Abstract

This study aims to determine the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Distribution andPromotion) of LPG, to find out what obstacles are faced and what alternative solutionscan be done related to the constraints faced.This research uses a descriptive method. Sources of data used in this study are primarydata and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are through observation,interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitativedata analysis technique.The results showed that, the marketing mix carried out by PT. Citra Karunia Ilahi is theselection of products marketed, namely subsidized and non-subsidized LPG GasProducts. Non-subsidized LPG Gas products include 5.5 Kg LPG Gas, 12 KG LPG Gas,and 12 KG LPG Bright Gas, then the application of varying prices, for the price of 5.5Kg refill cylinders is priced at Rp. 65,000, LPG 12 Kg Rp. 142,000, and LPG 12 KgBright gas Rp. 145,000. PT. Citra Karunia Divine distributes Non-subsidized LPG GasProducts to gas stations, minimarkets, subsidized LPG Gas Bases, MSMEs, Institutionsand to the public directly, while the promotion is carried out by means of promotionsthrough banners/banners, and promotions for holidays. The obstacles faced are the lackof purchasing power and public interest in non-subsidized LPG Gas, and the PromotionStrategy is still not intensive, while the Alternative Solution that can be applied is byconducting a tube loan trial program, and using Digital Marketing and Promotionstrategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the physical appearance, brand image and marketer's word of mouth either partially or simultaneously influence the purchasing decision at Noona Beauty Korea salon in Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency.The population in this study were all customers or consumers of the Noona Beuty Korea salon in Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used a random sampling technique, or random sampling. The data in this research were obtained directly from interviews by distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used is the research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and R2 testThe results showed that there was an effect of Physical Appearance on Purchase Decisions at Noona Beauty Salon Korea Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. There is an influence of Brand Image on Purchase Decision at Salon Noona Beauty Korea Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. There is the influence of marketers by word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Noona Beauty Salon Korea Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. There is a joint influence between the variables of Physical Appearance, Brand Image, and Word of mouth Marketers on Purchase Decisions at Noona Beauty Salon Korea Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to explain the effect of the hypothesis testing variable competency and job placement variables on the performance of medical and paramedical personnel at the Darul Azhar Health Center. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive analysis method. The data obtained from the research location were 66 respondents, by determining the sample using a formula developed by Slovin, where the sample obtained was 40 respondents, where the rest was used as a validity and reliability test of 26 respondents. In this study, the validity and reliability tests were carried out using the SPSS for windows version 23.00 assistance program. This research was conducted at the Darul Azhar Health Center, Simpang Empat District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. The results showed that competence with a value of 0.047 had a positive effect on the performance of medical personnel and medical personnel. Job placement with a value of 1.449 had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence and job placement simultaneously affect the performance of medical and paramedical personnel at the Darul Azhar Health Center, Simpang Empat District, Tanah Bumbud Regency with a coefficient of 25,983 and a significance of 0.000. This means that the competence of medical and paramedical personnel with their work placement must be appropriate. Abstraksi: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh antar variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis yaitu variabel kompetensi dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga medis dan paramedis di Puskesmas Darul Azhar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh di lokasi penelitian sebanyak 66 responden, dengan penentuan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan rumus yang dikembangkan oleh Slovin, dimana sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 40 responden, dimana sisanya digunakan sebagai uji validitas dan reliabilitas sebanyak 26 responden. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan menggunakan program bantuan SPSS for windows versi 23.00. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Darul Azhar, Kecamatan Simpang Empat, Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kompetensi dengan nilai 0,047 berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja tenaga medis dan tenaga medis. penempatan kerja dengan nilai 1,449 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kompetensi dan penempatan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga medis dan paramedis di Puskesmas Darul Azhar Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kabupaten Tanah Bumbud dengan koefisien 25.983 dan signifikansi 0.000. Artinya kompetensi tenaga medis dan paramedis dengan penempatan kerjanya harus sesuai.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan asas-asas Good Corporate Governance di PT Gawi Makmur Kalimantan sebagai salah satu perusahaan keluarga yang bergerak dibidang distributor produk rumah tangga yang berada di Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini penting karena peran Good Corporate Governance dalam perusahaan keluarga adalah untuk membangun perusahaan yang sehat sehingga dapat menunjang kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggambarkan karakteristik narasumber, menghitung data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner, menghitung dan menganalisis skor penerapan asas-asas GCG. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan persepsi karyawan, PT Gawi Makmur Kalimantan telah menerapkan asas-asas Good Corporate Governance dengan klasifikasi baik. Skor dari penerapan asas GCG tersebut adalah untuk asas kewajaran dan kesetaraan 83,67, responsibilitas 82,5, independensi 82, transparansi 81,6 dan akuntabilitas dengan skor 79,6. Kata Kunci: good corporate governance, asas good corporate governance, perusahaan keluarga. Abstract: The purpose of the research is to determine the implementation of Good Corporate Governance principles of PT Gawi Makmur Kalimantan as one of the family business engaged in the distributor of household product in Banjarmasin. This research is important due to the role of Good Corporate Governance in family business is to build a healthy company so that it can support the survival the company. The type of this research is a case study. Data was obtained through interview, questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique was descriptive analysis by describing the characteristics of the respondents, calculating the data gathered from questionnaires, calculating and analysing scores of the implementation of GCG principles. The results showed that based on employee perception, PT Gawi Makmur Kalimantan has implemented the principles of Good Corporate Governance in good classification. The scores of implementation of GCG principles were 83.67 for fairness, 82.5 for responsibility, 82 for independency, 81.6 for transparency and 79.6 for accountability. Abstract

