Abstract

The objective of this research was to examine the macroeconomics variable and global stock price index that influencing LQ45 stock price. There were three fundamental macroeconomics variables in this study such as Exchange rate of Rupiah, Interest Rate (SBI), and gold prices which used with global stock price index (Dow Jones Industrial Average) to examine their influence to LQ45 stock price. The sampling data used are 69 months from 2009 January until 2014 September. The selection ofthe sample usedisa non-probability sampling method, using purposive sampling technique. The method usedis multiple regression analysis and Error Correction Model (ECM)using softwareEviews6.0witha significance level of5%. The result of t-test show that gold prices have not influence LQ45 stock price. While the Exchange rate of Rupiah, Interest Rate (SBI), and Dow Jones Industrial Average have influence LQ45 stock price. The result of F- test (jointly test) showthat there are significantjointlybetween Exchange rate of Rupiah, Interest Rate (SBI), gold price, and Dow Jones Industrial Averageon LQ45 stock price. The result of ECM Models show that  between Exchange rate of Rupiah, Interest Rate (SBI), gold price, and Dow Jones Industrial Averageon LQ45 stock price, there was notable toachieve abalance inthe long run.

Abstract

Deregulation packages are developed by government with the aims to enhance the development of the banking system and the national economy. This deregulation has a certain impact on the development of the banking system, i.e on the amount of banks and bank offices, the quantity of funds gathered from the society and credits given, which forms the positive side of deregulation. But on the other side, deregulation also has it’s negative side which should be taken in consideration to face the existing challenges and in order to be able to compete with other banks in the globalization era.

Abstract

Looking at the phenomenon that appears in the implementation of regional autonomy, the study sought to examine several issues, mainly related to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) and regional economic growth (Growth), such as The role and influence of local revenue (PAD) and Fund Balance (DAU, DAK, and DBHPBP) to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB). The role and influence of the PAD, DAU, PDRB, and DBHPBP on regional economic growth. This study attempted to analyze these two problems, using a panel data approach using Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and the Random Effect Model (REM), as well as data processing method using the Two-State Least Square (TSLS), the analysis period from 2005 to 2010 and object of research as much as 33 provinces. From the analysis, the obtained results are as follows: After conducting tests Hausmann (Hausrnann Test) on both models (FEM and REM) model is the best to use Fixed Effect Model (FEM) with General Least Square by White Heteroscedasticity, both for the problems first and the second one. For the first problem, obtain the relationship and influence positive and significant association between PAD, DAU and DBHPBP of PDRB, whereas DAK has a relationship and influence positive but not statistically significant of PDRB. Taken together all the independent variables (PAD, DAK, DAU and DBHPBP) contribute to changes in PDRB amounting to 97.50% and the rest of 2.50% is influenced by other variables outside the model. For the second problem, PDRB, PAD, DAU and DBHPBP all statistically significantly affect economic growth, but only variable PAD which has a relationship and a negative effect on PDRB, while the other variables have a positive relationship and influence. Donations of all these variables together on economic growth is high at 99.30% and the influence of other variables outside the model of only 0.70%.

Abstract

During last decade, supply chain management has emerged as a key for sustainable completive advantages. Increasing globalization has given birth to new philosophies and businessman has started focusing on the new ways of occupying market share. However, the share of Indonesia in global production has decreased from 31.953% in the start of this year to 20% in 2017. Which shows a gradual decrease of 11% in 16 years. To address this issue, the ultimate objective of this study is to develop a framework to boost global manufacturing through supply chain activities. This objective was achieved by examining the effect of supply chain agility, effective supply chain cost, supply chain responsiveness and risk management practices. Survey questionnaires was used to collect the data and PLS SEM used to analyze the data. It is found that supply chain agility, effective supply chain cost and supply chain responsiveness has significant positive effect on global manufacturing. Moreover, risk management practices as a moderating variable strengthen this effect and enhances the global manufacturing activities.

Abstract

The implementation of the territory autonomy has been for more than 8 years, but until today, it cannot give any added value to the territories yet. In fact, most territories do not know what they should do in managing their territory such as how to do administration and how to develop sources of economic potential. Until now, most territories still use funds from Central Government to finance their activities. Although there is a regulation stating that local governments must use funds from their local potentials and the funds from the Central Government are just support. The objective of this paper is to help local governments discover the local economic potential. For that purpose, there are some methods or theories that can be used: (1) comparative advantage theory; (2) economic-based theory; (3) shift-share analysis; (4) input-output analysis. The use of every method is determined by the availability of data sources and local government capacity to develop their territory.

Abstract

This search has a purpose to provide emperical evidence about factors that affect health of banks. The examine factors internal on this research are CAMELS and the examine factor external on this research is Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The sample consist of 29 banks.Object of this study is the commercial banks operating in Indonesia in 2012-2015. Determination of sampling technique using purposive sampling method in which the sample is taken with certain criteria. Because the data is used are secondary datawith a quantitative approach, it is necessary to determine the accuracy of the model on some assumption of hypothesis testing using Stata tools. The result showed a partial variable NPL and IER are significant effect on the level of health. While variable CAR, NPM, ROA, LDR, and GDP insignificant effect of the health of the bank. During the period 2012-2015 there were more than 50% showed a stable bank or banks that are in the tittle of “Fit”. Although they are some banks that have increased and decreased to earn the tittle of “unhealthy” for 4 periods.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to investigate the factors associated with the sustainable entrepreneurial intention on undergraduate students. In line with the sustainable development program, it observes the intention which is perceived by female students. Based on previous of studies, four variables are determined, consisting of role models, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial support, and green value. The female students of an economics faculty from one of the entrepreneurial universities in Jakarta were selected as the sample for the study. By using multiple regression, determinants of student intention was computed. Results are shown as follows: the perceived green value is able to predict the intention. Inversely, perceived role models, entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurial support are insignificant. Understanding their perceptions within the concept of sustainable entrepreneurship is an important stage when designing the mechanism of triple bottom line implementation in the high education level, specifically in developing the entrepreneurial education.
