang bagi destinasi pariwisata Kota Pangkalpinang untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan nusantara maupun mancanegara, dalam rangka mendukung percepatan pengembangan perbaikan destinasi pariwisata BBG perlu diidentifikasi potensi dan prioritas pengembangan perbaikaan yang tepat sasaran, Penelitian ini dilakukan diwilayah pangkalpinang objek utamanya yaitu agrowisata Bangka Botanical Garden (BBG), adapun teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan metode Convenience Sampling sehingga ditetapkan jumlah sampel sebesar 60 responden, untuk melihat potensi serta kelemahan secara detail menggunakan analisis IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) yang akhirnya menghasilkan prioritas yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan. Adapun hasil penelitian menemukan perioritas utama perbaikan ialah layanan fasilitas umum (Kuantitas kualitas toilet, tempat sampah dan kondisi jalan objek wisata) serta program promosi yang membranding BBG menjadi Agrowisata Unggulan Kota Pangkalpinang. Kata Kunci: Agrowisata, BBG, Important Performance Analysis, Strategi IDENTIFICATION OF THE PRIORITY OF BANGKA BOTANICAL GARDEN (BBG) DEVELOPMENT PANGKALPINANG CITY ABSTRACTThe inclusion of Bangka Botanical Garden (BBG) in the nomination of the Anugrah Pesona Indonesia IV in 2019 becomes an opportunity for Pangkal Pinang City tourism destinations to increase domestic and foreign tourist visits, in order to support the acceleration of the development of BBG tourism destination improvements, it is necessary to identify the potential and priority of development that is right on target. This research was conducted in the base area of the main object, namely Bangka Botanical Garden (BBG) agrotourism, while the non-probability sampling technique using Convenience Sampling method so that the sample size of 60 respondents was determined, to see the potential and weakness in detail using IPA analysis (Importance Performance Analysis ) which ultimately results in priorities that need improvement. The results of the study found that the main priority of improvement is public facilities services (Quantity of quality of toilets, trash bins and the condition of tourist attraction roads) as well as promotion programs that are comparing BBG to Pangkalpinang City's Superior AgroTourism. This research discussed domestic tourists' perception of tourism destination in Pangkalpinang, Indonesia. It has been formed a perception index using PCA with determined indicators such as accessibility, supporting facilities, the prices of snacks and security. The result indicates that most of the visitors have good perceptions of tourism destinations in Pangkalpinang. Nevertheless, there is an aspect that should be evaluated; it is about the availability of toilets at those tourist destinations. There is 53 percent of domestic tourists tell that there is no access to public toilet. Therefore, this research describes stakeholder to understand the existing condition and make an improvement in the future.

The study titled Impact Analysis Characteristics of domestic socio-economic and child education in households in South Bangka district, this refers to the prestigious University of Bangka Belitung with the theme empowerment and strengthening Local community modalities, especially on the topic of increasing public participation on education in Bangka Belitung. The main challenge of the labor market in Bangka Belitung is the fulfillment of a more competent workforce, especially in the formal sector. This research is expected to give a real picture of the main condition causing low participation of schools in several villages in South Bangka from the side of the household. This research uses an Ordinary method of Least Square research that explains the influence of the characteristics of socio-economic households towards child education is found that the rate of household income precisely does not affect the long School children. The results showed that the age of the household head and the ratio of household dependencies had a positive influence on child education. This is in connection with work that is usually managed informally on households living in rural areas. The number of dependent households (14 to 64 years) is not going to work when the number of households in the product family is quite a lot.