Abstract: This study entitled The Effect of Work Stress and Work Conflict on the Performance of Police Personnel of Barito Kuala Police which aims to describe the description of work stress, work conflict performance and performance, as well as examine the effect of work stress and work conflict on personnel performance. This study uses quantitative research, the sample is set at 71 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis used path analysis assisted by SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that the Job Stress Variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Barito Kuala Polres personnel with a coefficient of 0.990 and P = 0.000. While the work conflict variable has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of the Barito Kuala Police personnel with a coefficient of 0.001 and P = 0.791. The findings in this study support previous research that work stress has a positive and significant effect on performance, while work conflict has a significant but not significant effect on performance. Abstrak : Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Konflik Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Personel Polres Barito Kuala yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran stres kerja, Konflik kerja kinerja dan kinerja, serta menguji pengaruh stres kerja dan konflik kerja terhadap kinerja personel. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 71 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisa data menggunakan analisis jalur dibantu dengan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja personel Polres Barito Kuala dengan koefisien sebesar 0,990 dan P = 0,000. Sedangkan variabel Konflik kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja personel Polres Barito Kuala dengan koefesien sebesar 0,001 dan P = 0,791. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini mendukung penelitian terdahulu bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sedangkan konflik kerja berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the compensation system at PT. Blessings of our Banua. The research method used is descriptive method, data collection techniques using documentation, observation and interviews, while the data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. The results show that the Compensation System implemented by PT Berkah Banua Kita is a time system, where salaries are given every month based on the Regency/City Minimum Wage and Incentives Per Quarter, Overtime Wage System is given to employees who exceed the workload of more than 40 hours of work per week. . The Compensation Policy implemented is Direct Financial Compensation including basic salary according to the City Minimum Wage and Incentives given every three months, Overtime Wages, Holiday Allowances (THR) given during Religious Holidays such as Eid al-Fitr and Leave Allowances which are still given to Employees, Indirect Financial Compensation, namely through the provision of Health and Employment benefits and Non-Financial compensation. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah Analisa Kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Kompensasi yang diterapkan oleh PT Berkah Banua Kita adalah sistem waktu, dimana gaji diberikan setiap bulan berdasarkan Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota dan Insentif Per Tri Wulan, Sistem Upah Lembur yang diberikan kepada Karyawan yang melebihi beban kerja diatas 40 Jam Kerja perminggu. Kebijakan Kompensasi yang dilaksanakan adalah Kompensasi Finansial Langsung meliputi gaji pokok sesuai Upah Minimum Kota dan Insentif yang diberikan per Tiga Bulan Sekali, Upah Lembur, Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) yang diberikan pada saat Hari Raya Keagamaan seperti Idul Fitri dan Tunjangan Cuti yang tetap diberikan kepada Karyawan, Kompensasi Finansial Tidak Langsung yaitu melalui pemberian tunjangan Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan dan kompensasi Non Finansial Kata Kunci : Kompensasi Finansial Langsung, Gaji, Tunjangan, Insentif, Upah Minimum Kota

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this research are to: (1) analyze the role of Public Relations and Protocol in disseminating Government programs through social media at the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency (2) identify the obstacles faced by Public Relations and Protocol in disseminating Government programs through social media in The Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency and (3) provide solutions to overcome the obstacles faced by Public Relations and Protocol in disseminating Government programs through social media at the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained from the informants in this study were: Head of the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency (Informant), Head of the Documentation and Publication Subdivision at the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency (Key Informant), Staff of the Public Relations and Protocol of the Regional Secretariat of the North Hulu Sungai Regency. Data collection techniques are Interview, Observation and Documentation. The research data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study show (1) The role of public relations and protocols in the socialization activities of the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency Government program which includes development, governance and public services through social media has been running optimally, but still not all of them can be implemented according to organizational goals, (2) Constraints faced Public Relations in disseminating Government Programs through social media at the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency in the form of: not fulfilling the quantity of public relations officers who handle the socialization of Government programs through social media, Not yet mastered by their work due to minimal educational background and training and completeness of public relations work facilities that are still not yet available as needed (3) solutions to overcome obstacles faced by public relations in disseminating Government programs through social media at the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency are needed: additional formation of public relations officers, increasing education education and training related to public relations, improving coordination between the head of public relations and protocol with documentation and publication officers and completing work facilities for information purposes. Abstract

