Abstract

Penyebab utama tersering akibat terjatuh (40,9). Penegakan diagnosis dibutuhkan agar dapat menentukan terapi selanjutnya. Penegakan diagnosis dapat berupa pemeriksaan Focus Assesment with Sonography in Trauma merupakan pemeriksaan yang cepat, non invasif, dan dapat dilakukan pada kondisi hemodinamik pasien tidak stabil. Pemeriksaan Focus Assesment with Sonography in Trauma menurunkan angka penggunaan CT Scan dari 56% menjadi 26% tanpa meningkatkan resiko kepada pasien. Kata kunci: Blunt Abdominal Trauma Scoring System (BATSS), Deep Peritoneal Lavage (DPL), Focus Assesment with Sonography in Trauma (FAST),Trauma tumpul abdomen.  DIAGNOSTIC MODALITY IN CASE OF EMERGENCY BLUNT ABDOMINAL TRAUMA  ABSTRACT Trauma is the third most common cause of death in the World. Blunt abdominal trauma contributes 7-10% of all causes of trauma that causes death. In Indonesia, South Sulawesi (12.8%) has the highest and lowest prevalence in Jambi (4.5%). The main cause is most often due to falls (40.9). Enforcement diagnosis is needed in order to determine the next therapy. Enforcement Diagnosis can consist of a focus examination with Sonography in Trauma, which is a rapid, non-invasive examination, and can be performed in hemodynamic conditions of unstable patients. Focus Assessment Examination with Sonography in Trauma. Reducing the use of CT scans from 56% to 26% without increasing risk for patients. Next check the Deep Peritoneal Lavage can determine the type of intraperitoneal fluid, more sensitive and specifically determine the cause of injuries to hollow organs and mesentric injuries. CT-Scan chromatography is a gold standard examination that can determine the cause of injury to retroperitoneal organs and dense organs, but this examination is expensive and requires hemodynamic stable patients, trained operators.  Keywords: Blunt abdominal trauma, Blunt Abdominal Trauma Scoring System (BATSS), Deep Peritoneal Lavage (DPL), Focus Assessment with Sonography in Trauma (FAST).
