Abstract

Educators and education personnel are one of the most important elements in improving the quality of education. Human resources are important in achieving the goals of an institution or organization, because HR is the driving force of other resources. Competition between Integrated Islamic Primary Schools in Bandung Regency, especially in Baleendah District will have an impact on the quality of recruitment of Educators and Education Personnel, as has been done by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. The focus of this study is the analysis of the recruitment of teaching staff and education personnel at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the recruitment strategy carried out by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it was concluded that the implementation of recruitment at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah was carried out through administrative tests, interviews and practice stages.

Abstract

Planning is carried out not only to solve the problems at hand, but also to plan ahead in terms of improving school performance or to anticipate changes and demands of the times. In general, schools prioritize physical development, even though non-physical development is much more important, because one of the main goals of schools is to produce quality students. Planning can be distinguished based on the time period, including long-term planning, medium-term planning, and short-term planning. In this regard, strategic planning plays an important role in achieving the targets of education providers in the midst of competition. The focus of this research is the school development plan at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the school development plan carried out by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it was concluded that development planning at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah was carried out with the baseline analysis stage, forming a vision and mission, translating it into strategic planning and operational plans.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the related planning, implementation, assessment, and obstacles the webbed type integrative thematic learning approach. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results showed that (1) the webbed type integrating thematic learning planning that was carried out was in accordance with the Indonesian Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 22/2016 on Basic and Secondary Education Process Standards. (2) the implementation of webbed type integrative thematic learning the teacher has carried out the three stages, namely preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities. (3) assessment of the webbed type of integrated thematic learning in the teacher learning process using observation sheets and assessment reflections, while the assessment at the end of teacher learning uses written tests and oral tests. (4) the obstacles experienced by the teacher, namely the determination of time allocation, the delivery of material in class I that is not in accordance with the situation and condition of the students, the teacher must be able to understand the methods and strategies

Abstract

This study was a qualitative descriptive study design which aims to find out the analysis results of the implementation of Jerome S. Bruner's learning theory in learning concept of addition count operations of whole numbers in the first grade of elementary school. Jerome S. Bruner's learning theory is one of the learning theories that emphasizes the learning process using mental, namely the individual who learns to experience what he is learning for himself, so that the process can be recorded in his mind by his own way. The stages of Bruner's learning theory are: (1) the enactive stage, (2) the iconic stage, and (3) the symbolic stage. Data collection techniques in this study used student worksheets, observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the process of applying Jerome S. Bruner's learning theory can have a good effect and increase students' understanding and learning ability in learning addition count operations of whole numbers in the first grade of 1 Mekarsari Elementary School.

Abstract

Educational leadership is the ability to drive the implementation of education, so that educational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. In fostering fraternity and being responsible for making decisions, developing, and maintaining the existence of an organization, the leadership function must play a role. Competition between SDITs in Bandung Regency, especially in Baleendah District, will have an impact on how the principal should be the captain in carrying out school leadership, as has been done by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. The focus of this research is the implementation of intrapreneurship educational leadership at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the leadership implementation carried out by the principal at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it is concluded that the implementation of intrapreneurship educational leadership at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah can be implemented and has a positive impact on the implementation of SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah.

Abstract

Kemampuan komunikasi matematis sangat penting dimiliki oleh siswa, pada kenyataannya kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa masih tergolong rendah. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah penggunaan model pembelajaran di kelas. Menanggapi hal tersebut, terdapat dua model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Model Pembelajaran Direct Instruction (DI) dengan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang mendapat model pembelajran DI, menganalisis peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT, dan menganalisis kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang lebih baik antara yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran DI dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuasi eksperimen, dengan populasi seluruh siswa-siswi di SDN 1 Mekarsari, sedangkan yang menjadi sampel yaitu kelas IV A sebagai kelas eksperimen 1 dan kelas IV B sebagai kelas eksperimen 2. Secara kuantitatif, hasil penelitian peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis kelas eksperimen 1 menunjukan interpretasi peningkatan sedang dengan rata-rata gain sebesar 0,37. Dan untuk hasil penelitian peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis kelas eksperimen 2 menunjukan interpretasi peningkatan sedang dengan rata-rata gain sebesar 0,58. Berdasarkan kedua hasil penelitian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT lebih baik daripada model pembelajaran DI.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di kelas V SDN 4 Cigedug-Garut tahun ajaran 2020-2021 ditemukan fenomena yang berbeda yaitu keteladanan guru cukup baik tapi kedisiplinan peserta didik kurang. Dari latar belakang itu, maka peneliti bertujuan untuk melakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui keteladanan guru terhadap kedisiplinan peserta didik kelas V SDN 4 Cigedug-Garut tahun ajaran 2020-2021. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V SDN 4 Cigedug-Garut tahun ajaran 2020-2021. Objek penelitian ini adalah keteladanan guru dan kedisiplinan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex-postfacto dengan jenis causal comparative research. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V SDN 4 Cigedug-Garut tahun ajaran 2020-2021 yang berjumlah 73 orang, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi.

Abstract

Kemampuan literasi numerasi memiliki peranan penting dalam perkembangan intelektual untuk menghadapi era revolusi  industri  4.0 menuju era society 5.0. Penelitian ini ditujukan mengetahui implementasi gerakan literasi numerasi dalam kegiatan program kampus mengajar angkatan 4 tahun 2022. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data dari Miles & Hubermen sehingga diperoleh gambaran secara deskriptif  fenomena  yang  ada,  baik  fenomena  yang  bersifat  ilmiah  ataupun  rekayasa manusia yang terkait dengan implementasi gerakan literasi numerasi melalui program kampus mengajar di SDN 5 Situgede Kecamatan Karangpawitan Kabupaten Garut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan media flashcard pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas III di SD Negeri 2 Bungbulang. Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mempertahankan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran flashcard mata pelajaran IPA di kelas III. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 2 Bungbulang, pada tanggal 07-09 September 2020 langsung ke lapangan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas III SD Negeri 2 Bungbulang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yaitu analisis deksriptif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 20 peserta didik dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen terdiri dari angket tertutup untuk peserta didik, wawancara kepada guru dan dokumentasi. Angket digunakan untuk mengetahui respon peserta didik mengenai penggunaan media flashcard. Wawancara digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung penggunaan media flashcard, dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai bukti penelitian.Berdasarkan hasil angket dan wawancara yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti bahwa dengan menggunakan media flashcard sebagai respon siswa bahwa secara umum “Sangat Setuju” yang menunjukkan 76,25%.Oleh karena itu, dengan menggunakan media flashcard siswa bisa memperthankan hasil belajar nya.

Abstract

This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with teacher and grade IV student research subjects. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted the effectiveness of online learning based on whatsapp is seen from 4 aspects with the results of presentase calculations showing that the quality of learning (39%) with weak criteria, learning level (38%) with weak, intensive criteria (48%) with sufficient criteria and time (58%) with sufficient criteria. Overall whatsapp-based online learning conducted in Babakandesa State Elementary School is considered less effective. Seen from the many problems that occur in the online learning process, including the limitations of internet quota, less stable internet network and difficulty in understanding the material provided by teachers through whatsapp application.