This research entitled "The Influence Of Ability And Work Environment To Employee Work Performance That Are Focused With Job Motivation Of Banjarmasin City Transportation Officer" which aims to know the description of ability, environment, motivation and job performance and to test the influence of ability and work environment to the work performance of employees mediated by employee motivation. This study uses quantitative research samples are applied as many as 48 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. While data analysis using path analysis assisted with software SmartPLS 30. The results of this study indicate that the ability and environmental variables are simultaneously able to explain the motivation variable of 46.7%, the remaining 55.3% is explained by other variables that are not hypothesized in the model. The next result for the variable ability, environment, and motivation able to explain the work performance variable of 46.3%, the remaining 53.7% explained by other variables that are not hypothesized in the model.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Discipline and Workload on Employee Performance with Mediation of Motivation on Employees of the Administrative Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province aims to determine the description of discipline, workload, motivation, and performance and to examine the effect of discipline and workload on employee performance mediated with employee motivation. This study uses a quantitative research sample of as many as 30 respondents—data collection using questionnaires and documentation. In comparison, data analysis uses path analysis assisted by SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that the work discipline variable (X1) has no effect on employee performance, workload variable (X2) affects employee performance (Y), work discipline variable (X1) does not affect motivation (Z), workload (X2 ) affect work motivation (Z), work motivation (Z) affect employee performance (Y), work discipline (X1) does not affect performance (Y) with the mediation of work motivation (Z), workload (X2) affects performance ( Y ) with work motivation mediation (Z).

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research is to analyze: (1) the role of the Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan in empowering the community's economy, (2) the constraints concerning the role of the Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan in the community's economic empowerment, and (3) solutions to overcome the obstacles concerning the role of the Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan. in community economic empowerment. This research uses a qualitative approach. with descriptive method. Data were obtained from the management of the Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan as many as 10 people (informants) and the community involved in the activities of the Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency as many as 7 (seven) people. Relevant data collection techniques and tools. The method used for the data collection process in this research is the triangulation process, namely: Interviews, Observations and Documents. Analysis of existing data used descriptive analytical method. The results showed (1) the Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan in empowering the community's economy as a service according to the needs of the community itself. The role of the Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan is that the community gains improvement, skills, talent development, and activities that are fun to read, so that the library has a role as a means to achieve that goal. Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan activities include; Computer Centers and Sewing Centers, (2) Obstacles concerning the role of the Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan in community economic empowerment Provision or improvement of learning facilities and tools for the development of existing centers in the Smart House, guidance/training to increase the capacity of managers and tutors in enhancing the role of institutions and learning services in accordance with the existing centers at the Smart House, documenting the process of measuring the results of the implementation of the Smart Home mentoring activities periodically during the implementation period and at the end of the mentoring activities. Institutions need to design and prepare instruments to measure the progress of activities and learning outcomes of students involved in organized learning, (3) Solutions achieved to overcome the role of the Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan in community economic empowerment by increasing active community participation, improving the quality of implementers , financing and increasing sectoral cooperation so that program objectives can be carried out properly. Keywords: Role, Smart House, Empowerment, Economy Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalis: (1) Peran Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, (2) kendala yang menyangkut Peran Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan di dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, dan (3) solusi mengatasi kendala yang menyangkut peran Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan di dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggu akan pendekatan kualitatif. dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari Pengelola Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan sebanyak 10 orang(Informan) dan Masyarakat yang terlibat dalam aktivitas kegiatan Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utarasebanyak 7 (tujuh) orang. Teknik dan alat pengumpulan data yang relevan. Metode yang digunakan untuk proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan proses trianggulasi, yaitu: Wawancara, Observasi dan Dokumen. Analisis data yang sudah ada digunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan di dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakatsebagai layanan sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat itu sendiri.Peranan Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan adalah masyarakat memperoleh wawasan pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengembangan bakat serta kegiatan yang menyenangkan membaca, sehingga keberadaan perpustakaan mempunyai peranan sebagai sarana untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Kegiatan Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan Meliputi ; Sentra Komputer dan Sentra Menjahit, (2) Kendala yang menyangkut peranan Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan di dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat Penyediaan atau peningkatan sarana dan alat belajar bagi pengembangan sentra yang ada di Rumah Pintar, bimbingan/pelatihan peningkatan kapasitas pengelola dan tutor dalam meningkatkan peran lembaga dan layanan pembelajaran sesuai dengan sentra yang ada pada Rumah Pintar, pendokumentasian proses mengukur hasil penyelenggaraan kegiatan pendampingan Rumah Pintar secara berkala selama masa penyelengaraan dan pada akhir kegiatan pendampingan. Lembaga perlu merancang dan menyiapkan instrumen penilaian untuk mengukur kemajuan kegiatan pendampingan dan hasil belajar peserta didik yang terlibat di dalam pembelajaran/pelatihan yang diselenggarakan, (3) Solusi yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi kendala peran Rumah Pintar Tunas Harapan Di Dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakatdengan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat secara aktif, meningkatkan kualitas petugas pelaksana, pembiayaan yang cukup serta meningkatkan kerjasama secara sektoral dengan maksud agar tujuan program dapat terlaksana dengan baik.
