<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif cenderung mengalami penurunan dari tahun ke tahun. Berbagai penelitian di Indonesia melaporkan prosentase ASI eksklusif 6 bulan masih di bawah 20%. Upaya untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut perlu peran serta ibu. Metode: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pekerjaan, tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dengan perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitiannya menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan tt uji chi square. Hasil: Ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu dengan perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Brangsong 02 Kendal p = 0, 029 (p > 0,05). Ada hubungan antara sikap ibu dengan perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Brangsong 02 Kendal p = 0,022 (p > 0,05). Diskusi: Puskesmas Brangsong 02 Kendal diharapkan Memberikan penyuluhan selama 2 bulan sekali tentang pemberian ASI eksklusif kepada ibu-ibu.
