Abstract

Manajemen pre-hospital stroke merupakan pelayanan yang diberikan pada saat dan selama  korban pertama  kali ditemukan, selama  proses transportasi hingga pasien  tiba di rumah  sakit. Penanganan pre-hospital stroke dapat menjadi penentu terhadap kondisi dan penanganan selanjutnya. Dalam melakukan tindakan pre-hospital stroke, masyarakat harus memiliki pengetahuan dan self efficacy yang tinggi. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hal tersebut adalah dengan diberikan pendidikan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pendidikan kesehatan tentang pre-hospital stroke terhadap pengetahuan dan self-efficacy masyarakat di Desa Jongbiru Kecamatan Gampengrejo Kabupaten Kediri dalam melakukan tindakan pertolongan pre-hospital stroke. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pra experimental design dengan rancangan one group pre test-post test design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode non probability sampling, menggunakan teknik total sampling didapatkan 33 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon signed rank untuk menganalisa pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang pre-hospital stroke terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan self-efficacy masyarakat dalam melakukan tindakan pertolongan pre-hospital stroke. Hasil dari uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan dan self-efficacy memiliki nilai ?-value = 0,000 sehingga ?-value< 0,05 dan H0 ditolak. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh dari pendidikan kesehatan pre-hospital stroke terhadap pengetahuan dan self-efficacy masyarakat dalam melakukan tindakan pertolongan pre-hospital stroke.   Kata kunci : Pendidikan kesehatan, pre-hospital stroke, pengetahuan, self-efficacy.     THE EFFECT OF PRE-HOSPITAL STROKE HEALTH EDUCATION ON THE KNOWLEDGE AND SELF-EFFICACY OF COMMUNITIES IN CONDUCTING RELIEF MEASURES PRE-HOSPITAL STROKE     ABSTRACT Management of pre-hospital stroke is a service provided at the time and during the first time the victim is found, during the transportation process until the patient arrives at the hospital.Pre-hospital stroke treatment can be a determinant of the condition and subsequent treatment.In performing stroke pre-hospital actions, the community must have high knowledge and self-efficacy.One Effortsthat can be done to improve this is to be given health education. This study aims to determine the effect of health education about pre-hospital strokes on the knowledge and self-efficacy of people in Jongbiru Village Gampengrejo Subdistrict, Kediri Regency in performing pre-hospital relief measures.The type of research used is a pre-experimental design with the design of one group pre-post test design.Data collection is done using a questionnaires. Sampling using non probability sampling method, using total sampling technique obtained 33 respondents. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon signed rank test to analyze the effect of health education about pre-hospital stroke on the level of knowledge and self-efficacy of the community in performing pre-hospital relief measures.The results of the Wilcoxon test show that the level of knowledge and self-efficacy has a ?-value = 0,000 so that ?-value <0.05 and H0 is rejected. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of the influence of pre-hospital stroke health education on the knowledge and self-efficacy of the community in conducting relief measures pre-hospital stroke   Keywords: Health education, pre-hospital stroke, knowledge, self-efficacy.
