Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Total Quality Management (TQM), which consists of awards and recognition, teamwork, organizational culture, education and training, organizational trust against employee job satisfaction. This research is descriptive quantitative research with a total sample of 95 employees in the Department of Highways and Construction of South Sulawesi Province. This study indicates that the variables of appreciation and recognition, teamwork, organizational culture, education and training, and organizational trust significantly affect employee performance satisfaction. TQM has a simultaneous or joint effect on employee job satisfaction