Poverty is a condition of the inability of individuals or community groups to meet basic needs such as housing, clothing and food to ensure a certain standard of living. If a country is able to reduce the level of poverty, then the welfare of the community can be realized through the implementation of quality development. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of economic growth, income inequality, government spending and the open unemployment rate on poverty. This research used quantitative research. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression with panel data. The results showed that partially the economic growth had a negative and significant effect on poverty, government spending had a negative and insignificant effect on poverty and income inequality and open unemployment had a positive and significant effect on poverty in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test show that overall the variables of economic growth, income inequality, government spending and the open unemployment rate have a positive and significant effect on poverty in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands. Purpose: The economy in the MSME sector is experiencing a great crisis in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. MSME actors must change strategies to adapt to the current pandemic conditions. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Covid 19 on the economy and performance of MSMEs as well as the strategies adopted by MSME players in Bangka Belitung Province. Research methodology: The data collection method employed probability sampling with google form media analyzed by using cross tabulation, trend analysis and simple mathematical modeling in projecting total economic losses to MSMEs that are active in the Bangka Belitung Island Province. Results: The results show that 84.7 percent of MSMEs experienced a negative impact due to the Covid 19 pandemic in the form of a decrease in sales turnover, reduced demand and hampered distribution of raw materials. However, 15.3 percent of MSMEs experienced a positive impact and survived in the Covid 19 pandemic conditions. Some of the strategies implemented by MSMEs to survive in the Covid 19 periods were replacing products sold with products for handling COVID 19 such as masks, hand sanitizers and others. MSME players also changed their sales strategy by selling online and maintaining customer databases. Limitation: Due to the Covid-19 condition, survey activities were carried out by using the Google Form online application. Contribution: MSMEs undertook a more aggressive marketing strategy to maintain turnover value in order to keep growing. Keywords: Covid-19, MSME, Turnover, Competitive strategy

Program kegiatan pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan dengan lamikro ini adalah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang ditujukan bagi pemilik UMKM Milenial. Lamikro merupakan sebuah aplikasi penyusunan laporan keuangan berbasis web dan android yang dikembangkan oleh Kementerian Koperasi dan UMKM Republik Indonesia. Metode kegiatan ini menggunakan metode ceramah dengan melakukan presentasi. Sasaran peserta kegiatan ini adalah pemilik UMKM milenial yakni pemilik UMKM generasi muda yang dicirikan dengan adanya kedekatan dengan teknologi. Kegiatan ini diikuti 17 pemilik UMKM generasi muda di Bangka Belitung. Mengingat masa pandemi, kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui platform meeting online dengan durasi kurang lebih 90 menit. Kegiatan ini dievaluasi dengan memberikan lembar feedback kepada peserta diakhir acara melalui google form. Hasil menunjukkan 80% peserta memahami materi yang disampaikan, meskipun tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap kegiatan ini baru mencapai 70%. Kegiatan ini harus langsung diimplementasikan dibandingkan dengan memberikan pelatihan. Pengguna memahami penggunaan namun belum tentu dapat mengimplementasikannya ke dalam kegiatan pembukuan

The agricultural, forestry, and fishery sectors in Bangka Belitung are the second largest contributor to gross regional domestic product (GRDP). At the same time, the manufacturing industry is the sector with the most significant contribution to GRDP. However, Labuh Air Pandan Village is not recorded as a contributor to local revenue, even though this village has the most significant agricultural land compared to other villages because the village products have not competed with other local products. After all, so far, they have been packaged in conventional forms. In addition, as an area directly adjacent to the Bangka Strait, this village has quite a lot of potential for marine products. However, the marine products obtained are only sold in raw commodities without further processing, such as finished products. This activity aims to provide socialization regarding fish processing and product packaging for farmer and fisherman groups in Labuhan Air Pandan Village. The method of this service activity is educative and demonstration by conducting socialization of making fish sauce and socializing product packaging. This activity lasted for one month in Labuh Air Pandan Village. Evaluation is done by providing feedback in the form of a list of questions related to understanding and interest in this activity. Based on the results of the evaluation, it was found that 80% of participants stated that they understood what was conveyed from the socialization of fishery product processing and agricultural product packaging

This paper investigates the impact of household characteristics on child health outcomes in Indonesia using Indonesian family Life Survey. This paper using birth wage, infant mortality and Z score to represent child health. Using Random effect method and random effect probit method, this paper found sending migrant household have larger amount of infant mortality case than non-sending migrant household. According to that findings we know that sending migrant household dominated by families with low incomes. However, we also find food consumption have influence of child health in the families. These results provide a broader view of the economic characteristics of households and their consequences for infant health than is offered by the existing literature.Keywords: The authors are requested to supply 3-5 Keywords, separated by a comma, that can be used for indexing/abstracting purposes.
