Abstract

This research was conducted in 10-26 February 2016 in the ocean fishing port Sibolga. This research aims to examine operational management of Fishing Port National the most important about elements and funcitions application operational management. The study was conducted using a survey method and the analysis data that is done are and SWOT analysis .The study was conducted by taking the primary and secondary of the data for 10 days. Based on the result of research then result using SWOT analysis so the Fishing Port National Sibolga including quadrant I which is a very profitable situation and have a opportunities then take use strategist for operational management development is progressive strategist.Keyword : Operational management, SWOT analysis, Sibolga fishing port.

Abstract

AbstrackThis research was conducted on 10 – 17 october 2015 with the aim to determine the type and size / capacity of the port facility in accordance with the needs of fishermen and other actors in order to expedite and facilitate the activities of fishing and landing and marketing of the fish and other activities with using the survey method. The size of the required facilities include 93 meter long loading docks, unloading quay length of 17.96 meters, 35791.1 meters wide port pool, pool depth is 1.93 meters, auction room area is 8.06 meter², and needs freshwater supplies as much as 12376.29 liters, liters of fuel needs as much 10007.14 and ice plant with a capacity of 10576.36 kg. From the results of these calculations also showed that the type of fishing ports to be built is of type D or small-scale fish landing base or also called the Fish Landing Place.Keywords: Port Facility Type, Size Fishing Port Facilities

Abstract

The research was conducted in April 2013 at the Shipyard that runs Tiku Tanjung MutiaraAgam District of West Sumatra Province. This study uses a survey method that aims to determinethe cause of the damage and engineering maintenance / repair on Trolling Fishing boats inDockyard that runs Tiku.The results showed that the damage to the vessel's fishing trolling in Dockyard that runsTiku caused by vermin, the effects of temperature and weather. Repair techniques performed inGalngan ship that runs Tiku is simple and traditional, which is still based on the expertise andexperience of the workers ship. Abstract

Fish landing place of  Labuhanhaji is a place that support the economy of marine in fishiness south Aceh District. Fish landing place of Labuhanhaji is a fishiness port Type D that fu fill local resident needs. The development of PPI’s Labuhanhaji is guide well because of its strategies photon  and abundant of its resources. Besides, it is supported by current transports from south Aceh District to other place as North Sumatera. The goal of this research is to understand Condon and utilization rate of the PPI. The research benefits is to give input and consider to in future development. Data is analyzed  by technical utilization rate, and SWOT analyzes. The result is 26,14 %. For berth, 112,41 % to TPI 533,37 % port asin and 41 % to the depth of pot basin   Kata Kunci : Fish landing Harbors, The Condition of facility, capacity.

Abstract

This research was conducted in October 2013 in Telaga Punggur Fishery Port Batam Riau Islands Province. The research was conducted using a survey method. The purpose of this research to know the level of utilization of the facility, knowing the problems in the implementation of activities, as well as the possibility of the development of facilities. Having done this research note dock facility utilization rate of 146.36%, the port pool of 956.07%, pool depth of 93.75%, amounting to 31.67% Coldstorage, ice plant by 90%. Issues contained in this fishing port include dernaga utilization rates, harbor expansive pool already exceeds capacity, coldstorage underutilized facilities, there are no fuel filling facilities, lack of completeness of the docking facility for heavy equipment repair damage to the fishing fleet and there is no safety on the outskirts of the shipyard in the form of ponds or Graving Dock. Under these conditions Telaga Punggur Fishery Port (Pt. Abstract

A series survey activity was carried out for evaluating management function atlabuanhaji fishing port, South Aceh regency. This research was emphasis on planning, organizing, action and controlling at management pattern of labuhanhaji fishing port. The facilities of fishing port data and daily activities description of staff at labuhanhaji fishing port was used as additional information and consideration in management of labuhanhaji fishing port. Lack of good management was impact on staff and controlling, nevertheless activities at labuhanhaji fishing port is going well.Keywords: Labuhanhaji fishing port, management, South Aceh Regency

Abstract

This research was conducted in 17-31 March 2015 in the oceanfishing portBelawan. This goal to find the amount offuelthatmustbe brought a fish net fishing board when performing fishing effort. Data could be gotten by research to 27 samples of fish net merk is Cummins machine. Seeing the relationshipfishing trip, size of theship, size of the machine and machine age to theamount offuelcarried fish net use statistics multiple regression analysis. Basedtestinganddiscussionin this research was capable of concluding that fishing trip (X1), size of the ship (X2), and themachine age (X3) to amount offuel that carried by fisherman (Y) is Y= 27,548+0,20X1-1,549X2+0,01X3. Abstract

Purpose of this research is to know the role of fishing port for giving contribution at fisheries sector in Agam regency, west Sumatera province. A series survey activitywas conducted to evaluate the development of fisheries sector at Tiku regency with the presence a fishing port at Tiku village. The data was analyzed by percentage (%) calculation of fish production at tiku fishing port, further to compare with fish production data at Agam regency. The result shows that the Tiku fishing port was given an incremental number of fishing boat at Agam regency as 43.92-54.69%. The number of fishermen was increased as 53.75- 69.84%, and the number of fishing gear was given contribution as 46.20-68.79%. The total fish production was given small contributionas 28.33-7.58% or smaller than 50%.Keywords: Agam regency, contribution, fisheries sector, Tiku fishing port

Abstract

This research was conducted in January precisely on 21 January until 10 February 2015 atLampulo fishing port, Banda Aceh. the purpose of this study is to obtain data and informationabout contribution of the Lampulo fishing Port for fishing catch in Banda Aceh. Variousinformation is needed namely, the number of fishermen, the number of fishing gear and boats,total production of fishery products and the Port Lampulo income which is then compared withthe fisheries sector Banda Aceh, Lampulo fishing port contribution to the fisheries sector is 72-78% the number of fishermen, number of fleets 56-76%, 56-75% the amount of fishing gear, fishproduction contributes 74-99% and contributions PP Lampulo for 42-53% of regional revenue, ifthe contribution of the port of> 5%, then there is an opportunity to continue to develop in apositive direction if <5%, it is unlikely the port will increase its revenue in the future.Keyword: PP Lampulo, Contribution, Banda Aceh, Fishery Sector

Abstract

A series survey activity was conducted on April-Mei 2013 at the fishing port Bungus,Padang city West Sumatera province. Purpose of this study is to know efficiency level of longliner fishing catches, which has been landed in fishing port and its factor influenced. The resultshow that the efficiency level of fishing catches landing time was 56.98-72.73%, with uploadingefficiency time was 64,65% in average. There is seven free variable influence on the timeefficiency of fishing landing, with the value r=0,836 and R2=83,6%. So the diversity ofindependent variable gives the contribution to the diversity assess of time efficiency as 83,6%.Keyword : Fishing port, long line, mooring time, time efficiency, tuna (thunnus sp)
